They told me they weren't required to wear them. When I asked if the person taking my stTs would wear one, they all acted annoyed. I explained that I was at risk and wearing a mask to protect THEM, yet they as medical workers were doing nothing to protect me. I am still shocked at this level of unprofessional medical practice in the midst of a pandemic.

I have virtually no peripheral IV access and they still manage to get a vein every treatment. They really care for their patients.

His therapist incorporates play therapy, and being that he is 5, he sometimes has a propensity to jump or hop down from something (or just sit down with a thud). Well, the lady who works at this place has proceeded to either bang on the ceiling or walk upstairs with this entitled attitude like it is not a shared office. There is no insulation in the ceiling, so of COURSE it is loud. Further, the children these therapists are working with already have a hard time processing and dealing with explosions of emotion, and these types of people make it all that much harder. There are no questions, no politeness, nothing. Just entitlement as if she owns the building. SUPER frustrating and I'm hopeful that she understands what she's doing to these kids with her behavior and attitude.
