We won't be going back to the Hanover location. There were no appointments available for the date that I could bring my son for bloodwork so we chose to go as a walk-in. There was a 45 minute wait with 3 people ahead of us. I just assumed there would be more than 1 technician working because the Plymouth location usually has 2. It seemed like a long wait time for that number of people, but we nevertheless chose to wait, watching our name and wait time on the board. Once it got to 5 minutes I thought we we'd be all set. However, we sat there waiting for at least another 20 minutes with no word on what was happening. I finally went to check with the technician, who was in a room with a 2nd technician (who appeared to be doing absolutely nothing) and a patient. I asked if the wait was going to be a lot longer because we had other things on our schedule. The technician replied "well, I probably won't even get to you today, I'm having trouble with the computer." Seriously?? I told her it would have been nice if someone let us know that so we didn't waste our time sitting in the waiting room for another hour. Totally unprofessional.
Edited: I forgot to mention that the waiting room smells terribly moldy. Really not good for a healthcare business. read more
