The front line technicians are OK. They could be friendlier but they're not rude, although the sign-in process is an impersonal touch screen with a long wait and no people around to ask questions. Their billing is overly aggressive and you never know what anything is going to cost until after the work is done. You could wallpaper your house with the multiple bills they send, and the phone calls start pretty much one second after the due date. I put their bills at the bottom of the pile and wait until the last possible second to pay after about the 3rd voice message, just as an act of defiance because they are so annoying. Eventually, you do have to pay because they've turned their poor phlebotomists into bill collectors; who can't draw your blood until your $30.00 past due is current, even though they probably overcharged to begin with and already got $150.00 from your insurance company.Just another greedy company that is typical of everything that is wrong with our broken health care system. read more
