Your practice retaliated against my father by not answering his phone calls about his own medical issues. That resulted in a serious complaint, of which NO ONE in your practice did a damn thing. There wasn't even a resolution provided. Now let's talk about the utter failure on your practice's part in treating my father properly. Since 2019, your practice consistently treated him for what?... A FRICKEN UTI! That is an abnormal issue and a first sign of bladder cancer in men. Instead of upholding your hypocratic oath, your practice opted to simply run a generic in office test, instead of sending it out for further testing. SINCE 2019! The laziness knows no bounds. It wasn't until your practice retaliated against him for the ridiculous issue you took with my mother, forcing both of them to go to Upstate Internist Associates in MAY 2023, at the initial visit, that my father was diagnosed with the most aggressive form of bladder cancer. In fact, the cancer was at the wall, about to breach other organs, when my father was told that his entire life was about change fast. He lost everything, his bladder, his ability to function at a full-time job, he wasn't even close to retirement age, your malpractice and negligence destroyed the financial stability of my parents, and your practice ruined my dad's life. He can't work, he can't do the basic things he loved, like drag racing, he even enjoyed working as a printer press operator, which he'd done for over 35 years. Your practice's malpractice and negligence destroyed so much for both of my parents. And the truly fucked up part? Your practice is going to get away with it because NYS is a fucking prison on planet bullshit. May your Wi-Fi remain as slow as your intelligence, and may every cup of your shitty coffee be simultaneously burned and cold.

I have also used Quest in a major metropolitan area versus this Quest of Cortland. I needed same day STAT bloodwork done and went to this location. I am still waiting for my very important results a day and a half later and found out this morning that the labs were done incorrectly (either the phlebotomist or the lab typed something incorrectly - we are all human, that is not the issue), but the lab running my blood still had my blood 24 hours later so after 6 phone calls to the doctor and quest they were going to rerun my blood. No apology no nothing from quest - they essentially blamed my doctor (it was clearly typed on my orders ... again a mistake but generally in customer service you apologize for the inconvenience and do all in your power to make it better.). Not quest. If you need a beta drawn, heck if you're waiting for ANY important test - take your business elsewhere. I know I will be for all of the follow up tests I need. To think of the money that my insurance has paid these buffoons over the years. Don't worry Quest - I won't forget and I will NEVER use quest again. And I'll make sure anyone I know and love doesn't either. And anyone reading Yelp ... or better business bureau ... I am BEYOND mad! One single person apologizing today would have made all the difference too - so take note and maybe offer some insight to your employees. Bye Quest!

The nurse is prompt. It's easy to schedule an appointment. And the front desk personnel take care of payments and update information promptly. * They are collaborative. Dr. Alicia Blair and the nursing staff listen and work with you. * They are well networked. Dr. Blair has worked with many doctors in the area. * They have a good sense of humor and seem to care about each other's welfare.

From front of house to back, this office is very friendly, courteous, considerate and compassionate. I have always been able to be squeezed in if I did not have an appointment and was very ill. Brittany listens to my every concern (give that woman a raise just for this ) and tries as many avenues to get to where I need to be, and I'm extremely appreciative of that. Especially nowadays, after the pandemic, it seems a lot is brushed off or pushed to the side. This place has never made me feel this way. If I need a specialist, I have a call from one usually within two weeks. I can't say enough great things about this business. Highly, highly recommend. We need more offices ran like this!
