Wonderful front staff, nurses and doctors. As a nurse, I'm pretty aware of what goes on and these people were competent, compassionate and friendly. Had some blood pressure problems and they did a full workup- EKG, bloodwork, etc. made some recommendations. Labs came back in 15 minutes. If I had gone to a hospital ER I am sure I'd still be in the waiting room with my blood pressure rising. Besides- looking at the reviews of Naples hospitals, there was no way I was going to one. I was visiting family in FL when I started to get excruciating pains on my right side. I was hesitant to go to another urgent care, especially after having a horrible experience with the last one I went to in NC. I'm REALLY glad I came here. I ended up having a completely positive experience with Dr. Paisan. He was thorough, knowledgable and kind. He properly diagnosed me with needing a gallbladder removal. I wasn't familiar with the local hospitals, but he directed me to a nearby facility. I was here on a weekday around 1 or 2 pm, fortunately, I didn't have to wait very long. I hope I don't have to come back here again, but it's nice to know this excellent option exists in Naples. read more

Wouldn't come out of choice. This part of town has gotten too crowded. No choice because Workman's Comp dictates this place. Ugh Even parking is bad on the weekends. Avoid on Sundays when there is also a farmers market going on in the lot along with the usual Sunday brunch ppl who eat next door If and when you get in, like the doctors and the assistants are nice. Separate exit door is also clever. Still needs water fountain in waiting room Many other choices now in town. Last time I came I literally waited 3.5 hours Today.... well, I came right as it opened and 7 ppl were ahead of me! Glad I am not sick. For starters I was greeted warmly by the front desk team. For a walk in urgent care I was pleasantly surprised. It didn't stop there, Pam my nurse also gave me a warm smile and showed me to my room. Vitals, went well, the young tech (Faith) who did my blood work was funny and yes even the imaging tech was a happy person. Then in walk Dr Schultz. I said this will be the end of the Disney ride. Surprise - super nice doctor, knows medicine and knows how to relate to the patient. Super nice guy, excellent communicator, discussed my imaging results and my prognosis and said come back in 2 days for a follow up. Am I in Naples? This was the best medical experience I've had (sorry NCH) since we moved here in 2018. read more

The front admin is nice and welcoming and the MA and doctor are the best they made sure I was comfortable and relaxed while I would wait for results and the doctor went big and beyond for my health made sure to test me for everything to cross it off and make sure I wasn't worried and finding the source to why I wasn't feeling well. read more

Horrible experience. Thankfully one nurse was there I knew from another clinic. The Dr and other nurse were very impatient with my kids. The Dr put his hands on my child to move her to sit down. He was very impatient and wanted me to restrain my 1.5 year old on the table to look inside his throat. Usually this can be done when the child is sitting up. The whole experience was overwhelming and traumatic enough that we won't be going back there. Anyone with young children DO NOT take your kids there. We prefer After Hour pediatric urgent care but they are closed today. Also pediatrician is closed. The only positive is we did wait patiently for antibiotic prescription but it took a lot of patience from me-since we all just wanted to run out the door...smh. No need to reply to this review staff. The manager did come in the room and tried to say how great the dr was-to save themselves. Just poo pooed what I said about the dr touching my child. And tried to justify the behavior because my daughter went up to her. Very upsetting. I would have liked my money back. read more

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The most unprofessional doctor I have ever encountered in my entire 55 years on this planet! Dr. P walked in the room, chewing gum and looking at me as if I was a dog in the kennel. Having told him that I was suffering from severe vertigo after a long flight back from Paris, where I live, he suggested that I look at YouTube videos and suggested that I might have a BRAIN TUMOR!!!!! I told him that I have a history of ear infections and vertigo. He could not have cared less. He briefly looked at my ears as if he was doing me a service. I had to practically beg Dr. Gum Chewer to give me a prescription that I had from his college 9 months earlier after having the same issue. Thank GOD I went back to France week later to see my real doctor who treated me for an ear and sinus infection missed by Dr. Gum Chewer. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS CLINIC AGAIN. I wrote to the owners and got NO reply, further adding insult to bad medical care. Go to Redi-Med. They post their prices on line, they are less expensive, and you will be better care. I am a senior, senior citizen, was weak, had a temp, had a cough and went to ER Quick Care on Livingston as recommended. Having been to several walk-in clinics in Naples over the years, I was looking forward to being treated and then out the door. I was called in right away, vitals taken quickly, asked a few questions and was prescribed a Z PAK. I do not know the name of the doctor that saw me (my mistake) but he was matter of fact and concise, gave me some good advice to get well quickly. I got well very quickly. The overall feel of this clinic is just great and those treating patients are knowledgeable and terrific. This is now my go-to clinic for everything. Thank you ER Quick Care. read more

Got here at 11:30 in the morning yesterday colour at 4:00 pm never in my life have we been waiting that long for a doctor.

I was feeling a bit under the weather today(flu is going around), so I drove to the nearest med stop that was open on a Sunday. My suggestion is only go here if you are deathly ill. They only had one doctor on duty, and the room was packed. Everyone was coughing and hacking, yet they don't offer face masks to keep the germs from spreading. I guess it will only benefit them if more people get sick, right? Lol. Two hours later, I'm finally in the exam room. They shove a flu test swab up my nose (and feels like it's going up to my brain)- which is good to see if I have flu right away. The assistant takes my temp and bp- and I'm waiting for the doc. The doc comes in and is very friendly. He leaves to take care of some things while waiting for my swab results. An assistant comes in and holds a zofran up to me and says to take it for nausea right now. I say I don't know what it is and I want to look it up on the web first since I'm hypersensitive to most meds. I ended up not taking it. So doc comes back in to tell me my flu test was negative, and asks me what I want to feel better. I said I had no idea I just want to feel better. He gave me a Perscription for a Zpack and... Wait for it.....a Perscription for Zofran! Smh..... Altogether, the wait time until getting out was a little over 3 hours. The doc was nice, and the nurses and receptionist were friendly. read more

RE: ER Quickcare. Was not very impressed with staff although front office was nice and efficient. There were 4 different medical staff that took care of me and only one seemed at all friendly. Thought the doctor was a bit brusque. Never told me the diagnosis; saw what it was after I got to my car because it was written on the discharge summary. Was very surprised to be handed scripts written on script pads instead of having the scripts automatically sent to my local pharmacy! So had to take the scripts to the pharmacy, then wait around for them to be filled or leave and come back to get them. Pretty archaic in this day and age of technology! Staff did call me the next day to see how I was doing. read more

I have been here several times. The doctors and staff are amazing. For a walk-in place a 1-2 hour wait is nothing compared to sitting in the ER for 4-6 hours. The staff is supporting and caring they even call the next day to check on you. I have brought my husband and children here when even their primary doctors can't see them. I came here because I wouldn't stop throwing up and my stomach was hurting. The best part of this was the fact that they are very upfront about the wait times. I waited about 30 minutes to get seen. They immediately put me in a room and started an IV. The entire process was amazing. They told me I had the 24 hour stomach bug. Upon walking in the Dr and nurse were bickering and she kept saying she was quitting because of him and he was saying he was quitting because of her and she said oh good then I don't have to quit the doctors bedside manners were terrible he just looked at me and said you need to go to the hospital. ER QuickCare is my primary source of medical care. I know, I don't have to wait for an appointment and know that I will always be seen by a physician! Unlike most Urgent Care centers that have a physician on staff, you're usually seen by a Physician Assistant who many time can't treat serious medical (cardiac) problems because they're not "authorized" or do not have the necessary medications available. I have needed to go to ER QuickCare many times for my history of A-Fib. I know that I will be attended to by an ER Certified Doctor who has the training and medications on hand needed. They have lab and X-ray facilities onsite so unless it's a specialized test, the results come back fast! I use them for my entire family from everything to my cardiac history to kids regular bumps and bruises and even sports physicals! Everyone is always friendly and you always get a call the next day to check up on you. One thing I really like is the doctors take their time! They take their time to listen. They're don't diagnose and dash! They don't have 100 more patients waiting to be seen. Yes, sometimes there is a wait, depending on our tourist season or even the cold and flu season, but they're open 7 days a week! You want a real wait? Go to one of the local Emergency Rooms! I've sat in an ER waiting room for 6 hours waiting on a bed! In A-Fib!!! All in all, ERQC is more than an Urgent Care center. They want you to come back and Dr. Rosenfield is who I list as my primary physician when asked! read more

Wow the elimination of what urgent care is supposed to be. 1 Doctor on staff and a ghost town for assistance. 3rd time is a charm i guess and same goes for my wife. I gave it one last shot and failed again. I went across town and was seen within 10 min with the same anount of people in the waiting room with a full staff!!! I was recently treated for a wound infection that had progressed to cellulitis. I went to the ER Quick Care ceneter on Livingston rd/ and Matt, Jenny and Dr Carlos Paisan were very instrumental in my quick recovery. They cleaned the wound, wrapped it and made the proper diagnosis and prescribed the appropriate medications. They gave me an immediate IV treatment and ordered me back for follow-up IVs on Sunday and Monday. On Sunday I met up with Sandy, Matt and Pam and once again, the care was outstanding. They listened, examined and were polite, kind, professional and attentive..What amazed me was the follow up calls from Molly and Jenny to inform me that the cultures came back from the lab and that the MRI test proved negative for a bone infection. Due to their close proximty to my home & being I have a very painful foot injury I gave them another chance BIG MISTAKE!!! They turned me away for a supposed outstanding balance!! My prior visits only required my share of 20% of Medicare. Who h I paid on the spot. A month later they CLAIM that there is an outstanding balance yet my Medicare summary shows them as paid in full. I smell fraudulent excessive billing to the patients AFTER Medicare has already paid. I have already reported them to the government. I guess all the Medicaid/Medicare scams have been uncovered now the medical practice is scamming the patient with this ridiculous balance due after Medicare & my 20%!! read more

My girlfriend had a sudden onset of abdominal pain while in Jacksonville, where she went to an urgent care location in that area, which did not perform any lab work and simply stated to monitor it and come back if it worsens (mind you this was already sudden onset of severe abdomen pain). Being worried, we knew ER QuickCare would take care of her so we made the drive down to Naples because of prior good experiences there. They performed extensive labwork as well as referred out to the appropriate diagnostic imaging locations and discovered a ruptured ovarian cyst which required medical management. It's upsetting how other locations could be so negligent, however at ER QuickCare they really care about their patients and provide incredible care efficiently. read more
