Every visit here has been a frustrating experience. In a nutshell, they book way too many appointments for the same time compared to the staff they actually have working. There are always long lines, the kiosks rarely work properly, and the staff is overwhelmed. There aren't enough seats in the waiting area either, so people end up standing or even waiting outside. If you have the option to go somewhere else, I'd definitely recommend it. read more

This place in genuinely horrible. you have to check in at a kiosk and it didn't actually check me in both times. Not only that it only lets you select one service at a time and they don't tell you you have to check in twice if you have to do say both fingerprinting and drug test. takes forever and staff was dismissive read more

I had an amazing experience here. I was concerned based on the reviews, but it couldn't have been more opposite than that. Check in was super easy. I waited less than five minutes. Absolutely the rudest place I have been in. Denied I had an appointment. Both people at the reception area did not look at the customers. I felt really bad for a young woman with a small child who approached them and had to leave. I called the corporate office who confirmed my appointment. Arrived at 11:50 for my 12:00 appointment and left at 1:37. Had major bruising at the site PLUS bruising on both sides due to the bandage they used. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. It was a terrible experience. The people at the front desk told me that I did not follow the instructions for fasting for my glucose test. They told me I needed to fast for 8-12 hours (instead of 2 hours which the doctor's office had instructed me) and sent me away. I called the doctor's office, and they said that Labcorp was WRONG and that the people there must not have known what they are talking about. The people at Labcorp were also rude to me. It's stressful enough being pregnant and taking to take this glucose test. I am never going here again. read more

I've been to this location multiple times. The front office staff is rude and not friendly. They seem annoyed that they have to service customers. Every time I come in they change their policy on what is required for me to drop off specimens. read more

My wife needed to give urine for a job she was going for. Before we left we looked on the website to see what time Lab Corp was open til. It said 4:00PM. We got there at 2:30 and had to wait a couple of minutes for someone to come to the counter. When a person finally showed up,we were told that she was to late to have a urine test because it was after 2:3O. My wife looked at her phone and it was 2:33. I can understand their rules but 1, it wasn't posted on the website and 2 we were there at 2:30 and had to wait at least two minutes to check in. Did he leave his post so he didn't have to accept people needing assistance for urine test? Not happy with Lab Corp and I wI'll spread the word about this to my Physician and anybody else thats in the field. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! NOT HAPP!!! read more

Horrible service and staff. Called yesterday about taking a drug test and they told me they will still accept until 3:00pm. I told them perfect because I get off work and I will rush over by that time. I walked in at 2:30 on the dot!!!!! And they told me no. They got the supervisor and said 'we stopped at 2:30' it was 2:34 by the time I talked to the supervisor. Unbelievable. I told them I called and asked and he was rude and dismissive and told me 'No, Monday'. I'm upset and as I'm writing this review it's 2:39! I have been here twice. The only reason I'm giving it two stars is because of the receptionist that I encountered the second time. Though not the friendliest, she wasn't nearly as bad as the man or the previous woman I had the displeasure of interacting with. The man is rude. Has this tone of voice as if he was talking down to people! You're working in a clinic, if you're not content with your job, find one that you are. This is customer service. Presurgical labs drawn 11/22 and as of 12/6 still not received by doctor. There is no phone number to talk to anyone just voice messages and directions to website. These results should have automatically been sent to the ordering doc. Even with an appointment you are directed to a kiosk to put in information and IDs. This place is about as impersonal as it gets. read more

On 10/20/17 Early in a.m I came to this location to have testing done. I have to say that the woman at the front desk LISA is the rudest person that I've encountered in quite awhile. Actually to the point of another customer asking why the staff is so angry? And also listening in there was a gentleman at the counter and the nasty woman was basically chastising him. Having a real fear of having blood work done, I was a mess when I arrived at this location. I feel truly blessed having Joanne as the girl to draw my blood. I was in tears when I told her my fear and she immediately held my hand and hugged me. I felt instantly comfortable. She kept reassuring me over the entire process. I was not going to come here because of the reviews, but decided to give them a chance. The front desk receptionist was extremely unprofessional and rude. I will be calling tomorrow to her supervisor. I am not usually a complainer, but when you are not feeling well, even the slightest rudeness from a healthcare provider is not acceptable. I've been in LabCorp a couple times lately and both were a very efficient experience. The girl at the front desk was very professional

The first time I went to this facility a week ago, there were two lovely people at the desk. Once I told the phlebotomist that I have very tiny veins and needed a butterfly needle, she accommodated and it was easy and painless. The second visit just days agowas a terrible experience. The lady at the desk was extremely rude and the phlebotomist didn't understand English and used a large needle and it was quite uncomfortable and left a large bruise. The one thing I like about this facility over Quest is that it is much quicker. read more

I had a fasting blood draw on June 7, 2016. I have veins that look like straws sitting on my arms; easy to hit. Whoever did this draw punctured the bottom of my vein so I still have pain when flexing my elbow. The draw before that at the same location I received a big bruise at the site of the draw; my doctor's office was laughing at how anyone could accomplish that with the veins I have. Needless to say I will not return to this facility. read more

Been here twice now, once for myself and second for my toddler, and both times were quick and easy. Especially impressed when my toddler was in, his veins are deep and hard to find, but the man drawing his blood was so gentle and efficient that it was over before we knew it! (as opposed to another location in Gainesville where they used a very large, straight needle on him that collapsed his vein as they were fishing and puncturing through it-couldn't even get 1 tube). I would definitely go back if needed! read more
