This location is HORRIBLE for length of wait. When you sign in it gives you a wait time...mine was 13 minutes, 3 people ahead of me. OK, sounds reasonable. 45 minutes later my name was called to come through for blood draw. Unbelievable. And this was the second time this happened. Last time it was an hour. Seriously Quest, staff your labs so sick and elderly people aren't having to sit there and wait that long. Ridiculous! And very unprofessional. Your reputation is already bad looking at all the negative posts. And you're not the only game in town. read more

I needed to have some blood work done so I was referred here by my doctor. I looked them up online, booked my own appointment with their very easy and user-friendly web-site. 30 minutes later I arrived; the place itself is hidden in the back behind other businesses (not visible from Fry Rd) I walked in and the place was very clean with plenty of seating. I signed in and 10 minutes later they called my name. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ms. Rita. She was really sweet, courteous and walked me through everything. She even informed me that by downloading their phone app. I could have my lab results sent to me.... Wow, very cool! I'll definitely be going back! :-) read more

The customer service today was terrible. The front desk lady had an incredibly difficult time pronouncing even common names correctly and crossed people off the list, claiming they had walked out, without even calling them at all! One lady who came in before us waited over an hour before finding out she had been just crossed off the list. Any time patients asked questions at the front desk, they were abrupt and rude. read more

I've been here twice, sent on a whim and I've waited for about 15 minutes and then was in and out. Customer service is great (warm and inviting) from the phlembotomist. The person working the front desk the day I went (Aug 5th) could have used a coke and a smile. Lucky for her the nice young lady with 3 kids (2 girls and a boy) that helped me allowed this place the 5 stars I gave it. I have visited other Quest sites in the area. The 925 Fry Rd location offered the best experience. It wasn't freezing cold inside like some other locations. The technician called me back after approximately two minutes (I had an appointment). Some of my tests required special handling before processing. Martin took the time to look up my tests and verify the proper handling and processing requirements. He then explained the details to me. I did not receive the same service at other locations. One even complained that I had come in too late in the day to manage the process. Martin offered quick, painless service. Very professional. read more

Waited 2 hours for a urine test. The system that schedules who goes first is useless as tons of people who came after me went before me. They were so understaffed that they sent people away to a different location. Once they took me in past the waiting room, they sent me back out and took someone else in.
