So here I am after 3 months taking bloodwork from Labcorp. I've gotten mail two days ago saying this below.. Thank you for your recent payment to Labcorp. This letter is to confirm your authorization provided on 1/21/2026 for balance due on this date of service to be charged to the credit card provided. On 2/27/2026, Labcorp received notification from your insurance company of patient responsibility. Please reference the explanation of benefits from your insurance for this date of service for further detail or contact insurance company directly. I have called my insurance on January before I even went into Labcorp and routine checkup(labwork)is covered. I double checked to insurance company and representative told me same thing as previous person did. Now I have to wait 1-2 weeks since my insurance is going to send mail about this matter. Hopefully that money bounces back into my card. I honestly cannot believe and how sneaky Labcorp and hospitals are with bills here in NV. read more

Holy guacamole every time I've been here it's a cluster. The kiosks were not working, they wont check you in at the counter. Always a ton of people waiting. Come with your patience pants on! Once back there, the draw was quick, easy and painless. It's getting back there that's the issue. read more

This place was a zoo in a small waiting area. I checked in and lady couldn't find my paperwork that was sent in. So I had to call my Dr to Fax. The girl that did the blood draw was super good. Blood results took 24 hours... super good. read more

My Experience with LabCorp located at 601 Whitney Ranch Dr. Henderson, Nevada, was very good. I got there a little early, checked in at the Kiosk and waited in the lobby area. The waiting room was at standing room only, but it is usually like that, especially on Fridays and Mondays. I had an appointment, so I did not wait long. The receptionist was very friendly, as was the entire staff in the reception area. The nurse/phlebotomist who drew my blood was down to earth; she was very gentle and made the blood draw almost painless. The bathroom was clean, as well as the waiting room, reception area and exam room The next day the results were in and sent to my PCP. Good positive experience overall. read more

Since the pandemic, I've been weird about going to places without an appointment/reservation. I've been to this location before so I knew what it looked like and how to get there but you know, anxiety is weird (small waiting room but plenty of parking.) Labcorp makes it easy to make an appointment online, but I could not find one in the timeframe I needed so I decided to try to walk-in. They open at 7am and I got there around 730. There were people waiting outside and the waiting area inside was full so I was a bit worried. I never saw the kiosks before but went full steam into anti-social/introvert mode and put in my info. Apparently, since I have been here before, I scanned my ID and almost all my info popped up. Super easy. Didn't have to correct a thing. Within 15 min the person working the front computer called me to verify insurance and take my lab paperwork. Within another 15 min of that, the same person took me to the back to draw my blood. I wish I could call her out by her name, but I'm the worst at remembering names, but this lab tech was amazing. I almost didn't feel a thing when she inserted the needle and she was so quick and efficient. She made sure to give me all the info I needed and I was on my merry way in less than an hour. Great experience and I'd happily come here again as a walk-in. read more

Not this location's fault their greedy corporate overlords are to blame. Seriously. Over a month out for morning appointments for fasting. If you show up as a walk-in expect 90 minutes plus to wait. LabCorp closed the office on lake mead and so everyone in Henderson now only has 2 offices to go to, so instead we have to travel an hour out of the way to go to a Walgreens for testing, ridiculous. You obviously have people by the throats since you know if we are putting up with this garbage you are our only insurance choice. The office was very busy due to another location being down or the systems not sure which one. However they were very mean because they were busy. I was asked to give a urine sample and a went to the bathroom and then asked if this was the correct bathroom because it was absolutely disgusting, when I told the lady at the counter she literally rolled her eyes at me and didn't say a word back. Even if they are busy this is a medical facility and they should stop for 5 min and clean the bathroom. read more

Check in was quick and automated and I was taken back quickly. The person appeared skilled and confident in the process. The site was unorganized, old and dirty. Overall the sample taken was quick and I had results the next day. (Update). Upon return the site was much better organized and it appeared some effort was made to clean the location. It's appears some effort was made to improve its condition. The site could still use some attention including touch up paint, replacing ceiling tiles, and general maintenance but the second visit was an improvement. read more

I had an appointment at 7:30pm for a lab draw. Walked in about 10 before and was helped after 5 mins. I was able to go inside and wait in the waiting area and after two minutes I was called in. I would say I got done about 7:45pm. Very nice staff, and great quality of care. Thank you! read more

Just to drop off a specimen that they were already notified of, I had to use their "New System" which was a very cumbersome electronic system that took my information again, and then I was chastised loudly about using the incorrect option. I apologized for not knowing how to use their new system, and was then asked to do all the leg work when I just had surgery on my foot. These people don't care about anything except getting through their workday. Very sad place to work. Will never use this office again. read more

I went to the LabCorp on Whitney Ranch location on two occasions. Each time the tech is V... and she doesn't listen and she is very rude. She acts like you don't know what you're talking about. She is using a needle that is too large for my situation and when I ask her to please use a smaller one, she becomes rude. I have blood drawn on a regular basis and I have gone to different labs and never encountered this type of behavior. I know my body and she leaves bruises on my vein. Nobody likes to get lab work done, but on the plus side, it's a lot easier to get it done when the facility you go to is fast and friendly right? That was the experience I had at this LabCorp location and I can't stress enough how much I appreciate them for making this a quick and painfree process. I was initially referred to Quest Diagnostics, however, they no longer accept my insurance (Anthem BCBS) so they advised me to go to LabCorp instead. Walking into this Labcorp location, I was pleasantly greeted by the front desk clerk who directed me to their kiosk to enter in my insurance info. The kiosk was so simple and it even takes pictures of your ID and insurance cards to make check in a breeze. Once I completed the forms on the kiosk, I was seen within minutes, paid my copay, and then went back to get my labs done. Stacy was the one who assisted with the actual blood draw and she's was the absolute best. I never even felt her prick me with the needle and before I could utter the words thank you, I was all done! All in all I'm glad I got referred to LabCorp and I won't mind coming back if for any of my future labs whenever they are needed. read more

It took a long time to get a morning appointment for a fasting test. I had been told in the past that it was OK to check-in early in case they had an opening. So, I checked in and it did offer an earlier time. So, I sat down with a book to wait. Unfortunately, I could overhear the front staff saying my first name and that I had checked in 2 hours early. This seemed to be a problem. One of the staff called me in and advised me that a patient can make an appointment or just do a walk-in. You cannot do both. They had been getting a lot of complaints about people being seen before their own appointments. Well, I do not know how other patients know this and I was certainly not trying to cut in front. As my health insurance had changed, I can no longer go to Quest. A shame as I could get in a lot faster for tests than I can with Labcorp. So long story short: If you have an appointment, do not check-in too early!! Otherwise, staff were nice and efficient. read more

The receptionist is very rude, no help on checking in. Embarrassing the patients that have to be here at 7 am. This place needs a new staff. Only one person working and then says a second person comes in at 7:15 well it's 7:30 and still only 1 person working. Quick and easy! We showed up first thing, almost no wait as a walk in patient. My son can be a difficult draw since he has special needs, especially if staff isn't confident. Our phlebotomist brought in an assistant right away and they both were friendly, confident and efficient. One of the easiest visits for lab work we've had. Would not hesitate to return! read more

Coming for labwork is never something I'm excited to do. I'm not afraid of needles, I'm afraid of wait times and rude stuff. No fear, this location accepts appointments and the employees I encountered were friendly. Booking an appointment online was a breeze and it didn't seem like appointments book up too far in advance. Looking through appointment times I found that the earliest appointment they accept is at 7:45 even though they open at 7:00. This location is smaller than some of the other locations I've been to before, but there weren't many patients so it worked out. I arrived the morning of my appointment and signed in. Soon after I was called to the counter where I completed paperwork. The woman that completed my paperwork was also the person that handled the blood draw. No complaints about her process. It was quick and painless. The most important part is that they properly sent my results to my doctor so they were available at my next appointment. My share of the cost was the same as last time I had blood work done so billing my insurance was a smooth process as well. read more

The fact there are so many 1 star and 5 star reviews should tell you a lot about inconsistency. Service was quick, but the facility is small and poorly ventilate. There was no castile soap in the restroom for hygienically obtained urine. The restroom itself was poorly maintained and unclean....after only being open 15 minutes. If your insurance is contracted with Labcorp, I would look for a different office. read more

When I pulled up well, actually I missed my turn, I had to walk over as I approached the lab I was a bit concerned as it was rather crowded. But I proceeded to check in which was quick and easy, just read and follow the directions. Ten minutes passed then a clerk called my name, another 5 minutes and I was back in the chair. The technician was friendly, had a nice convo. The area was clean and sterile. It looked like it was going to be disastrous when I first got there but I was in and out and back home in less than 25 minutes including the commute. read more

Despite a few of the negative reviews, I had a great experience at this LabCorp location today! The staff was super friendly and helpful and I will definitely be coming back in the future. I went in to get my blood drawn for gestational diabetes, and I informed the lady who drew my blood that I had passed out a few times previously while getting my blood drawn. She assured me that everything would be just fine and made me feel very comfortable. I was in and out within a matter of minutes. This location is BUSY at 7 am. I got there at 6:55 and there was already a line out the door! Their lobby is very small, so during COVID they have opened up another small "waiting room" so people can still practice social distancing. There is one receptionist and one phlebotomist in the morning, which makes the process pretty slow, but both women were pleasant enough. Besides waiting, the phlebotomist was done super quick! My doctor faxed my lab paperwork in and there was some miscommunication, but the receptionist didn't freak out and helped me take care of it. I'll most likely come back to this location for any future lab work. read more

How many bad reviews does this place need before they fire their reception staff and hire new employees who are actually KIND and RESPECTFUL. A receptionist should never say "give me your insurance card". A receptionist should never "sigh" in annoyance. At the bare minimum, a decent receptionist should show kindness and respect to patients. They shouldn't give orders or make demands. They shouldn't show frustration or lack of care. These are basic points and apparently whoever is in charge of hiring/firing at labcorp doesn't understand this. Or maybe they just don't care, kind of like the reception staff. Just terrible. Waiting 30 minutes for my appt. the check in girl tossed my ID at me it landed on the floor. " So you have two different doctors orders"? Then a big sigh like I was a pain because she had to enter the orders. I'm an RN. I've worked in healthcare 30 years. I've never treated a patient like this! I'm just appalled. Won't visit this location again The lobby is too small and doesn't allow for social distancing, and once you have logged in, you have no choice to wait in too small lobby with sick people. So this is the second time once in December and Now just this past week I went in for lab work and they have missed panels to be drawn. So when I went in this past week I specifically told them what happened in December how they missed a whole panel and to please double check my lab slip so that nothing gets missed this time. The lady (tech # 1426) was very apologetic. She checked me and and then drew my blood. My doctor posted the results on their portal and sure enough once again another test was missed. Two times two different techs. Absolutely ridiculous. If they don't know what they are doing they should not be working in this field. I have to miss work and fast for these test and it is very inconvenient for me to have to go back because of their incompetence. Made appointment for blood work, arrived on time and checked in timely waited 30 minutes while the male receptionist kept calling in people who arrived after me without appointment. When asked the technician who drawn my blood, I was told that I should have told the receptionist I had appointment because their system would not show who has appointment and who does not!!! Sometimes if your not doesn't appear correctly, the person will be push down on the list. She first of all blamed me for not telling the receptionist I had an appointment and also told I was not called in because of my unique name??? I asked for the Manager but was told the supervisor was not in the office at that moment. It is a poorly run office and people should stay away if you can. read more

I am putting one start because one the three people apologies for be waiting for 35 minutes for nothing. I usually I am very comprehensive WITH WAITING because I worked in the similar environment and I thought they were busy but the front people seems they don't want to take more people or have more important things to do than even check for the type of test knowing that they will close. I pregnant woman who arrived at 3 pm (on the 4/23/18) they were 2 people but none-one even bother to ask me for the what kind of test I need to be done; I waited for 30 minutes, the front desk guy "Kevin" he did not even said like it will take you in few minutes or sorry for the waiting, he just stared at me and said nothing just mentioned they have an appointment( when they came 15 minutes after me, which its not big deal for me ) and you don't ( when I was there for 25 minutes waiting already) HOW RUDE! just the way Kevin approach me. Finally, one of the Phlebotomist ladies came out and called me saying I need to come back because they close the office in the least than half hour and I need 1 hr, VERY FRUSTRATING! I called this LabCorp office before asking if I need to be at any determined time or if I need to be fasting (even my doctor said not fasting required) for a gestational Diabetes and front desk said not It should be fine at any time. And this guy calls Kevin don't even care just going back as many times he wanted instead to just taking care of his job at front. And on top of this, the African American lady ( I am not racist I am brown skin but I did not see any tag on her coat) told me you should ask your doctor before coming here! her answer was wrong and mean, she did not take her responsibility (because I clearly said my doctor told me that I don't need to be fasting and even I called this at Whitney Ranch office to make sure I don't need to come back).
