I have had them correct me and say I only have one lab, and I have to tell them to check again and then oh never mind there are two labs whoops. Multiple times. Also, I use a preferred name instead of my legal name and they have never once used my preferred name, even though it shows up on all my records and shows when I check in. If this place wasn't 2 minutes from my house I would never come back, but unfortunately I have to suffer through. the nurses themselves are all very nice though and the place has a lot shorter waits than other labs i've been to. I just wish the people at the front desk were better at their jobs and cared more about respecting patients.

I was only 5 minutes late for my appointment, and instead of any flexibility, I had to register as a walk-in. Even though there were only two patients before me, I waited 40 minutes with no communication or accountability. When I asked the lab technician if I should make another appointment, she dismissed my question and rudely said I could "do whatever I want" while laughing. Very disrespectful behavior. I've also had issues before where they claimed they couldn't find my lab slip, but my doctor's office was able to locate it immediately. The overall service here is poor, and I would not come back if my insurance covered other labs.
