It turned out to be a much more pleasant experience than I expected, having never been to PT. The office is friendly and low-key, and both Marc and Jenna are great! When they are working with you, they give you their full attention and make sure that you're doing everything correctly. They are very patient and good listeners and I'm attributing my rapid recovery from my running injury to the excellent quality of care. Not that I'd really want to ever need PT, but with this office right around the corner being injured is much less of a burden.

I used to undergo regular chiropractic care as my time on small boats in the Coast Guard using my spine and knees as shock absorbers had some unsurprising long-term health effects. As happens to many of us, life got in the way of self-care, and my back and neck have been paying the price the past few years. Just a few visits in, and Dr. Domanski has me in a much better place. The combination of traction, TENS and adjustments have really reduced the pain and tension in my neck and shoulders, and my lower back is definitely trending in the right direction. Everyone was pleasant, efficient and caring during my 6 months of Physical Therapy after arthroscopic right shoulder surgery by Dr. Song. Four years ago I had physical therapy at another business but the POA Robbinsville Physical Therapy team is the BEST and I highly recommend the office for their excellent quality of care and support. Thank you to Gina and Dana and office staff for their sense of humor when scheduling my requested mid-day appointment times. And many thanks to Reem and Brent, the therapy assistants, for their professionalism and cheerfulness; pre-therapy session heat, post-session ice, bands/pulleys/bike set-ups and keeping the PT office "ship-shape"! A special thank you to my Physical Therapist Matthew Farag, PT, DPT for always greeting me with a "hello, smile and how are you". With the "how are you" that was a time to update Matt - with concerns or questions. Matt thoroughly explained each therapy exercise and treatment as I progressed over the 50 sessions and taught me the exercises I could also do at home and continue after I was discharged. Sometimes I was worried about my full recovery but Matt was encouraging and positive. While the surgery was on my right shoulder, Dr. Song had diagnosed an impingement on my left that may have required future surgery since it was quite painful. With Matt's knowledge of physical therapies and understanding he helped me to full function on my left shoulder as well as my right. I appreciate Matt's expertise, guidance and professionalism as he worked with me to restore mobility to full range of motion on my shoulders. Happily, I can now resume hiking and canoeing activities!

I called to object, as I was told that the amount would be $50 each time. The response was that "this was an estimate, which was in your paperwork". When I objected again, the so-called "customer service" representative rudely hung up on me. Just a word to the wise for future prospective patients.
