She was very nice and professional and let me know that my vitamin D level was low and that a prescription would be sent to my pharmacy. However, the doctor had already told me this two weeks earlier and said he would call in the prescription, so I was disappointed that it took that long for it to happen. My biggest concern is that my original problem still hasn't been addressed. I'm continuing to have a burning pain in my leg, and I still don't have any answers about what's causing it or what the next steps are. While I appreciate the kindness of the front office staff and the professionalism of the nurse when she finally contacted me, the delays in communication and lack of follow-up have been frustrating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice.
