I would give this place a -100 if I could. I'm not someone who usually leaves negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. The staff was rude and unprofessional. I was only 5 minutes late for my appointment, and instead of any flexibility, I had to register as a walk-in. Even though there were only two patients before me, I waited 40 minutes with no communication or accountability. When I asked the lab technician if I should make another appointment, she dismissed my question and rudely said I could "do whatever I want" while laughing. Very disrespectful behavior. I've also had issues before where they claimed they couldn't find my lab slip, but my doctor's office was able to locate it immediately. The overall service here is poor, and I would not come back if my insurance covered other labs. read more

Was taken for blood draw at appointment time. Technician did a great job as my veins can be difficult. Felt heard when i encouraged her to draw from hand rather than arm and she went with my suggestion. Polite, efficient, quick. read more

Janet Brickhouse was the person who helped me with my urine specimen. She was efficient but she sure is miserable. I wish she introduced herself or smiled a little. I feel like we are vulnerable as patients giving out urine and blood to them for whatever reason. She needs to be a little more personable. read more

Only negative on my experience is...they're hard to find! The area looks like townhouses, not businesses. Keep pulling forward to the second building in the back. Don't stop at the first by Franklin corner road, and don't waste time going in the back of that first building like I did. Other than that, I had an appointment with zero wait, the tech was very friendly and professional, and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. I'd come back here any time (now that I know where it is located). For a lab, that's saying something! read more

PICK LABCORP OR AT THE LEAST A DIFFERENT BRANCH TL;DR: No customer service, poorly managed, broken equipment, no accountability. I'm not one to write bad reviews, but I had such a poor experience with this location. I came to drop off a sample after a procedure was done a few months back. I wasn't sure what I was required to bring and what was in their system so I attempted to call the location the morning of the appointment. This is not hyperbole, I selected EVERY option in their Automated machine to contact anyone. The recording both told me that the line could not connect, nor could it be transferred. I finally selected the Billing department as a last ditch attempt to confirm what I needed. They were obviously confused by this, but they attempted to help as much as they could, and ultimately advised me to go in, and that I didn't need anything more. This was untrue, but given in good faith. I was missing a vital piece of paperwork. I still fault this on this location because I don't expect Billing Accounts to know lab procedures, but I do expect a customer facing industry to have any kind of customer support. On arrival I was told that I could not proceed without that documentation. I was frustrated but understood. I did ask if she could call the office to help communicate what we needed and she declined. It was a hard-stop. A reoccurring theme with this branch is there is no customer-service of anytime. I went outside and called my Dr. Office and asked them to email me the document(A recommendation from the attendant) they informed me they could not but could fax it to the location. Please see there is another review from OVER A YEAR AGO a different user saying they attempted to fax to this location multiple times and it failed. This has not been resolved. I was quickly informed that it was broken. Considering that medical coding and legal groups are the only industries that frequently use this technology, this SHOULD be a priority in a medical office. I do not blame the two attendees for their absolute deplorable customer service, it is incredibly clear that management of this branch is lacking or absentee. I would be embarrassed to work here, I would be embarrassed to be the manager here, and I would be embarrassed corporately to have this location attached to my brand. read more

My 7 year old son needed bloodwork today. When I brought this Quest up on the map the awful reviews immediately popped up - I left him in the car (he was totally visible the entire time through a front window don't worry) then checked him in. There's no "front desk" so I peeked through the glass door to try to get someone's attention. A lab tech noticed me and came to ask what I needed. I explained the situation and she had me bring him in right away as there was nobody waiting. As I was outside helping/convincing him to get out of the car I noticed the lab tech had come outside to help encourage him and she held his hand all the way into the back where she would draw the blood. She reassured him the whole way. Another woman who worked there came over and assisted. They were both so kind and loving and I truly appreciate their help with my son today. Thank you, ladies!! When he got to school he had a crowd of 2nd graders around him asking about his "bandage" and he was so proud of himself. Fantastic work today!! read more

When you are getting tested, you never feel at ease... but when you enter an office like this, it's terrifying! You aren't just worried about the testing, you are worried about contracting hepatitis! This office looks great outside but once you walk in you feel like you're at a clinic in Cancun, Mexico. It's dirty, it feels run down, and the patient rooms seem like they have been stocked with second hand equipment. Alright, it's just a few minutes for testing... it doesn't need to be glammed out, but please keep the place and bathrooms clean! The redeeming qualities of this place; the staff is professional and friendly that did an excellent job making me feel better (hence three stars instead of zero). Despite the excellent staff, I'm going to request that my insurance company find another lab because there isn't a reason to not include within your budget a good janitorial staff and friendly medical rooms. read more

They are rude, arrogant and unhelpful. They won't even answer a question. And they're in no hurry. Even with an appointment, you will probably wait. If you have the sort of test that requires that you return with a sample, MAKE SURE YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE DROP OFF. They tell you that you don't have to, but if you just show up, even just to drop something off, you will wait behind everyone at the place with an appointment as well as everyone ahead of you without one. First off, there were no available appointments online, so I dropped in at 2:02. Their employment drug screen testing was only available until 2:30. 2 people ahead of me, 2 people came after me. I finished at 2:35. There was only ONE staff member present. If you're in a rush, make an appointment and go to the (much busier) Hamilton location. They regularly have 20-30 people there BUT they do move quickly. Also, the employee working on the day I was there was lovely to talk to...but there was a pervasive smell of unwashed person from even outside in the hall. I don't know how a health care professional can have that smell and still be working. read more

Took my 92 year old mother here because it seemed to have better access. She requested the technician use a butterfly. Anyone else would have accommodated this request. She was told they don't have any. This should have been an warning and she should have walked out. After blowing the vein an the arm they tried the hand. Finally another technician came in with a butterfly, which the didn't have, and finally was able to draw blood from the other hand. Now both hands and an arm are black from the bruising from the botched job from Quest. read more

Very disappointed from the low level of service. I was concerned that problems the tech was having with the computer would not end well. After multiple follow up calls trying to find out about my results I was informed today that I would have to come back to draw blood again. I would not recommend this location since they lost my blood samples. I've been to other locations with out problems. read more

Because of my insurance company, I am required to do lab work at Quest. This week I went to the Lawrenceville branch, and the staff person who waited on me was very rude. She was capable of a pleasant interaction based on how she was talking with her colleagues, but the moment she interacted with me she was curt and totally lacking in any effective customer service skills. This is true of most of the assistants I have dealt with at all three Quest locations near me. I don't know if it's because they are a monopoly, or the hiring approaches they're taking, but if they had more competition I doubt they would have any clients. read more

the lady was very mean. there is nobody in line but she kept rushing me. she treated me like a dumb person. I felt very humiliated when she said that nobody is slow like you. not to mention her mean tone and unfriendly facial expression. there are two closer locations to my house but they were pretty booked. no wonder nobody want to come to this location. read more

Should have listened to the reviews. Every staff member that I encountered was incredibly rude because I was unsure of the process. Asked me in front of everyone why I was there, no privacy. Continued to laugh and talk about the situation in the receptionists office when they thought I wasn't listening, AND in front of other waiting patients as well. Do not go here! The techniciann at Quest in Lawrenceville who drew my blood and took my intake information today was on her telephone headset throughout. Whe I told her that this was unprofessional and inappropriuate she challenged me by saying she wasn't talking ( "did I herare her talking?") on the phone and that it was a headset so it didn't interfere.I did hear someone speaking to her through the headset. .I consider both the action and the response rude , inappropriate and unprofessional. I was not treated like a patient but like an object,. In addition her response was rude and when I asked to speak to the manager of the said she was the manager. I asked for her name and she only gave her fistnamer Melba. I have been going to quest for years and have never beeen treated like his before. I sent a letter of complaint to Quest and I am awaiting a response. Unbelievable. And there is a sign in the waiting room asking patients to turn off all cell phones. In addition I beleive this is violation of HIPPA regulations as well read more

GREAT PLACE! I took my autistic son there and the people did a great job. They got us in quickly and were very professional. Getting a blood test done with an autistic young adult after he fasted all morning is difficult. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. They made it seem simple.
