The docs could just as well be holographic or stuck in the metaverse (for that matter, so could you.) "At the tone, please download your balz into the 3-D printer." You never forget for a moment that you're "on the clock." The good news is that procedures and testing that were once outsourced are now conducted in-house with most results available next day. That finally forced me to change even though it was already in the back of my mind. It was a little bit of chaos trying to schedule an appointment and work through the insurance red tape but I finally got there. I am so glad I did. Dr. Cimato is one of the most kind,considerate and understanding doctor I have ever met. He started off talking to me in his office explaining what new patients go thru, a little bit of history, and the results he hopes to achieve. He took a couple of xrays and did a little heat therapy and we scheduled another appointment for next day so that gave him a chance to read my results. The next day...showed me my xrays and explained in great detail what we could about "fixing" the problem. Although it's not correctable it is manageable. I was sad but their is nothing I can do about it. I'm just happy the pain can be managed. I do hate this saying but it is true "It is what it is." The staff were super accommodating making appointments for me with my funtastic schedule and the Dr. Was wonderful. I can't wait to go back which I will be for obvious reasons. My interactions with the front desk was always helpful and informative. They also handled the covid situation well. They chose the physician who they felt would suit my injury best and placed me with Dr. Michael Grenis. Because of the nature of the injury, I was squeezed in for an appointment pretty quickly. With my first visit, Dr. Grenis seemed short with me and didn't explain anything to me. I chalked it up to being squeezed into his assuming busy schedule. I was examined and x-rayed and outfitted with a new splint. The physician assistant was warm and attentive. My second appointment was not as pleasant. Aside from the fracture in my wrist, I had a lot of pain in my arm that was noticeably bruised and swollen. It kept me up at night and hurt much more than my wrist. He didn't mention anything about it at the initial appointment aside from that it wasn't broken. So when I returned, I asked him to check it again because it was causing so much pain. Dr. Grenis' barked at me 'what do you want surgery??' 'It's a hematoma'. I seek a professionals advice because I'm not a doctor. I never understood what a hematoma was, nor had he mentioned that that's what it was. Nothing was explained to me what it was, about treatment for it, or what I could do for the pain. When he returned to the room I think he realized that he crossed a line and tried to amend his error. Too late. His behavior was intimidating and undermining. I was offered a review in email but didn't want to make it worse for myself.

They used to have very pleasant and helpful front desk staff. Now, they are surly (Monroe location especially) and are almost nasty when asked for help. They have kiosks to check in where your ID and credit card are scanned. There are older patients who aren't familiar with computers and I actually watched a few people yelled at! What type of customer service is that? It now takes over 10 minutes on hold to make an appointment. Really? You may even be transferred to a different schedule who never picks up and he has an attitude if you ever get through. Lastly, the cleanliness has gone away. It is a medical office! The Monroe office floor is dirty like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Old dried out alcohol pads, dirt, bandages with dark, dried stains, gross. I am looking elsewhere, goodbye Princeton Orthopedics. You used to feel good going from soup to nuts, the desk to the doctor. Now, something has changed. I miss just a few years ago.

Recently, I needed him to complete my Workers' Compensation paperwork after I fell from a truck and sustained injuries. Although I have authorization to leave my job for recovery, he insists that I should return to work, despite my ongoing pain. His frustration seems to stem from my complaint to the medical board regarding not receiving my annual physical exams. Given the distress this situation has caused, I believe it would be best for me to seek a different doctor who can provide the support I need during this recovery process. Do not trust Azam Mohammed! I hasn't have a physical in three years so I changed doctors, but I see him every three months.
