    Pro tip... Note new address.
    Laura H.

Little hiccup experienced. My brother needed lab work drawn for emergent pre surgery and the CPL at 10521 Jeffries St had a note posted on the door indicating they changed locations. Thankfully I was his seeing eye person saving him steps getting to the new location. Fortunately, the new address was very close. New Address that CPL moved to is 3007 W. Horizon Ridge Parkway. Phone number is (702) 382-4522. It didn't take long to drive my brother to the new location. A staff member was present at the front check in desk area. She was pleasant and helpful. Once providing identification and proof of insurance, it didn't take long for my brother to be called back for phlebotomy services. I ensured that the walk in lab draw was going to be sent off and was ordered STAT. My brother suddenly had lost his vision and it was imperative for the surgeon to have the lab results prior to initiating. The phlebotomist was courteous letting me know that she was labeling the test tubes STAT as ordered. This CPL experience was definitely a positive one!! Patients are able to log in to a portal to access their lab results. This particular new location at 3007 W. Horizon was clean and organized, with pleasant, efficient professional staff members that accommodated a walk-in client in less than 30 minutes start to finish! I personally would utilize and recommend this CPL location for future phlebotomy needs. It was definitely reassuring being able to access and track lab results through the patient portal over a weekend prior to surgery.

5/5/26-Horizon Ridge location. Don't bother making an appointment because it doesn't matter! Very poor customer service.

If you have appointment you will be waiting 30-50 minutes after your arrival. Unacceptable service!

LabCorp at this location is definitely one of the ones that make it painless and simple. Fair warning, this place fills up pretty quickly, when I pulled into the parking lot at 6:30, there was already four or five people standing in line. I went in at 6:45 and the line was nine people deep. They're very prompt, and the doors opened right away at 7:00 a.m., and everybody lined up in front of the check-in kiosk. Process went pretty quickly and names were called right away to head back. I think I was seated for no more than 5 minutes before my name was called, they asked for driver's license and insurance card and then gave me a piece of paper and told me to head back. The ladies in the back were very nice and professional. Honestly? This was one of the most painless blood draws I've ever had. She was very skilled and made the process very simple. I had to give a urine sample, as they only have one restroom in the blood draw room. I had to go across the hallway, not a big deal, although I don't like wandering around with a cup of urine in my hand. But I went back in and dropped it into the little white basket and how it was on my way. Bottom line? I don't know about the other LabCorps in the area but this one is at the top of my list. Bonus points. It's in the same medical building as my doctor, so I can kill two birds with one stone when I need to. Need to get blood drawn and are a patient of that facility. You are in luck!

The pharmacist was a little pushy on trying to get me to get the injectafer iron infusions even when I clearly explained that I react very easily to medications and am extremely sensitive, with very high medical anxiety due to it. I highly suggest speaking with your own doctor and doing your own research. I went with Venofer since it's widely recommended for people with sensitivities. John was absolutely amazing. I was supposed to go the day before but when I spoke to the nurse who was there she was so rude that I ended up asking for John per some reviews I saw and boy am I happy I did. I would've never gotten through it without him. He let me go as slow as I needed to, paused and restarted on my timeline, talked me through the anxiety by distracting me. Drew also helped when John had to leave the room and made sure to help me when I was feeling a bit woozy. They were a great team! Laura helped me move my appointment to them and was so kind and understanding about it. If it wasn't for the 3 of them I would've given this place a 2 star at best. Highly suggest working with them if you are going here
