Some companies wanted to charge thousands of dollars for a few scans with the XRF gun, others tried to convince me that surface wipes would be enough since they did not have the proper equipment. Only Ryan and his team made the process, quick, easy, and painless. They are all highly knowledgeable and professional. I will turn to them first for any lead checks needed in the future.

I found Kevin on a Google search. He was easy to contact via email, quoted a reasonable price, and we were able to set an appointment the next day. He arrived on time and was very professional throughout. He explained how his test was even more thorough than the abatement's company's test, as his actually would specifically ID asbestos fibers (vs a general fiber test the other company did). You can tell he knows what he is talking about. The test took two hours and I was able to work while Kevin filled out paperwork in his car. He contacted me the next day with the test results, and also sent me a certificate from the lab and his summary showing the air was clean. Note that Kevin only does the air testing (not the removal) and I used him as a second opinion to ensure the air was clean as asbestos is nothing to mess with! I would definitely recommend his company to anyone wanting to test their environment post abatement.

Very unprofessional services. I paid $3500 for them to remove mold from the basement. When I come…read moreto check out the work there was white spray all over the place that did not come off after cleaning. I had to pay $500 out of pocket to get the basement repainted. See picture. When my agent called them to ask about it the rep said read the "fine print" and that you have to paint over it. Isn't this something a half decent company would tell their customers upfront before starting the work? Also, how hard is it to cover the floor before spraying? It's common sense. Seems very lazy to me and corner cutting without regard for customer satisfaction. Would never use again or refer.

I was a total skeptic; I mean would it work? Everything else we have used didn't and while the service isn't free, it's cheaper than a lawn service although citronella candles cost even less, but also don't work. I tell you the service works, and I want my friends to see this so they hire them, and I can have drinks in your yards and not feel like I'm dinner for mosquitoes.

He performed a diligently detailed inspection of the 100+ year old home alongside my realtor, and called me immediately following to give me his high level thoughts. He nicely incorporated technology to provide heat sensitive photos for the radiators and 360 degree photos of the whole home. Following, he's since entertained my husband and I's seemingly unending questions with grace and knowledge. Recently heard horror stories from friends about other Home Inspectors, so I went into my first home Inspection a bit skeptical. Joe who was my inspector a few days ago, made sure that I was informed about all of his findings. He didn't just point them out but also educated me on why it was a finding, how to monitor the finding, and also necessary repairs/replacements to request from the seller. After receiving my inspection reports (just a little over 24 hours after the physical inspection!) I was even more amazed by how thorough the report was. If this is your first home inspection or you just don't know what to look for, Joe and his team will make sure you do. Great service at a great price!

We had the opportunity to work with Chris in our property. The entire process was seamless, from booking an appointment, the invoice, and the day-of procedure. We examined each part of our future home, and Chris was very helpful with answering our questions and sharing context when weren't familiar with certain issues. It's clear he was knowledgeable and reassured us that we would be in good hands on closing day. After the inspection, you receive an in-depth report with assessments on the areas of improvement, concerns, and general status reports. I think he did a great job "looking for trouble," keeping us notified of how to be proactive should any maintenance is needed.
