I came back after lunch and they finally got the lab orders and he was like I need more information so I had to call the office again. After waiting more than 2 days for result, my doctors office told me they did the lab wrong draw qualitative instead of quantitative. WTF never been to a place this horrible! What a waste of my time how I have to be stuck again!

I cleared them for 40 dollars, this was the dollar amount I was told would be withdrawn. Throughout the day I continued to receive receipts for withdraws not 1 but 2 more past the 40, bringing the total to 120 dollars. I do not agree with this method of Bill collecting giving them reign to charge whatever whenever they want. I will be going to a lab at a local hospital after this incident.

There was one person in front of me and there was 2 techs I literally didn't wait longer than a couple minutes, Denise did my bloodwork she was very gentle she also checked me in and was very kind. The place is clean and plenty of parking. I would go here if I were in the area again. Very nice workers here and I was in and out I love that. Oh and I dislike needles very much- I made Denise aware of that and she spoke to me the whole time without even scaring me or hurting me.

Liability issue. Norwood urgent care was a life saver. I walked in on Sunday, I was seen by a PA 5 minutes later. I picked up my medication from the pharmacy 30 minutes later. With my medical issues, I'm regularly getting tests done, such as blood drawn. So it's important I find a solid, respectable lab with moving. The two ladies were so sweet and it was an intern who drew the blood. Didn't even feel it and she was better than most phlebotomists I've seen. I was in and out within minutes, then walked across the street to my fav cafe and got a bite. Absolutely perfect. Two thumbs way up.
