Went through my medical past asked all of right questions inorder to get a practical treatment plan inplace that would benefit me health wise for the future . Offered me practical health advise that would'nt cost me any out of pocket cash on expensive medications that I could do on my own. Very short wait time from reception to seeing the Nurse Practitioner. I ran out of life saving medication on the weekend after my appointment , called the office on Monday for some samples until I received my new perscription. Fifteen minutes after my call , I had 6 bottles of samples which would last me about a month were waiting for me at the front desk. Yes it is true I havent had an appointment with the Chief Physician of the practice Dr. Douglas Alorgbey but he is the person that approved or hired all of the people that work with in the practice which means to me he must be a well respected Physician that is looked up to as a leader in the medical profession. God bless all in the Zaragoza Family Clinic for caring about your patients.

Whether I need to make changes to an appointment or choose to decline certain services, he is always helpful, accommodating, and never makes me feel pressured. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern for my health and well-being truly stand out. The chiropractors are also excellent--professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping their patients feel better. The entire office creates a positive, comfortable environment where you feel valued, heard, and cared for. Christian consistently goes above and beyond for patients, and his hard work does not go unnoticed. Honestly, he deserves a raise! Employees like him are hard to find, and he is a huge part of what makes this office such a great place. If you're looking for a chiropractic office with outstanding customer service, compassionate staff, and excellent chiropractic care, I highly recommend this practice. I actually called after being recommended by my doctor at MyHealth Primary Care Clinic literally right before closing, and Siblante still got me in for one of the last appointments of the day which I really appreciated. They checked my blood pressure first, made sure I was okay for treatment, and the staff was very patient with me even though my veins are terrible and roll a lot The space itself was surprisingly relaxing too. During my IV session I was in a room with red light therapy, vibroacoustic massage chair features, infrared therapy, and a really calming atmosphere overall. I got fluids plus a Vitamin B shot and honestly felt like a completely different person afterward. I walked in weak and foggy and left actually feeling human again. I've always been skeptical of IV places because you hear horror stories online, but this place felt professional, clean, medically supervised, and not pushy at all. They also offer: * Vitamin shots * NAD therapy * Hyperbaric oxygen therapy * Immunity and energy IVs * Infrared sauna services Ended up paying around $200 which honestly was cheaper than urgent care would've been for me even with insurance. Very thankful they were able to help me when I felt absolutely awful.

Dr Nutis is a no nonsense, take no prisoners straight forward, tell it like it is Doctor. I appreciate that and I am always forthcoming with her about my health when I visits. She is kind but firm. Her nurse practitioners are similar in the like of her lead, when seeing patients, or at least with me. The place is always clean, and comfortable- plenty of AC or Heat depending on the season. And yes you may wait in a room for an hour before seeing the doctor but that's typical any where here. I chalk it up to time spent with patients listening to them, talking to them. I know that's what happens on my visits. I rarely seem "RUSHED" to hurry up the visit so the DR. Or NP can get to another patient. They want to know everything I'm saying so they can get the treatment right. That is sometimes a rarity at clinics and dr's offices in this town, no being rushed thru like cattle. PLEASE READ if you find yourself needing to advocate for a vulernable loved one. My experience is frustrating and frankly alarming. The provider in this case, Nurse Practioner Jacob Butler demonstrated what I can only describe as a concerning level of indifference and lack of engagement in my mother's care. As the MPOA I made repeated efforts to comunicate, advocate, and ensure appropriate decisions were made. However, those efforts were largely dismissed and ignored, till I indicated I would be writing this review! There was a clear unwillingness to listen, colloborate, or take my concerns seriously. Most troubling was the refusal to pursue a judges order for neccessary pyschotrophic meds despite clear medical need. The justification was the patient was not "aggresive"-is not only inadequate but misleading in the interpertation of Texas Law. Texas Health and Safety Code Chapter 573 explains reasons for Emergency Detention. Texas Health and Safety Code 574, and 574.106 for Court-Ordered Administration of Psychoactive Medications. None of which state aggresive behavior as a criteria with "self-harm" being broader than the explantion suggested to me. Throughout this process, repeated attempts to communicate with her provider were met with dismissiveness, minimal engagement, and questionable clinical judgment. Families should not have to struggle this hard to ensure their loved ones receive appropriate care.
