I love this place. The personnel is kind and compassionate. I went with a deep cough that wouldn't go away and they could do chest X-rays right there, diagnosed bronchitis, gave me a breathing treatment (my first ever), prescriptions and good to go. Very patient with me, explained exactly how to take the Z-pack and antibiotics. This is my go to spot from now on. Oh, I arrived at 4:45 and with all the X-rays and breathing treatments I was out in 90 minutes. I would like to give them 10 stars. read more

Dr. Crowley and her team are the best. I had an infected cyst that she took care of for me and 1 week later I had to have a hernia surgery and my attending surgeon even complimented her on the work. He was going to take care of it for me but he said she clearly did a great job. So not only is this a patient recommendation but another doctor who doesn't even know her knows she's the best. My husband took me here because the location is near our townhouse, and he saw a four star rating. I fell two days ago and since then my hand has become swollen and pain shoots across my arm when I try to use it. We decided to go for x rays. I was given four pages to fill out, not usually a big deal except today I can't use my writing hand. It took 3 1/2 hours for them to do this 15 minute procedure. We thought it would take an hour at most. They have one doctor working today, and I'm not sure about his analysis. I will be taking the x rays to my chiropractor for her analysis. I gave two stars because the staff was acceptable. This place is definitely not quick. read more

I was taken to quick care because the extent of my problem was not extremely urgent to end up in the emergency room. I was seen quickly and had an X-ray and other standard stuff done. They then referred me for a cat scan at Naples diagnostic imaging. I then went back and the doctor ran through everything with me. Overall they were quick and a lot cheaper and less stressful than going to the emergency room. read more

Simple math tells the story here. In a small 12 x 24 waiting room more than 25 people sit waiting to see a single doctor. If you were sick before you came here you clearly are sick now. If what you had was something mild, you now have the worst of whatever was in the waiting room while you were here. Hi simply came in with my wife who had many flu symptoms, however I could not sit in the waiting room with her as the germs were just too many. If this is what the healthcare system has become, we are doomed as a society. Now to the actual visit. We have been here almost 2 hours and have yet to be seen. The gal behind the receptionist desk had no problem telling us our insurance had expired although the card had just been issued two weeks ago. What do you know, a second check and everything was fine. Finally after three hours my wife was given a couple prescriptions. One for a Z pack which is great, although they determined she wasn't sick. They also gave her another prescription for some other medicine that neither did she request nor watt. In fact while she was in the office they told her to take one and because she is smart, she refused and would not take the pill they suggested. upon her review, she discovered that the pill they were telling her to take was for cancer patients only and not to take it otherwise. My guess is they were only trying to get her to take it because we have good health insurance. His final question for my wife was what could I give you to make you happy. Is this the part where Florida doctors are happy to prescribe things like OxyContin to people that don't really need it? Very suspicious and we will not go back to this germ clinic. read more

Wow what an awesome medical facility with great care. The staff was courteous and very friendly despite the difficulties of dealing with post hurricane Irma issues. Dr. Rosenthal was so nice in explaining everything and the nursing staff was outstanding. They called the next day to follow up on how I was doing. Came here while on vacation. Looked at local urgent cares and even though it was a few miles further then the other urgent care which reviews were not as good we are glad we did. Receptionist had the personality of a snail and was very uncaring and unempathetic. No one waiting when I arrived. All staff in a BS session. I was put in a room quickly however it took an hour to be seen. WTH! Needless to say I won't be back. Also place had an odd odor. read more

Dr. Taylor is always very rude and confrontational with me. She has gone so far as to blame for faking my illness....One time she asked me if there was any way I was pregnant (for an x Ray) and I told her no. She gave me this snarky look and said "but you're on birth control". I'm on bc due to an ovarian cyst issue -- NOT PREGNANCY PREVENTION. I'd never felt like I'm being interrogated by a physician until I met Dr. Taylor. Very very rude and needs to learn how to have somewhat of a bedside manner. read more

I love this place. The doctors are such caring people. Dr Rosenfield is wonderful but I've seen most of the doctors on staff. The nurses are also exceptional. They carefully removed steristrip bandages that Nch emergency room had but on on my mother wrong, after a terrible fall! Everyday we went and they changed her bandages. Very professional from the doctors to nurses to office staff. Highly recommended. Wish they could be my primary care doctor. Wait time is pretty typical however they all work really hard to take care of you as quickly as possible, spending time with you without rushing you out the door. I appreciate that! Having practiced in the health care industry for 38 years I can say that this facility if truly one of the best and most patient centered clinics I have ever encountered. I have been going to ER Quickcare for the past 10 years with various conditions including shingles and common illnesses, but my experience with them over the past two weeks highlights their true talents and dedication. I went to them on a Saturday morning with the worst cough and bronchitis imaginable. After three days of antibiotics and little improvement l returned and was immediately treated with intravenous antibiotics and steroids as well as inhalation therapy for visits three days in a roll. They coordinated a CT scan to rule out pneumonia and pathology of my lungs and continued to see me over the two week duration it took for me to turn the corner and begin feeling better. This could have been a life threatening situation if not handled promptly and effectively. I came to learn that everyone on their staff has extensive emergency room experience and all of the doctors are certified emergency specialists. My care started with Dr. Rosenfield the first week and then seamlessly transitioned to Dr. Crowley for the second week. Being patient centered means that they are dedicated to putting you first as a patient and worthy human being, not simply another customer in the waiting room. Its easy to see that this caring culture permeates the entire staff. I know from experience that this level of commitment only exists because it is created at the top and nurtured through top quality employees who support each other. We go to our general physicians for regular health maintenance, but when we get quite ill there is no one better equipped to diagnose and treat sudden situations than these true specialists in the field. I would recommend ER Quickcare. My daughter and I walked in the door around 6:10. Even though they were closing at 6:30...they took us in immediately and treated us like family. Just returned from a visit to Dr. Jeffery Rosenfield at ER QUICK CARE and came away with the greatest Christmas gift of all: His diagnosis of good health after a battery of on site tests showed my problem would be resolved promptly. His reassurance and ability to diagnose, and communicate in a friendly and compassionate manner "made our day". A friend recently had to drive me to ER QuickCare due to a foot injury. Upon checking in at the front desk, the staff admitted me in an expeditious manner. Nurse, Linda got me into a wheel chair and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. At the end of the visit, because I could not walk, she wheeled me to my car and helped teach me how to properly use the new crutches I was provided with. I was seen by both Dr. Crowley and Dr. Turbiner, both of whom were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in providing me with information needed to handle the injury problem. Though I was somewhat stressed and grumpy dealing with the discomfort of my foot, nurse Linda and the Doctors managed to bring a few welcomed light moments of laughter. My daughter was a patient there just a couple of weeks ago with very swollen tonsils, fever, a cough, and body aches, she was diagnosed with bronchitis. She was prescribed an antibiotic which she finished. Today she has woken up with very swollen tonsils with white puss pockets and pretty much the same symptoms. I called on her behalf as she can barely talk. I was told the follow-up would be the same charge even though they failed to treat her successfully. They know she has no insurance at this time. Her boyfriend says the same thing happened to him there as well. Another friend who went there on several occasions with inflamed tonsils who has insurance, said she was prescribed a z-pack which always worked for her the first time. My daughter was prescribed keflex. Now, due to their inability to do their job properly she has wasted nearly $200 which they want her to come back and spend again. I guess this kind of behaviour is now a standard in the American healthcare system, but to me It is just unethical, and flat-out robbery. Needless to say, she will try a different doctor this time. read more

We were in the area on vacation and each of our two young children had had incidents the day before that required urgent, but not emergency, medical attention. Our family in the area referred us to ER QuickCare and we found a place that we would definitely go back to (but hopefully won't have to). The staff was friendly and gracious, especially to our our children. While neither issue was ultimately that serious, Dr. Rosenfield was friendly, spent time looking at both issues, talked us through the treatments he was prescribing and things we should look for going forward. I spent 5 minutes on a saturday for and ear infection and my bill was $340. Thats right 5 minutes. My insurance was ok with all the charges they tacked on my bill in the minutes that i was there so who does that make right in this situation? Just a word to the wise..... ask for prices first because they will sock it to you if you dont. I also asked to have the bill reduced because in my mind a $280 office visit was beyond rediculous (even on a saturday)...(restaurants dont jack up there menu prices on a saturday) and they said no. read more

Whenever I have been here it was Dr Rosenfield who cared for me. A WONDERFUL doctor. I have worked with him and he is brilliant. Apparently he is no longer actually practicing here. Got the female doctor today and wasted $150 on the visit. She was abrupt , dismissive with my suggestions on my condition ( I am a nurse) and basically did nothing except tell me to see my GYN. I asked for an abdominal x-ray and she said " that's only going to show if you are constipated "...I knew I was not. I told her "forget it" because at that point I knew I should have gone elsewhere. Upon checkout I had to sign that I "refused x-rays and labs" ????? What I refused was to spend another minute or any more money on a doctor that seemed to be sorely lacking knowledge of some medical conditions. Signing that refusal paper was to cover her butt so if something happened she could say I didn't follow her suggestions....she suggested NOTHING except to see my GYN. and "If you get worse go to the ER "Thank you for nothing. I would not suggest this clinic at this time. read more
