There has been times that I have had to Waite but they have always come and told me when that happens. I feel very well cared for by Dr. Herndon and her staff. They are always reachable when needed for a problem that arises. They are very complete in there explaining what is going on with your body causing your issues and what exactly may or may not help until tried. They have become like family to me.

Let me start off by saying I'm generally prone to having sinus infections, I visited this clinic…read morebecause my normal clinic I go to was closed, I was asked multiple questions like usual to pinpoint what the issue is, but during I had mentioned that I was almost positive that it was a sinus infection, same symptoms as usual, lime green mucus stuffy/runny nose, pressure in nasal area etc. After checking my throat and ears this girl tells me that she believes it could be strep and that the test is $15, of course I pay it and it comes back negative, she proceeds to tell me that I have fluid in my ear but is not an infection yet.....I asked for antibiotics anyway, but because she said she didn't see the infection they wouldn't prescribe it, fast forward to the checkout window and $57 later, I go to another clinic who did diagnose it as a sinus infection....now I don't normally make posts like this or posts at all but I was so aggravated that I had to spend money at this place and another place because the staff was not capable of doing there job, I will definitely not be coming back here ever

Possibly the reviewer isn't aware that doctors and Nurses have to go thru standard procedures when dealing with Insurance co, or they won't be willing to fund the service. Usually conservative treatment goes first and you build up to more extreme measures. In my case, my hip was so bad, the nurse immediately set me up for an operation but when you start out they make you do physical therapy say before they send you to a neurosurgeon or do an MRI. So, maybe the guy,s issue was that he had poor insurance which would leave him grumpy and blue as it used to do me before I got my Medicare

Their excuses ran the gamut from Dr. Is on vacation to no operating rooms available at the hospital. My ex is 74, easily confused, non-confrontational and on Medicare. When I finally convinced him to let them know that I could speak to them, they suddenly found an OR available. Dr. Woo was careful to show me what a great job he had done, but when I asked about the damage that could have been caused by the prolonged use of a catheter, he quickly started blaming prostrate medication...medication HE prescribed! Fortunately, removal went off well and he is able to "void" so far. A lawsuit is still not out of the question for the pain and suffering caused by this neglect.

Even as busy as he is, Dr. Givogre will always stop and answer any questions you may have as well as pray with you before a procedure, all you have to do is ask. I also love that he owns his practice and isn't with some large group of doctors or a corporation. It keeps it all on a personal level instead of feeling like a number.
