Stay away! These people are liars and dishonest. We used their service for our I-485 in February…read more2025 because they were on the USCIS Civil Surgeon list. They offered us cash payment at a lower price than with a card. We trusted them because USCIS approved them in February 2025. This month, during our interview with the USCIS officer, we were unpleasantly surprised to learn that our application had been suspended because our medical report was invalid. This clinic does not comply with the rules and is no longer approved by USCIS due to fraud. We never met the clinic doctor, even though he certified on the Form I-693 that he examined us. We had to redo our I-693 with a different clinic. So we paid again, and we lost both time and money because of their dishonesty. Today we visited them to request a refund because they are accountable for this fraud.  First, they offered to redo our I-693 through another clinic they work with.  They are still committing fraud because they still offer the Immigration Exams on their website. Very interesting information that I will share with USCIS. We showed them the USCIS letter stating they did not follow the rules, which is why our medical file was denied. But for them, the USCIS is lying; they did a good job... They told us they were no longer on the civil surgeon list, not because they were doing bad work (I remain polite) or committing fraud, but because they had handled too many cases and USCIS preferred they stop...  (The bigger, the better; they're not afraid of anything.) Another lie from them: they claimed they were no longer approved by USCIS since October 2025, which is false, as it was, at least, before August 2025. I found a negative patient review on 08/14/2025 regarding this subject.  Fortunately, lies don't suffocate them. We requested a refund from them, but it's not possible because our file is over 6 months old! As if their service was guaranteed like at a garage... How to request a refund within 6 months when you know the deadlines for USCIS to process green card application files. Another proof of their dishonesty, as they know it is impossible. In the end, we didn't get a refund, but we saw, in person, through all their lies and dishonesty. No wonder USCIS kicked them out. If you need a civil surgeon for your MMIGRATION EXAMS, go to Naples Clinic, on Radio Rd. Very professional. You will be examined by a doctor. Stay away from this clinic; they just want your money and don't care if they do a poor job.

When my wife went to that referred physician, she was told that this situation has been happening for about a year and that she is not the first or last victim. These people are scamming and taking advantage of needy immigrants. False advertising. Probably in cohort with the lawyers that are referring people to the practice. Was I so wrong in going there, as I was told I did not need an antibiotic for a clearly infected part of my mouth!! I was in a LOT OF PAIN, & did NOT want pain medication, ONLY an antibiotic, which she refused to give me!! I don't think she was even a REAL "dentist" maybe just a dental assistant. And left, without any medication being sent in. So, I went to my primary cares Dr. Team, who could clearly see I needed an antibiotic, & sent a prescription & another med in for me. Well, now 48 hrs later & my mouth feels SOOO MUCH BETTER! PLEASE do yourself a favor & don't go to the dental part of this practice. I was made to suffer for days, because of her refusal to give me an antibiotic!! Please go somewhere else, or like me you'll be very sorry!! I WISH my insurance hadn't sent me there!! For 3 specialists these errors have occurred over the past month: lack of concern re options getting appt for more urgent follow-up; mixing up patients; providing referrals to wrong doctor; telling 2 of us when we showed up for appointments that neither doctor could see us and to reschedule; and other poor patient experiences. They are great at copying your driver's license and insurance cards every visit (other practices require once a year only).

Amy will greet you at the door when you walk in and is always welcoming and warm. Dr. Cumberbatch is the best. He takes time with me each week and more if needed, and never rushes me. He did wonderful on the incision and very carefully worked around my tattoo. Cameron works with Dr. Cumberbatch and is kind and attentive.
