Made an appointment thru phone and showed up 5 minutes before my time. Checkin was easy and done on a tablet. You have the option of sitting in the waiting area or having them text you when they're ready for you. The blood draw was actually for my 8 month old son and the phlebotamists were super sweet and very professional. I was actually super nervous because I wasn't sure if they were able to do babies but they were very knowledgeable and quick even with a crying patient. Thanks guys!!! read more

I'm so glad I stumbled upon this place in my very own neighborhood. Pleasant personnel and easy access.

A bit disorganized during my last visit. Appointment made. Arrived early and checked in at kiosk. As I checked in, staff member is asking large group of customers "has everyone here made an appointment?" (All responding yes). Staff member looking surprised at the response. Staff member then directs all customers who were standing inside to step outside (building occupancy limit / Covid-19). Appointment time comes and goes, no text message alert regarding appointment. Suddenly, customer steps outside and asks my last name (inside, my name was being called repeatedly). I step inside and follow the staff member. If a customer hadn't alerted me, doubt I would have 'made' this appointment. Technician was efficient and friendly, procedure went smoothly. Overall, a good experience. read more

Another shit show - quest has no customer service skills - kiosk to check in and nobody gives a shit to tell you what the wait time is for a walk in - fasting and not having food on top of shitty customer service is not a good combination- DO NOT RECOMMEND QUEST as a walk in - you will not be seen or cared about read more

It's never thrilling to do lab work however, the staff at this Quest Diagnostic location are just amazing. Tucked away in The Anthem/Vons shopping center, it has plenty of parking and easy access. It is SUPER clean and the wait is never beyond acceptable. Especially, if you have an appointment. The Phlebotomist are gentle and well trained. The front desk crew go out of their was to offer a smile or help you with special needs like opening doors. Kudos to this team!!! read more

No front desk person to greet and assist you. No bathroom in the waiting area. The front desk people seem to be going through the motions. I had to step out after waiting for 20 minutes and no one talking to me to go to the bathroom as there was no bathroom inside the office. When I got back, I asked the front desk attendant (I use that term lightly) if they called my name. He said that they did and then asked me to sit down again. After an hour of waiting, I got called up to the front desk and was told that they would not be able to before my test at this particular location. Now I get to drive a few miles to another location and waste most of my day waiting in that waiting room now. Whoever runs this operation really needs to invest in communication skills training and professional customer service training. While nobody here seems to be mean, there's a bit of a snarky attitude toward people who have questions or make requests. read more

Andrew is the best ! It's true he's having difficulty hearing but he can read your lips and did one hit with my blood works today ! There are negative comments about this diagnostic center but mine was awesome ! read more

The rudest front desk people I've ever encountered. One lady is telling an elderly woman how bad she screwed up her appointment online. When the lady said she called in to make the appointment, so it must just be a typo, the clerk told her that she still must have messed up. The guy behind the desk has loudly made fun of 3 different people's names, right to their faces. I'm only here for a routine pre employment screening. I came in yesterday at 305pm and the guy at the front told me they only do it between 9am & 3pm. So I came back this morning, only for him to tell me that they don't do them until 930am. I asked what happened to 9am and he just laughed and told me that I was wrong. The person who does the screening was standing there and said I could just do it, but this clown actually said no, that I would have to wait. I feel bad for the patients who actually have to come here on the regular. read more

Wow! Great staff. Good office. CISSY was really, really good. I am very pleased with my pleasant visit! read more

The staff here is amazing! Andrew was so sweet and accommodating when I had to spend 2 hours doing a glucose test. The man that's always at the front desk is efficient, friendly and great at his job. I have to come here quite often and I always have the best experience you can have getting your blood drawn. I wouldn't go anywhere else. And as long as you make an appointment You never have to wait. Check in is a breeze. read more

This review is for a technician who works at this location. I don't know her name (she was an African American lady). She didn't even say basic hello, how are you, and seemed to be in a bad mood. She couldn't find my veins and asked me if I drank water. I said I did drink a full glass of water. She went on and on talking about how tired she is of customers who don't drink enough water when they are told to do so. Mind you I have gone to this location several times before and this NEVER happened to me with another technician. She stuck her needle higher than usual which hurt a lot and I now have a huge bruise. See the pic of the bruise and that's after a week! Again, this has never happened to me before at this or other locations. I don't have the best veins, and other technicians always examine both of my arms and use a skinny needle. If they can't do it, they call another person who can. This technician never consulted me, just stuck a needle in my arm very high and drew the blood. This woman lacks professionalism, experience and basic customer service skills. She should not be working with people. Very disappointing. I will not be going to this location anymore. read more

Quest Diagnostics - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

Had lab work done. Great experience. Have used before, made appointment, minimal wait, phlebotomist was great. I needed a form signed for a reward from my insurance company. The patient service center told me they were not authorized to sign the form. No medical information, just that I had lab tests. Gave me a corporate number to call. The wheels have fallen off. Corporate customer service is worthless, spent 2 hours on the phone, transfers to departments that were totally unrelated to my issue. This company needs to get their act together. I cannot be the first person to have this type of request. read more

I don't understand the low star reviews about this office, I've always had great experiences here just as a walk in. The front desk is always friendly and professional and my wait time is fast never more than 20 min as a walk in! I work near Rainbow and the 215 and always come to this lab even though it's not the most convenient or closest lab but I go there for the customer service and quick service not convenience. Keep up the great job! read more

Barely any wait time with my appointment . I'm so scared to get my blood drawn . However here I couldn't even feel the needle! I was shocked when she said she was done. So fast! LaRosa did amazing job. The best experience I've had getting my blood drawn read more

I wish I could give them zero stars. Do not take a child here. One of the technicians is completely ill-equipped to deal with it. She pretty much told me to go to another location and come back after my son could have a nap and he wasn't so "cranky "and could sit more still for them. He's two. No two-year-old is going to sit still while you're shoving needles into their arms without being able to find a vein. Horrible. Absolutely horrible. read more

I'd like to give a zero. These people don't care about you or what's fair. Went there, they took the wrong test, went back and they "felt bad" so redid the test I needed and said I wouldn't be charged for their mistake, I was. So sick of paying places and paying copays to doctors because of their mistake. Called Quest "Customer Service", lol, they had my money and their mistake and I lost. Sick of these corrupt places and they know the customer doesn't matter. The second they're paid you'll never get your money back because they're a monopoly, individuals lose. read more

I was a walk-in and was out the door within 30 minutes. I hate giving blood because I have insanely small veins. My technician was soo sweet that after looking at my arms and concluding how small the veins were, she didn't want to hurt me, though she could feel a usable vein. She used a heating pad and then took my blood. In 45 years of having my blood taken, that has never happened!!!! Usually they keep poking and poking with the regular needle first, then the butterfly, only to send me away to drink water (which doesn't work for me). Brittany thank you, you're the best!!!!! read more

After approx 90 minutes of waiting, my mother inquired on how much longer it would take for my father to be seen and was told "I show that we already got his blood sample. How horrifying!" Obviously, at this point my father's blood sample had not been taken yet. After hearing this, after waiting unnecessarily longer than we should have, after no one INITIATING an apology or explanation why that "...How Horrific!" statement was made, after something clearly went wrong in their process, why would I not be upset and concerned? Medical inaccuracies can cause DEATH. This occurred on 5/14/2018. I am now concerned that the test results we will receive will in fact NOT be from my father's blood sample. This male receptionist and I literally had a SCREAMING match - a first in my life. Literally, a SCREAMING match. While definitely not my proudest moment, no one would be able to distinguish which of us was the employee. He's telling me to calm down while SCREAMING at me just the same and TALKING OVER a JUSTIFIABLY upset daughter, on behalf of her elderly father. Clearly he expended more energy in critiquing my behavior rather than checking his. YOU need to breathe buddy!!! Way to incite and escalate an already very upsetting situation that YOUR OFFICE created. Note to male receptionist: If you cannot be humble and caring when YOUR office messes up, and want to dictate how other people react to YOUR errors, if you do not have the capacity to apologize, be humble, have compassion in this situation, you are NOT a fit for your position. Not maybe, you should NOT be in your position. Go be an Uber driver. You can exercise all the authority you want. Egging me on to file a complaint didn't help either, but as you said, you're glad I'm complaining. What a vile and cruel human being, let alone a representative of Quest Diagnostics! I have never been treated in such disregard, so disrespected, been treated so indifferently. I have never been yelled at by an employee for being upset at THEIR mistake! I have never felt so unheard. I have NEVER even witnessed what I experienced. Righteousness and a raging/bullying temperament, are not qualities for the medical services field. No apology, no accountability. NO EXPLANATION as to why you believed my dad's blood sample was already taken. Had this employee demonstrated some level of compassion and calmness himself, the ugly SCREAMING match in front of other patrons would not have occurred. SHAME ON YOU!!! I suggest the employees here get retrained in professionalism and customer service and be reminded the medical services field is a special field for those that exemplify care and compassion. It may not be an easy field, but it is not for the heartless and righteous. I suggest every patient that had their blood drawn between 7:15 AM and 9 AM on 5/14/2018 demand Quest Diagnostics prove their sample is truly theirs. No compassion, no care, no accountability. No reason to be in the field of medical services. read more

The center is under staffed which seems to make the remaining employees bitchy! They are rude, curt and abrasive to customers who are paying to be there for a service! The employees are unacceptably getting frustrated if you "god forbid" have a hard time understanding them while wearing a mask! Not a reason to be dismissive and rude rude rude to customers! Stay away from this location...so many others to chose from and boycotting this location is a must! If you cannot deal with older people (empthis location is not for you...get stepping staff! As you can see from this photo I have a bruise the size of a quarter...I have never bruised before in my life! If a photo is worth a thousand words...here you go you can see how rough the employee was with me. So reluctant to give more detail of the employee and my experience for fear of retaliation as they have all your information and you have none of there information! read more

Quest Diagnostics - Blood test bruise from lab tech - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

Conveniently located next to Vons so plenty of parking and the office is small and clean. I was a walk in and signed in on the clipboard, was told the wait was about 25 mins and ended up being called in about 5 minutes. The young man who did the blood draw was very kind and gentle and I barely felt the needle which is how a trained professional is supposed to do it. No complaints, would definitely use this location again. read more

Waited for over an hour outside only to be told that I could not be seen unless my 1 year old was wearing a mask. Not sure how you expect people to mask their infants and toddlers. Would have been nice to have been told that up front. read more

Quickest, friendliest, & most efficient service ever!! I needed to do my glucose testing to check for gestational diabetes and I had a long lunch break so I decided to stop by and see if they had time to see me. I walked in & within 5 min. I was guzzling down my super delicious (hah, not really) orange glucose drink! LOL. But I was just glad I was able to do my testing. I had to wait an hr. before they could withdraw my blood & right when an hr. passed I was taken to the back and got 4 vials of blood withdrawn & voila I was outta there!! I totally forgot the name of the guy who helped me, he was awesome! It was also pretty clean in there, always a plus in my book. read more

Today was a good day compared to other times. Less than 3 min wait, got my labs done, didn't pass out , and I was asked if I felt OK and was asked to get help from family member. It was a good visit. There has been some odd visits and with Covid-19 I understand, but I'm sick and sometimes I don't care because life is short. Some of reviews sound familiar to me, but hey the place is open, clean, convenient location to seven hills where I live. And no bruising this time around either. read more

stew is nothing but the best !! seriously that guy has the energy, is very gentle, and makes getting poked as comfortable as possible ! went to him twice and each time i walk in with nerves but by the time im in his chair im very calm !! ive been all over, generally i get poked 3-4 times and walk away with no blood drawn (i have baby veins). but nope ! stew is a one and done, perfect !!!!! great and very clean as well. awesome staff and safe location. read more

Went in at 8am for a walk in drug test. The man was very rude to me. I asked what to do and he said without looking at me "it's all on the kiosk" I said even if I don't have any appointment? He said again "it's all on the kiosk". I got signed in and sat down to wait. After about 20 min I saw on the door that drug tests started at 9. I asked about it and they said "oh yeah." So I signed in and sat for nothing. Had to leave and come back after 9am. I came back and another lady who was not there earlier was super nice. After I did the drug test and washed my hands, the lady said to dry them with a paper towel. I told her I don't use paper towel and that I just air dry them. She gave me a dirty look and didn't say anything. I had a few questions afterwards and she gave me short answers with her back towards me the whole time. read more

Parents of young children be aware since it is not listed on their website and you can't talk to a person on the phone to ask. They require EVERYONE to wear a mask. Including a 1 year old who was going there for blood work. I know it is not the fault of the person delivering the news - there is a way to tell a parent of a young child that it is a company policy. Instead, the woman checking people in uses her condescending tone that I should obviously know that they require 1 year olds to wear a mask and basically shooing me away. Quest - it should be made VERY CLEAR that you require ALL BREATHING BEINGS wear a mask before people, parents especially, make a trip to your facility. read more

This place is awful. Nobody there seems to have a clue about their job. Had forms for 2 labs to be done and they didn't know how to do one of them (urinalysis report for kidney stones). They did not give me all the proper paperwork for returning this kit and when I called their hotline and talked to "Wes" he really had no clue about anything that was explained to him and he just kept laughing and said to "just go back to my urologist and hopefully they can fix all the screw up Quest made". Wes said he didn't know if I was supposed to return my kit to them or what they would even do with it if I did and this kit has to be done in a 24 hour period. What a useless place. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT! This place needs to be closed and a professional lab brought in! read more

I came in today for a blood draw. I waited about 30 min before being called up, but it was very busy. Both Stu and Tonya seemed awesome. They were SO nice to every person, but were being extremely efficient at the same time. I wasn't able to get my blood drawn because apparently one of the tests can only be done between 7-9am and my doctor failed to mention that. I was told to come back tomorrow morning and they'd get me taken care of. This isn't the closest Quest to my home, but a friend said they were awesome at this location and so far, I agree. read more

I arrived with my son to get his blood work done shortly before 3:30pm. Both front doors were wide open, we walked in to an empty front desk, there wasn't anyone there. We can hear chatting happening in the back. We signed in and sat down. Few minutes go by as we're still seated in the lobby. Then a worker, I believe came from the back and sat at the front desk then says "Oh maam we are closed!" I look at the time and it's 3:33pm and say "you're closed? you cant see us?" He says "no its the rules". I was so angry i walked out and did not want to entertain his bs. We've been sitting in the lobby before 3:30pm, I not realizing they close at 3:30, otherwise I would've announced my presence in the lobby. Stop f'ing around in the back, as you're not closed: doors wide open (we saw him close doors after we were in our car leaving the lot *smh), its not 3:30pm, and you would've known you had folks in the lobby. This was Friday 04/19/19. So whoever was the male worker that turned us away - shame on you. DO YOUR JOB! read more

This is the second time I used this Lab because of convenience to where II live. The first time the male receptionist was just okay but made a big deal out of my doctors requisition not having a certain number.. I called my doctors office and found out the number, gave it to him and had the blood draw done.. He was not very helpful, and was slightly sarcastic. BTW, never had a problem with any Lab quests ANYWHERE and I have had blood draws frequently in different states. Never was refused a blood draw. The second time I needed a blood draw I was hoping someone else would be behind the desk.. No such luck, him again, same sour face and same issue about the number.. It wasn't so much that this number wasn't on the Lab request but his sarcastic attitude.. Not helpful at all and very cocky. He obviously doesn't like his job.. Won't be going back and went to another Lab on Jeffreys " NOT QUEST DIAGNOSTICS". No problems, did not need anything except my doctors Lab Requisition the way she wrote it out. Don't know about the other people at the Quest locations but this one leaves a lot to be desired because of him.. Angela M read more

I've used Quest for many yrs & have NEVER had such an UNfriendly lab tech as I did just a little while ago. I don't know her name, but she is working Rm 1 today. I know you're not there to win a popularity contest, but geez, when someone talks to you, uh how 'bout a little acknowledgement? I thought perhaps she was hard of hearing {seriously, & I do relay for the hearing impaired} bc when I say 0 response, I mean literally 0. The piece de resistance is when I told her my arm was burning, & asked her why, she just did not respond. I asked again, then I get, "I don't know, there's no nerves there." The whole experience was just SO awful, except for the guy in the front, who is SO nice I remembered him from last time. Gal needs some people skills... read more
