Horrible experience. Made an appointment for a routine blood work 2 weeks in advance of the date. They had my insurance info. Checked into my appointment ahead of time. Went 10 minutes early. waited 25 minutes to be called to the desk and told they didn't take my insurance and i would have to pay $210. They did indicate Quest took my insurance. So, why would they not tell me in advance (like every single other medical provider I have ever been to). Thanks for wasting my time Labcorp. Zero stars should be an option. read more

Absolutely horrible experience with this location. The company has zero regard for honoring customer's personal time. I made an appointment for noon thinking it would be better than being a walk in. At 12:30 I was not called and went to the desk to inquire. The nice lady explained that the company had mad over 80 appointments for the day. I was finally called back over an hour after my so called "appointment." What a joke read more

Terrible lab, for the 2nd time they either missed an element of a test or performed the wrong test. We notified customer service both times and the first time they refused to rerun the test without a new order, even though we had a copy of the original order. The 2nd time they missed one of the tests on the order and then claimed the order did not contain the test we were referring to in our message, even though it clearly did... it has to do with a cancer med, so we are on top of this. Additionally, the only 2 older employees at the lab are gone, and the newer employees are clueless, and didn't even understand the most basic things about insurance. read more

To the CEO of Lab corp - You need to address this immediately!!! I made an appointment at a Lab corp for an pre employment drug testing required for a new job. Turns out this location is not doing drug screening for employment. WE GET 48 hours to do this when entering a new job. YOUR system allowed me to make an appointment THEREFORE my test should have been honored. FIX YOUR SYSTEM SO WE CAN NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT AT A LOCATION THAT DOES NOT PROVIDE THIS SERVICE!!!!!! Super disappointed this is the closest LabCorp to me, and I am disgusted in the unprofessionalism just at the front desk and God forbid I stay to figure out what the back is like! I walked up. I asked if they took my insurance. I then proceeded to ask if they were very backed up or busy because there was about 15 people in the lobby and this was the last minute trip to them, I had no appointment. The woman with the gray hair & raspy voice was so rude answering my question she answered it with a question "does it look busy to you " unprofessional as I don't know how the office runs or how long anyone had been been there. I will never go back. The woman next to her was almost as shocked as I was for how rude the response was her tone was uncalled for. It's sad to see these kind of people work in healthcare read more

DO NOT COME HERE. This is the worst doctor office I have ever been too. Make you check in on kisok and then are rude when you ask how long. I've been waiting for two hours for a simple drug test. Appointments are worthless here because you still have to wait over an hour. The front desk person is snarky and speaks rudely to the patients. She reprimands people for being very late for their appointments, yet does not keep on time herself. No customer service at all. People are on their cell phones listening to videos out loud without any ear buds and there should be a sign for no talking on their phones or playing videos out loud. Over crowded too. read more

Bad experience at this location, which apparently is known for such. Made an appointment the week before during my lunch hour. Arrived a half hour early and checked in. After 45 minutes, the front desk attendant called my name and asked for credit card and insurance. She gave me jar for a urine sample, which I did and turned in. Another 45 minutes later (1 hour after my appointment time), it was clear that walk-ins were being taken in for bloodwork before me. The people at the desk disappeared for long periods. Finally, a door opened, and the attendant once again called someone else's name. I quickly gave her my name and said that I had to leave soon (work!) and that I had an appointment an hour ago. The staffer look bewildered and did a quick check and said she could not find any paperwork for me! They had it! Where did it go? I left in disgust. Stay away! I had to go to my physical a few days later with no bloodwork or samples to discuss. Unreal!! read more

Amazing customer service! Attended me right away and got me in and out as quick as possible!

I have been here several times and just settled for it because my doctor writes my orders for LabCorp. When you walk in you have to check in electronically. They have two stations, but one was broke. This caused a long line of people trying to figure out the check in iPad program. It is done in English and Spanish. If the person in front of you uses a different language, when they're done it takes a long time for it to go back to the home screen and ask you what language you want. Don't think about checking in at the front desk, even if the machine is down. The receptionist is a real nasty person. I told her one machine was down and she just pointed to the long line. I really wanted to slap the ugly mug off her face but she wasn't worth going to jail over. After a TWO HOUR wait, the lab worker was huffing and puffing over how busy she was and stabbed me quickly so she could move on to the next person. I was concerned over the looks of the place because it didn't seem very sanitary, especially with people coming in to get blood drawn. Next door there was some kid screaming his/her head off. The lab person kept shrugging and saying, "kids". Not much compassion shown if you need to bring little ones there. I went to Quest before this visit because it is closer to home. Unfortunately Quest couldn't do my labs because they were written in LabCorp language. While at Quest I was much more impressed and will switch my lab work over to them (Davis Blvd). It was very clean and they called me in quickly. No more LabCorp. read more

I was here this afternoon. I got my blood drawn right at my appointment time with hardly any wait at all. Technician was very friendly. What a difference coming here rather than to Quest, which always involves long waits and where employees are usually surly. read more

For some insane reason my PC's network made a deal to ONLY use Labcorp for testing. Quest Diagnostics is miles better. This particular facility was dirty, crowded, overworked and underpaid workers, unidentifiable stains on the floor under the toilet, the urine sample drawer was broken so I had to carry my urine in front of women and children in the lobby. Icing on the cake? 2 months and NO BLOOD TEST RESULTS. read more

My son went to labcorp for some blood testing ordered by the doctor and we didn't know his insurance was not active nor either were informed that his insurance didn't work at the time of the service. labcorp send him a bill for $1094.10. I don't understand how this large company is not able to tell you before hand that your insurance doesn't cover. Everywhere I go they call me in advance if my insurance is not working. Do now my 20 years old kid who is sti a student and doesn't work is left with a tremendous bill to pay for some bloodwork that if I knew his insurance doesn't work I wasn't going to let him do those bloodwork. They only offered me 35% of the bill and good luck with it. Horrible service i don't recommend it. I will never go there and all of my family and friends they will be informed about this issue. read more

Check in with the pad was very easy. The staff was very friendly. I arrived a few minute before the appt time to allow for check in. I was called back exactly at my appt time. I could not have been more pleased. Not sure all the negative people went to the same Labcor that I did. read more

Don't use LabCorp...the bureaucracy just to get to someone who could help is ridiculous. Tell your doctor to send you elsewhere. I had my insurance company making three way calls for almost 2 hours...and we got nowhere. Does anyone from the is company or the corporation take responsibility? People's lives could be a stake here. Is this that difficult to pick up the phone when a client calls? Which brings me to to calling them...where's the service, where is the common decency to help those that may not be as keen as to helping themselves through this incompentacy. I would not work for this company, I'd actually feel ashamed to work for this company. I wish I could give Labcorp a 0 rating. Highly disappointed. read more

Appointment times are a complete joke @labcorp. While the staff might be good, the fact that you have to make an appointment online and check in on a machine that says the wait time is 3 min yet you'll wait for over an hour is completely inexcusable. If your insurance allows you to go ANYWHERE else, do it. read more

I tried to make an appointment and Brenda was nasty. I asked for her supervisor and she got nastier. This is for a simple blood draw! If your insurance carrier allows you to go elsewhere, do it. The staff's attitude is amazingly negative and unhelpful. I asked Leesha (spelling unknown because she refused to spell it for me) and Brenda to speak to their supervisors. They both refused and hung up. So far I haven't been able to find another number for LabCorp to complain. Now I know why. read more

I would give less than one star if possible. I have been here multiple times for blood work. Problem is that the results are NEVER appropriatly faxed to my Doctors office. I mean how hard is it to fax over results??? Laziness in the workforce of America... Great job Merica (insert sarcasm). I am amazed at the previous reviews bc all i can say is LABCORP must have done a major improvement. I made an appointment on the website. I was immediately waited on. Everyone has trouble drawing my blood and my doctor required 10 vials. The experienced technician did ONE stick and got all 10 vials!!! I could not have had a better experience! The lobby was packed when we left. I do recommend you make an appt to be ahead of the walk ins. read more
