Watch out for overbilling - leaving you with excessive out of pocket expenses. I had 2 dates of service with them in the last 4 months. They billed Medicare for far more time / cost than I experienced. During the first visit I was only in the building for 15 minutes as I was the first patient of the day. They billed Medicare for an exam which lasted more than 45 min. This is Fraud and it costs us all more money. Medicare paid them above the Medicare allowable on the CMS Physician Fee Schedule. They want me to pay excessive fees beyond reason - They are cheating Medicare and us all. read more

Update: Spoke with the medical director and I feel slightly better that this is on the right track to healing and was offered a recheck visit at no cost if I was still concerned. It's unfortunate the incident happened but I was still pleased with the staff and the facility. read more

**update** Emailed them and got a quick response and a refund. Now as for the response very unprofessional as shown below and asked to delete my bad Review. Aren't reviews supposed to be honest and truthful. I never said anything negative about your nurses or staff hence even in my review I said the front young lady was polite If anything it's about managemen!! The My daughter was there a few months ago and was charged $400.00 upfront for the visit was told they didnt take insurance a few months later I get a bill from my insurance company because they sent in a claim for the visit they just charged us for. I have gone by the office twice and both times given a business card to email them. I have sent four emails and no answer. Today I went to get a refund with all my documents in hand and asked for the manager the young lady at the front desk was polite and asked what it was regarding and I explained it was for a refund she went back to the manager and came back with the business card again. I told her I would try one more time and would be back if I didnt receive an answer. I did leave upset that the manager never came out once I explained the situation to the young lady upfront. read more

I have been to about 10 different urgent cares in my life and I had an okay experience. This Collier urgent care on collier and immokalee made me feel welcomed as soon as I came in. I did not have my insurance card and the receptionist was still able to help me out and find my insurance information through her system. (With the pain I was in, that was the last thing I wanted to think about) Once I got seen by the nurse, she noticed something off about my health and alerted the doctor right away, which made it feel like they really cared about my health. I had to go three days in a row for follow ups, and even though it was three different doctors each day, all three of them treated me as if I was their priority. Website says accepts most UnitedHealthcare plans, which includes mine. Shows up as an "In-Network" urgent care with United Healthcare. $75 copay, all is well. Walk in, "Sorry, we've had issues with UnitedHealthcare lately so your $75 copay will instead be full amount of $230+". Very inconvenient, waste of time. I feel the urgent care needs to honor my plan and figure out billing on their end, you chose the field. I don't drop a wrecked car off at a bodyshop and foot the $12,000 bill until Geico pays me back, I don't care if it's $2, $20, or $200. You work direct with them. I understand you don't want to foot the $150 difference but you accept that liability when operating the business. Your problem. Don't like it, don't accept the in-network insurance and lead those needing urgent care on a goose chase...Imagine if they all did that. read more

Just opened this week.... Maybe good for stitches or broken bones but not illness. Quick but Doc not thorough? In and out and seems they all want to give you a pill instead of finding out what's wrong first. Pass you on to your Doc and they pass you on to another Doc. The front desk girl charged us full visit amount and our Copay should have only been $75. We called our insurance and they assured us that we shouldn't have paid full amount. Do not go to Collier urgent care at founders square in Naples Fl. They don't care that a child has autism and the waiting room is so busy that the child is over stimulated. I asked if I could please wait in my car and if they could call my cell when it is his time and she told me no that he could wait outside where there is no where to sit and he has an injury on his foot so he can't just stand outside. She refused and said then he can sit in the waiting room even though I explained that it was a lot of overstimulation with so many people ( the waiting room was full) because of his autism and he was having a hard time. I completely get that I was asking the staff to take a min out of there time to call my cell when it was his time and I even explained I was sorry to ask but with his autism it is just a lot on him in a crowded room and since they didn't have a area he could sit outside and his foot was injured he couldn't stand on it I was lost on anything more to do. I don't understand why nothing could be worked out to help a child with autism so he could be see. This place is just not the right place to take a child with autism for care because the staff isn't trained on ASD and how to make an good environment for the child to feel safe and comfortable in so they can be treated for an illness or injury. read more

Received totally incompetent care. Was prescribed an antibiotic that caused severe allergic anaphylactic reaction when such antibiotic isn't even recommended for a sore throat, according to doctors I consulted afterwards, who remain puzzled why I was prescribed what I was. I spent a lot of money to get no help and it was a dangerous waste of time that led me to feel like I was choking to death from the allergic reaction. If I could give 0 stars I would. Dr Herrera horrible rude impolite unprofessional provider . I asked for help with sinus and he replied " okay do you want to kill all your good bacteria you could. Instead of 5 days antibiotics he gave me 10 to make sure I will kill them all. Manager told me if I am not satisfied I should go to primary or other specialist. Rude and unprofessional. They called themselves urgent care. They are careless. This is my second visit for same problem. First was yesterday. They happily charged my insurance twice for service they never provided. This place is amazing , I have really bad anxiety and I came here to make sure I was doing okay and they took me in and checked my vitals and dr adkins here is so kind and so patient.
