I interacted with the office manager to get her feedback and she herself was unprofessional and dismissive. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and adds unnecessary stress to patients already trying to get care.

It was the closest urgent care to our hotel with available appointments so I booked the appointment last night. Got in this morning and it was smooth sailing from finished to end. Receptionist was very helpful, professional and friendly. Got him in immediately, saw Nurse Mary. Nurse Mary took his vitals and asked basic questions. The PA came in right after, checked out his ear and prescribed antibiotics. We didn't need to check out as his medication was sent electronically to the pharmacy. The quality of care is top notch for an urgent care, probably the best urgent care I've ever been to. They are organized, helpful and professional. I highly recommend them. Thank you for helping my son feel better.

I repeatedly called to get lab results, to be left on hold by an automated robot, and never be connected to the clinic. After 15 minutes, it just told me to call back.
