I've been going here for imaging for over 15 years or more. I usually have no issues creating an appointment. The waiting room wait is usually not long though I tend to schedule either very early or very late when it's not busy. The MRI machines here are clean. I haven't had any issues. They prep you well and ensure you get earplugs and the an additional ear muffs over your ears. They give you a blanket to keep you warm and if you need additional they will give them to you. I've had many brain MRIs, an elbow MRI (external MRI where you only place elbow in and you sit in a chair), CT scans, X-rays, ultrasounds and more. My experience is always a good one. The staff are friendly and caring. The temperature is fine in here. NOTE: effective January 1, 2026 this location and all RAI locations have changed over to Princeton Radiology. They will merge all patient files together. I am ok with this as I always like Princeton Radiology on Quakerbridge road. read more

The ultrasound was handled with care and precision. On the other hand making the appointment was cruel and unusual and probably was at odds with the Geneva Convention. Ninety minutes on hold with their stringent payment options dunning me in an endless loop. Three stars for the professionalism of the test. read more

I know this place just got bought by Princeton and they are probably dealing with some shuffling of staff etc but the decline in service is pretty stark. I have been trying to get a copy of a disc from imaging I had last year and have not been able to get a single person on the phone or a call back in over a month. It's holding up my other appointments, and I'm honestly getting ready to just camp out there until I get my disc because getting someone on the phone is a futile effort. Way downhill. I would NOT recommend RAI to anyone. My husband had a CT scan done there and the physician who read it, Dr. Thomas McCann, MISSED HIS CANCER in 2 different locations. Thankfully, the surgeon who ordered the exam read the CT himself and saw the cancer and didn't wait for the final report that said everything was normal. If we had gone with the final report my husband would be dead. AVOID RAI at all costs. read more

Dr Mc Cann skewed The ultrasound report so badly that had I not had another facility do A follow up scan l would not have been so lucky.

The doctors here over looked my wife allergies and had her take a oral contrast. Their excuse was they are under staffed. Though, my wife only had a mild reaction, this is unacceptable. My wife had to postponed her CT scan. I have yet to get a response from their manager Luce Buhl. This place is a disgrace. read more

The Kuser Rd facility is the worst place to go. They are very RUDE. The tech who did my test was good but the office staff is terrible. The office supervisor berated me because I was upset that they just changed the appointment time without telling me. You call for a certain appointment time. They think you are at their beck and call. After 20 years I will be making my appointments somewhere else. I don't need to be treated like this. Contrary to this supervisor, you are not the only place in Hamilton that does imaging. I will be looking elsewhere for future tests. read more

My wife just left this facility to have an MRI. She came home crying. It's bad enough to have to go through one of these procedures as you are nervous to begin with, but the technician that did this made the situation worse. You expect to get a medical procedure with a caring person. It's hard enough to sit still during one of these, but harder when the technician is speaking as if she is yelling at her. WHAT ARE YOU DOING! YOU'RE MOVING! WHY ARE YOU BREATHING SO HARD! A softer approach would have made the whole experience a success. People like this need to find another profession, but this is the world we live in. It's sad that people are so heartless, but sadder that they are allowed to act this way with no reprimand. I had two cat scans today the tech was amazing! I told her I was extremely nervous so she talked me thru the whole thing.

The most subtly racist staff I have ever seen at a doctors office. The front desk person held me up as a walkin appointment because she could not read my name and the nurses in the back seem to do the same. In the 40 plus minutes I waited, I counted at least 3 other walkin go past me (all because their names could be easily read) read more

If I could give them no star, that would be my rating-but I have to give them something to leave a comment - so NOT GOOD is a nice way to say it. Substandard care by staff, openly talking about patients out loud - can't get an appointment time correct; leave you waiting - COVID19 policy/prevention substandard: I was let back without a single question or even temp check, after leaving for an hour because they gave me the wrong time for my appointment and refused to see me (too busy standing around having personal conversation while patients are waiting). Radiologist Insisted that I need testing done EVERY 6 months even though there has been NO change in the test for 2 years - but when I questioned him, he told me I don't have to have it done if I don't want to, which tells me they just want to keep radiating people and taking insurance companies money for no good purpose. My OB-GYN said there is NO reason to be on a 6 month test, if there are no changes. They were extremely rude, and when I asked for my records, the woman "walked" me over to the records office and told me to wait outside, while she gossiped about me (not realizing there was an open window right next to the desk and I could hear everything they were saying). I walked out, requested my records in their system online, and was told it takes 3-5 business days. Finally, got a call a month later to pick up my records. NEVER USING THIS FACILITY AGAIN. They are rip offs! read more

My review is for the HORRIBLE HORRIBLE billing department. The bill for my husband's radiology procedure was processed incorrectly and as a result was not paid for by his medicare and insurance. I received 2 bills, on the first I gave them the proper insurance info and sent it back. Apparently they did nothing with that information. The second bill received said it was going to collections. I called the same day I received it and spent 3 hours trying to rectify the situation. I got nowhere with the two phone calls I made to the most disinterested humans on the planet. The Medicare person was extremely helpful and told me to tell them to give the provider assistance department (with phone number) a call. Was told by RAI - "we don't do that - we only submit once and medicare has to call us" Really- medicare has time to call all the providers that submit bills incorrectly.????? The second person told me he would put my account on hold so "that I could resolve this issue" . I was also told that I could pay the bill and that if medicare ever paid them I could get my money back from them....at some point. I reluctantly paid them in January and it took them almost a month to cash the check (just last week), Well they also did me the huge favor of sending this bill that was paid by me already to a collection agency. So now we have to deal with that. What a terrible way to treat people especially those on a fixed income. Tried writing to them and emailing them .....no response. Even though the service from the medical staff at their facilities was mostly ok (radiologist very prompt and efficient - mammogram techs -some are good - one is unfriendly and very rough but luckily most are good) - I will be looking for another place for us to go. I am not willing to deal with their horrendous billing department and horrible customer service. read more

Let me start off by saying this was one of the most humiliating experiences of my life. I went in for an ultrasound. I was told to drink 32 ounces of water at around 2pm and and hold it until my appointment for 3:15pm. At around 3:40pm I broke out into a sweat in the waiting room and asked the girls very nicely if they knew how much longer it would be because I was super painful. They got me in pretty soon after that which was great. I walked into the room to a woman standing at the machine. I started apologizing and saying thank you so much for getting me in quickly. She interrupted me, no introduction, just told me to lay down and pull down my pants very coldly. I did so, she starts the exam. She asks and this is verbatim. "Why are you in here today?" -Tech "My Gynecologist said my uterus is shifted to the right and she wanted it checked out." -Me "All Uteruses are shifted to the right. That doesn't make any sense. There has to be another reason."-Tech "Uhhh, ummm, I'm sorry I'm not sure, she didn't like it. I mean I told her I had one day of irregular bleeding last week, maybe that's it."-Me No response from the tech. She says coldly, "Well your left ovary looks fine." "Oh that's great news, my husband and I are planning to start trying for a baby soon" Nothing from the tech. Out of nowhere she says. "What are you getting done today? Do you need the trans(not sure if that's right way to say it) part as well?" Tech "Uhhh, ummm, I'm not sure I know it's on my paperwork which ultrasound I need I'm so sorry I don't know the name of it. I know they said I will need the ultrasound with my bladder full and then not full" Nothing from tech. "You can go to the bathroom now. And when you come out put this gown on and come to end of the table." I was getting up to go to the bathroom and again apologized(I do a lot of that when someone is being mean to me). She says, "Never drink that much. You could have only drank half of that water." Wow, this made me feel SO LOW! It was her tone, her coldness, and her making me feel like I'm an absolute idiot. I am so humiliated at this point and so nervous. I went to the restroom. Came out and got on the table. (Which I'd like to add I saw my referral paperwork with the ultrasound I needed right on the counter.) When she came back in, I asked, "To the very edge of the table right?" "YES, to the very edge of the table, haven't you ever done this before?" -Tech That is when I was done! Completely done! I was done trying to talk to this lady, I was done being the person I am which is nice to everyone. I got very upset back and responded, " NO, I have never done this before and I am really nervous. Can I ask your name?" "My name is Chris." -Chris "Chris with a C or K?" Me "Chris with a C will be just fine." Very coldly. That was when I stopped trying to small talk or talk at all. The rest of it was still humiliating(some other things happened that I will leave out). She changed her tune a bit after I asked her name because she probably knew that I had every right, every single right there is to complain and report her. But she didn't talk to me at all the rest of the exam and I didn't talk to her. And when she did have to talk to me, it was the very end to tell me I was done and she practically ran out of the room. I actually just want to say thank you to Chris the ultrasound tech with the glasses and dark curly hair. For making me feel so low, humiliated, and being so, so cold. You remind me to keep being the person that I am and shower people with kindness and humor. I deal with people every day and all day long, on a very personal level as well. And no matter what I'm going through myself in life, I make sure to NEVER let people feel like that and especially, speak to them like that in that tone. I will tell everyone I can about this experience and to not go here. I hope everything is okay with me(I will not get the results until my Doctor calls me) and I hope my husband and I can have children. And when I hopefully get pregnant, I will NOT go there for my ultrasounds ever again. read more

I used RAI a few years ago & they were ok but a friend recommended another place that I started using instead. But since RAI is so close to my home, I tried them again last week. They were GREAT! The staff was patient, helpful pleasant & efficient, the office was clean & the entire setting was handicap friendly. I plan to go there from now on. read more

Just opened a yelp account just to write my first review for this company. I was so impressed that I had to. I can't say enough good things about this place! I needed a scan and don't really like to take much time off of work. I called and surprisingly enough they scheduled me an appointment for the very same day and at 5:30! Upon arrival the staff was very nice and courteous. Office was very clean...like a medical place should be. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Sometimes it takes longer than that to get a coffee at Starbucks! I've been here quite a few times and wouldn't go anywhere else for imaging! read more

They don't answer the phone. They don't have your records ready when they say they will and they give you an attitude. Not going here again.

Great place to go if you need any tests. Get my mammogram there every year and any other tests I might need. Staff is always pleasant and I never have to wait long. They even offer appointments on Saturday. read more

While the facility in Hamilton is nicely decorated, the customer service isn't as nice. I went for a mammogram and when I left the room to wait for the next step in the examination process, I could hear the radiation tech bad mouthing me to the doctor. She attacked my appearance because I had tattoos and she said I was stupid. What's even worse is I could hear the doctor engaging with her and he did not tell her to stop talking badly about patients. I felt as small as an ant that day and no women should feel like that when they go for something as personal and scary as a mammogram. read more
