Upon arrival, it felt as though I was interrupting a social conversation between staff members rather than being welcomed as a patient. I checked in as directed, but the two employees at the desk continued their conversation without acknowledgment. Shortly after, two other clients arrived and expressed similar concerns about how they were received. The three of us were left waiting without any communication or guidance. At one point, a gentleman entered and was immediately assisted. I understand he may have had an appointment, but a brief explanation or simple communication to those of us waiting would have gone a long way in creating a more respectful and organized experience. That said, I do want to recognize Emily, who performed my blood draw. She was professional, efficient, and made the process smooth and comfortable. I truly appreciate her care and expertise.
