The first time I went into the…read moreoffice, the lady in the chair to the left with white hair and glasses (I did not get a name) was so rude to me because I was nervous and did not have everything that was required at the time. So I had left and came back with what I needed for my visit, I presume she was being cordial because there were other patients in the waiting room and her colleague was next to her. Nonetheless if you are in a customer based employee, attitude and being rude is not ok.

I interacted with the office manager to get her feedback and she herself was unprofessional and dismissive. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and adds unnecessary stress to patients already trying to get care.

I have used both Quest Diagnostics and Labcorp for the past 9 years as I have gone through…read moreinfertility treatment - so take that into consideration when reading this. I have also used Quest in a major metropolitan area versus this Quest of Cortland. I needed same day STAT bloodwork done and went to this location. I am still waiting for my very important results a day and a half later and found out this morning that the labs were done incorrectly (either the phlebotomist or the lab typed something incorrectly - we are all human, that is not the issue), but the lab running my blood still had my blood 24 hours later so after 6 phone calls to the doctor and quest they were going to rerun my blood. No apology no nothing from quest - they essentially blamed my doctor (it was clearly typed on my orders ... again a mistake but generally in customer service you apologize for the inconvenience and do all in your power to make it better.). Not quest. If you need a beta drawn, heck if you're waiting for ANY important test - take your business elsewhere. I know I will be for all of the follow up tests I need. To think of the money that my insurance has paid these buffoons over the years. Don't worry Quest - I won't forget and I will NEVER use quest again. And I'll make sure anyone I know and love doesn't either. And anyone reading Yelp ... or better business bureau ... I am BEYOND mad! The nurse is prompt. It's easy to schedule an appointment. And the front desk personnel take care of payments and update information promptly. * They are collaborative. Dr. Alicia Blair and the nursing staff listen and work with you. * They are well networked. From front of house to back, this office is very friendly, courteous, considerate and compassionate. I have always been able to be squeezed in if I did not have an appointment and was very ill. Brittany listens to my every concern (give that woman a raise just for this ) and tries as many avenues to get to where I need to be, and I'm extremely appreciative of that. Especially nowadays, after the pandemic, it seems a lot is brushed off or pushed to the side. This place has never made me feel this way. If I need a specialist, I have a call from one usually within two weeks. I can't say enough great things about this business. Highly, highly recommend. We need more offices ran like this!

I was upset when I realized this. Dr. Federico stated he didn't know why she put me on it because my thyroid was just a bit off. It is now better via changing my diet. I haven't had any issues with him. He doesn't pressure you to take an rx. I don't want to find myself on six rxs, so he honors that. The staff in the office are great too. I usually don't have to wait long once I'm there. The only issue is they don't have enough staff to answer the phones, so you won't likely get a person on the phone. You have to leave a message. I'm assuming because their costs are lower they can't afford to have the additional reception staff to handle the phones. I just go in person and make my next appointment while I'm there. I'm not a sickly person who has to run to the doctor often, so Compassionate Care works good for me. Having Saturday hours is a major plus. I will continue to keep going.

He finally had to say something to a staff member who then relayed the information that the front desk girl never even checked him in. So no other staff knew he was waiting in the room. Meanwhile the desk girl is outside of the building on her phone sweeping the sidewalk with absolutely nothing on it.
