Fortunately, Ryan Pierce was the tech on duty, and he was there to help me make the transition safely. The facility is excellent, but it is the staff who truly sets SJ Radiology apart from their competitors. From the moment Ryan greeted me and escorted me back for my test, he was gracious, compassionate, and incredibly hospitable. His patience and kindness were genuinely overwhelming. You simply cannot teach someone to have that kind of positive attitude and compassion. For Ryan, this was clearly more than just a 9-to-5 job--it was a calling. He treated me with dignity, respect, and genuine concern, and I am extremely grateful for the care he provided. SJ Radiology is fortunate to have someone like Ryan Pierce on its team. I want to sincerely thank the staff at this office for a much better experience. The staff was pleasant and moved people through quickly. We were here for a significant period for both tests and every patient interaction was professional. I witnessed the staff comforting a woman who had a very high copay and was clearly upset. Empathy matters. There was even a sign if you are waiting for a disk more than 5 minutes, to come tell us. We were here for multiple tests and a script was missing. They did the first test and gave us the direct fax to call our doctor to fax over the order. In the future we will do all radiology appointments at this location and hope that Jessica, Summer and Kate are here to help us.

She is a straight out liar, trying to tell me that I was 7 minutes late, just rude and clearly under the influence of something: staring blankly into space for 10 minutes not moving not blinking (I watched as I was waiting), frightening really. Last appointment, I arrived 20 minutes before appt, didn't see the doctor until 30 minutes after the appt time; today, ran into traffic on the 40 minute drive to the office, but still arrived 5 minutes before scheduled appt time, they left me waiting for 30 minutes and then told me they were rescheduling because I was late. I was not late, there will be no rescheduling, Doctor Kurnick, you lost a long time client because of your reception staff and their inconsiderate and unethical treatment of your patients.

They do not have an open MRI machine like they advertise, and have right in there name!! The name is misleading, and when you call they say they have an open MRI machine. They even admitted at the end that they don't have one.. They had the nerve to say " how about you take some Valium , and try again later"!! I specifically had a prescription for an "Open MRI". They were pushy and unprofessional to say the least. The gentleman that was going to give the MRI said at one point " Your not working with me"! Of coarse I'm not !! I have a fear of closed spaces!! That is why they make open MRI units. I just think it's wrong to mislead people. In this case they were misleading over the phone, and there name misrepresents what they actually offer.
