Now you fill out the info before, and they give you a time to show up. When you arrive, you scan your code and take a seat. In practice, the scan does not work all the time, so you end up duplicating the info you have already entered When you have your hands full of requested specimens, it can be interesting. I set them on the floor and then input. After you enter your info, someone comes out quickly and escorts you back to the lab area you need. I like the new and improved Quest system, even with its glitches.

The woman who was supposed to draw my husbands blood was either high on something or a complete maniac. She was mean. She was making very strange faces and told us that without a business card of our primary care physician that the results would not be sent to him. Then she proceeded to have a trainee do the bloodwork. This didn't inspire much confidence. The blood work ordered was for something very serious. NEVER AGAIN QUEST.
