Seeing these 5 other patients somehow took them over an entire hour to accomplish despite there being multiple workers. Finally it's my turn, but hey it's lunch time now, so I get turned away by a staff member saying they themselves need to go and "everyone else just disappeared" so I should just come back later. None of the other Foundation Laboratory locations ever did this and had someone on staff to take care of any overflow. This location has fallen apart considering service use to be so quick.

Not even a receptionist to help with clerical needs so the phlebotomist can do her work? Repeating my note to LabCorp Corporate and the medical building facilities administrators.. it has been 100°+ outside for a few weeks now! For the past 4-5 YEARS, only 1/2 of their AC units are working ~ how is this not being addressed?! At least I saw some portable AC units in there today.. No big deal for my 10-15 minutes here, but your employees are in a desert, on the second floor who need ALL of the AC operating. Changing hours and closing at 11am isn't the best answer.

She was going from video to video and it was just a lot of noise and unpleasant to be locked in a small space with and so I shut the door that led from her office to the waiting room. She came out and as she opened the door she said this door will remain open. I asked her if she would listen to her phone with an AirPod or a headphone because it was really loud. And she gave me the rudest look and tone of voice and said "no I will not". I'm sorry she doesn't like her job or is an unhappy person but this one has not been trained in customer service or just basic kindness/people skills. To her credit she did finally pick one thing to listen to and stuck with it by the end of my wait time. That was a lot less annoying than the scrolling through sounds that come from listening to someone scroll through numerous videos.
