Nadia drew my blood without a pinch. No pain! My veins are small but she did a great job finding one quickly!

This place should be closed because the people are rude and inconsiderate. They are never prepared and also jamming people. If you have appointments you won't be able to be seen in time if you have work you will Late. Please consider going other place because this place will waste your time. The office staff need to be trained to hand better and also provide quality service read more

I had a good experience. I made an appt for 11 a.m. and arrived at 10:45 a.m. It was crowded but I checked in via the link they send and was called within 10 minutes. Check in was quick and easy and the rep was knowledgeable and kind explaining everything clearly including take home testing material. The wait was about 15 minutes after that because of the number of people and one upset child but my name was called and the phlebotomist was able to draw my blood quickly and painlessly. I've always had good experiences at this lab so I keep returning and haven't experienced any rudeness or inconvenience. Thank you Labcorp. read more

I was early to my appointment by 30 minutes I have now waited 2 and a half hours. This was a drug screen all I need was to use the bathroom. I am still waiting as I read this and I might be here still as you read this review. Elderly people were forces to wait and sit on tables. This was very unacceptable! read more

Labcorp seems to be notorious for nasty service people. But, I always try my best to be nice to them because I know it is difficult dealing with the public all day. I am sick. Very sick. And I just wanted to get the materials to get a sample to this labcorp. After arriving at 7 am to a room with what seemed to be 100 people, I checked in at the kiosk. When the gentleman called me in 30 min later, nothing I could say or do was to his liking. I am a 59 year old man. I don't want to make trouble for anyone. And it is difficult to hear when we are all wearing masks. After I was spoken to like I was a 5 year old child, I returned to drop off my sample. I thought that I heard the gentleman say not to check in and to just come to the window. But, once again, I was incorrect. He quickly told me that he had plenty of "witnesses" that heard him say that I had to check in. I wasn't looking for a fight. I just wanted to do the right thing - and I told him so. "Just tell me what to do". I'm a harmless looking guy that is super stressed out and ill. Needless to say, I will never, ever go back to this labcorp. If people don't know how to deal with the public, then they should find other jobs. And if you have a chip on your shoulder, take it somewhere else. read more

UPDATE: made an appointment at Quest quick and easy for 12:20. Probably will never use labcorp Called an hour before my appointment at 11:45 because my class was running late today, absolutely horrible to reach on the fine by the way, when she answered she proceeded I had to change it online, I said I am calling you in the middle of class if I could do that I simply would, she told me repeatedly if I come in at 12 I will be a walk in. I asked again if anything can be done I have to get this blood work done as soon as possible and it's only a 15 minute difference. She proceeded to do absolutely nothing, said to hold on a minute and put the phone to the side where I heard all their conversations and then hung up the phone on me, being a concerned patient. If I would do this all online I wouldn't go through the phone trying to reach someone to explain my situation instead I was met to a redirection to the website and I was met with not being listened to and not trying to go in any extra length to help a new patient. Crazy for medical industry no a days have no personable connections anymore. Now I have to wait 4 more days for my blood work to get an appointment even though I made one already, my class is running late and I called an hour before to let them know, nothing could be done. Horrible. read more

I didn't mind the extensive wait and no seating or standing room but I did mind how horrible the tech took my blood. I have a huge lump and bruise, as well as my ENTIRE arm being in severe pain. I don't know if she hit a nerve or what but I have never in my life had a worse simple blood draw. She was rushing and rude, didn't even go in order just said next after others had been waiting. Do not recommend here at alllllllllll. read more

This is the worst Labcorp I've been too. The people at the front desk/intake are beyond incredibly rude. The woman who checked me in was rushing me to get my paperwork and insurance card as soon as I sat down. Then someone told them that their do was locked and they all got annoyed. They said they would put a paper cup to prop open the door. When I recommend that they put something a bit stronger, they snapped at me saying that it would work fine (It was raining out). The rest of the staff was very nice. read more

When people have a bad experience, they tend to go post a review in their anger. When you have a good experience, you walk out the door and go on with your life. I saw many bad reviews and figured I was going to be here for hours. I did not have an appointment and I walked in at 10:00 AM on a Saturday morning, expecting it to be busy, and it was. I checked in at the tablet and was called back to the desk at 10:20 AM, and I was out the door by 10:35 AM. Everyone was nice, and efficient, and I would recommend them. Good job guys! :-) read more

Pleasantly surprised! I have been to other LabCorp locations and have waited hours to actually have blood drawn, but I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I visited this location on Friday morning, I had a 9am appointment and arrived around 8:50am. I was called back to registration at 8:55, was shortly assigned a lab room and waited only 5 minutes for the technician to come in. He drew my blood, and that was that...back in my car by 9:15am! The waiting area is clean and inviting with comfortable chairs, and the lab technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. I don't tend to have blood drawn very often, but I will definitely return to this location in the future! read more

Bogus office Took them forever. It took me one hour from arrival to blood draw. And the staff said this was a light day.....I don't know what would be the wait time on a busy day.... Will not recommend read more

Made appointment for 6:30am. Arrived and chose check in and wait in car. Received a text at 6:50 to enter the building and wait for name to be called. As I entered the building, I heard the receptionist call out last call for my name. I inquired how could it be last call when you just texted me to come in...no response. Went to the next window to hand in my paperwork and was told to have a seat at the end of the hall. Blood was not drawn until 7:20. I understand things are slower due to COVID protocols, but the waiting room was overcrowded with people standing everywhere and appointment times are not being honored. I made an early appointment so I could get to work. Perhaps there should be less people for each appointment slot. read more

I usually make an appointment when I go to this Labcorp, but I forgot to make one this time and had to be a walk-in. Their website said they open at 5:30 am from Monday to Friday. Today was Thursday. I went there at 5:30 am. The sign on the door said they open up at 6:30 am. I drove all the way home and returned at 6:15 am. There was a line at the door of about 10 people. I waited outside for 15 minutes. During this time a man who looked like a caregiver walked ahead of the whole line with another man. After I checked in I noticed the lady that was in charge and calling people's names. She was greeting people that she knew and was putting them ahead of the people that were waiting in the waiting room. And, these were not people that were checking in from their cars. I heard her say hello to a man that walked up to her. She said "Are you having bloodwork today?" He replied no, my niece is. She is outside. The lady told him when his niece comes in to let her know. It was obvious that this man had connections and the head staff member was going to put his niece ahead of people waiting for an hour! She didn't even try to hide the fact that she is putting people she knows ahead of the line. This is totally unfair. I have to come here to get bloodwork every 3-6 months and I hate coming here without an appointment. I advice anyone who has to have bloodwork done at this facility to make an appointment or you will have a long wait! read more

I am posting this for my mother, Carmen, because she doesn't have a Yelp account. Carmen H. says: "I love the customer service that I receive at LabCorp on Whitehorse Mercerville Rd. I purposely schedule my appointments for this particular location. After coming here for years, I've only had one minor issue that was rectified immediately by the manager, Riveda. Not only did she rectify the issue, she administered my blood test herself. I would highly recommend this location to anyone." read more

Went around opening time in the AM. I was in and out 8 minutes tops. The woman at check was nice and advised that I'd only be after 15 minutes I was done actually much faster. The phlebotomist was awesome and results were quick !!! read more

I have used several other Labcorp locations in the Mercer county area(at least 5). I have never had as pleasant an experience as I had this morning at the Mercerville location on Whitehorse/Mercerville Rd. I am a terrible person to draw blood from; squeamish, tiny veins, squirmy at times, feeling faint. Although I have had many good Phlebotomists at many locations I have not had good interactions with the staff. Surly receptionists, overworked staff doing too many things to get patients checked in, long waits after seated in a chair, multiple people trying to find a suitable spot to stick me, switching back and forth from one arm to the other with a tourniquet; all unpleasant for someone who feels faint just contemplating. Both the check-in staff and the phlebotomist this morning were highly professional, courteous, and skilled. That office hummed like a well-oiled machine. I had to travel 20 minutes and pass several other locations to get there. Well worth it! Oh, by the way, someone at 1255 actually answered the phone and responded to questions for 5 minutes the day before. The other locations I called did not answer the phone and their website would not give me an appointment less than a week out. I'll give benefit of the doubt that phone ringing off the hook probably a symptom of short staffing. Not the staff's fault. read more

My experience here was honestly the worst one I've ever had at any lab corp ever (I've been to a few). The staff was rude, slow, and lacked knowledge of the basic routines involved in getting a certain test done. I wouldn't go back here if you paid me... just drive ten minutes more to a better lab corp. read more

I wish I could give it a ZERO! The staff is rude and inefficient. Wait over an hour to be called, then I waited in the back another 30 min to have at tech with an attitude freakin hurt me drawing my blood. Nice bruise on my arm. This is how they treat patients! Never again, reporting this to my insurance companiy read more

Made an appointment for 815 waited until 9 o'clock and still no one called my name. What is the point of making an appointment

MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! This place can get busy. Mother are very punctual when it come to their appointment times. The staff is very friendly and skilled. I can honestly say this is the only place I have never had any pain from the needle. I didn't even know they stuck me. read more

First off, you can only schedule appointments online. If you try to call them, no one answers the phone. The online form asks you questions that you have to be a doctor to answer. This makes no sense. The online form tells you that you will be seen as close to your scheduled time as possible. In my case, that was 30 minutes after said appointment. The staff was unhelpful when I arrived - it was my first time there, and they acted like I should already know what to do. When they found out that it was my first time, they were surprised - they were even more surprised when they discovered I had an appointment, which I had informed them of when I first arrived! Despite all this, several people who arrived after me got in ahead of me, even though it was now 30 minutes after my scheduled time. Why schedule appointments if you aren't going to abide by them? Finally, they took me back. I was told to do my urine sample, then go to a testing room and wait. And wait I did, for another 15 minutes till one of the technicians, Megan, finally took pity on me and drew the samples. I do have to say that Megan was the one shining example of competency in my otherwise unpleasant experience at this LabCorp location. She was nice, intelligent, sympathetic and knowledgeable. After she was through I left - at no point was I ever asked to provide payment information, so I guess I'll be getting a bill in the mail... Incompetence, incompetence, incompetence... I do not recommend this facility. read more
