The staff at the check in window couldn't be bothered with patients. And the nurses never select patients to go back based on their appointment time. I think they just pick up a clip board and call names out. Also they don't answer the phones right away. Callers are forced to go thru a frustratingly slow and sloppy menu that often leads to voice mail - and then you end up calling again because they never seem to call back. I wish Dr Weaver would hire a practice manager and staff that respected appointment times and answered the phones!

I felt right at home and they treated me so nicely. While I waited in the room I was nervous but in came Kara Kristen Cooper-Gilmer ,FNP. I would recommend her for ANYONE who needs to be seen for migraines or headaches. I'm actually excited to go back to my appointment.
