I picked an appointment at 2 pm. Quest prefers that you make an appointment rather than walking in. Be sure and always check in on the text they send you and with their tablet like device in the front of the lobby. This way they can attend you as quickly as possible. They give you the choice of waiting in your car or in the lobby. The chairs in the lobby are separated at least 6 feet. All of the staff wore masks. The place was pretty clean in the lobby and rooms where they do the bloodwork. Overall, everything went smoothly. I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes past my appointment time. I kind of didn't like that but oh well! There was two or three people before me so I guess that's why the wait was longer. They also seemed understaffed. I only saw 2-3 employees working. The lady who was helping me out was nice. She was also gentle when she took out the blood. Some people love to jam the needle into the vein HARD and I don't like that at all! Who would?? Quest takes most types of insurance so that's also a plus. I would continue going with them if needed. I would come back to this location or another. I took my son to a different Quest location. Everything went smoothly when I took him.
