My insurance reimbursed for 150$ and I was on the hook for over $700 out of pocket. You would think they would have pre-authorized me for insurance reimbursement and told me what my portion would be before rendering services. My appt was booked more than a week in advance so their was time. It seemed like a real head fake. Find out your financial obligation before signing any "blank" payment promises. Patient beware.

The staff at the check in window couldn't be bothered with patients. And the nurses never select patients to go back based on their appointment time. I think they just pick up a clip board and call names out. Also they don't answer the phones right away. Callers are forced to go thru a frustratingly slow and sloppy menu that often leads to voice mail - and then you end up calling again because they never seem to call back. I wish Dr Weaver would hire a practice manager and staff that respected appointment times and answered the phones!

I felt right at home and they treated me so nicely. While I waited in the room I was nervous but in came Kara Kristen Cooper-Gilmer ,FNP. I asked way too many questions but she made me feel so welcomed. She answered them all and then some. She talked to me like I was an important person and like a real person should. She gave me plenty of advice and started me out on some migraine medicine after learning about what I was given previously. I would recommend her for ANYONE who needs to be seen for migraines or headaches. I'm actually excited to go back to my appointment. The wait also was very short and I spent most of the time talking rather than waiting. THANK YOU!
