There were two people working and both were very friendly. The lady I had drawing my blood was very personable and asked about my plans for the remaining of the day. She even told me about her daughter getting ready to go back to school. She made sure to make sure I was comfortable before we got started and let me know when to expect the needle. She hit the target on the first try. I was very happy with the service I received.

25511 BUDDE RD, STE 3503 SPRING, TX…read more ( labcorp ) laboratorio Directamente a LabCorp , esta mañana fui hacerme mis análisis llegando estaba totalmente vacío el área me anote en la lista de espera y me dirigí al salón de espera , los trabajadores adjunto descripción: una señora de pelo corto y un señor joven de baja estatura en conjunto a otro joven vestido con uniforme de la salud todos conversaban de asuntos personales en voz alta combinado con risas y desorden en nuestra presencia , uno de ellos me dijo que me anotara en la lista y ahí empieza el tiempo a correr.... mientras ellos conversaban ..... llegamos a reunirnos 3 familia en espera hasta que decido preguntar si me podían atender ??, la señora me dijo que ellos eran seres humanos y necesitaban conversar 10:30 am en plena jornada laboral y varios pacientes esperando , a lo que yo le respondí , ud no puede conversar mientras tiene pacientes en espera menos de temas personales ninguno asociado al trabajo a lo que ella me responde .. para que ud se sienta feliz yo tengo que conversar de temas de trabajo solamente ?? Arriving, the area was completely empty, I signed up on the waiting list and headed to the waiting room. The workers, I attach a description: a lady with short hair and a young man of short stature, together with another young man dressed in a health uniform, all of them were talking about personal matters in a loud voice combined with laughter and disorder in our presence, one of them told me to sign up on the list and there the time began to pass.... while they were talking..... we ended up meeting 3 families waiting until I decided to ask if they could see me ????, the lady told me that they were human beings and needed to talk 10:30 am in the middle of the work day and several patients waiting, to which I replied, you cannot talk while you have patients waiting, much less about personal matters, none associated with work, to which she replied... for you to feel happy, do I have to talk about work matters only ???? I told her no, you should provide service and respect that she has several families waiting, I told her you are representing a business that belongs to health, my time is valuable and I do not have to wait because you talk, laugh and disrespect so many people present (3 different families waiting) she answers me we have the right to talk here many people wait up to an hour I answered her, if the wait is due to a large flow of patients it is normal but not because you talk and we all have to wait for you to finish a long time of socializing during work hours,,,,, then she tells me the one who was here was the supervisor, wow divine surprise for me I answered even worse very unprofessional are all when they see patients arrive and they ignore us to continue laughing and having personal conversations ... finally I spoke with the supervisor who at this moment I doubt that he really is someone with that rank and that he has been involved in so much disrespect, who apologized to me for what happened, it turns out that the rest of the families waiting in the room were talking to each other That those laboratory workers were very hateful, that is to say, it is very worrying that a center that provides health services, the people who visit it frequently have such a negative opinion of those who provide phlebotomy services.

This place has turned into a nightmare over the last few years. I used to call it the Chick-fil-A…read moreof labs, but now it is a place where the employees are all apathetic, lazy, and rude!!! I am convinced that the black lady that used to be a phlebotomist, and now I have only seen working at the desk gets a twisted thrill out of making people wait and making them mad. LabCorp needs to clean house and get people that genuinely care about customer service again. I go here every few months for routine blood work, and despite getting the first appointment of the day, I always have to wait. One day, the guy working at the front desk was stuffing his face with a breakfast burrito in front of everyone!! I understand that people need to eat, but can't they do that on their own time??
