Office has been closed for weeks now. No answer to calls. I had a TB test done 8/18/26 Charged $50.00+. The waiting room was NOT crowded when I arrived. The were three people ahead of me so I expected to wait awhile. At the one hour mark I was taken to a room and my stats were taken about 10 minutes later. Then more waiting. I finally went out into the hall and asked how much longer and I was to 30 more minutes at which time I went to the front and got my copay back. I never saw a doctor or provider anywhere during my visit. When I asked where the doctor was I was told they only had providers present. I told the girl I had been talking to that this was absolutely unacceptable. She looked at me , said have a nice day and walked off. I will never go there again! It had been recommended to me by a friend so I was expecting professional service. If there was a zero star rating that would be my choice. read more

Went to LUC on 12/1/25 because like other family members that pay the price for their Thanksgiving gathering, my 2 and 3 year old grand-boys gave me their sickness. Because I was treated the day after my symptoms began the PA's treatment approach was "not to do anything crazy like a normal course of 7 or 10 day antibiotics." I received a 5-day script of Azithromycin (not Z-Pak) with a 1-dose-per-day. After a week my symptoms only got worse. I had to miss 3 days of work. Being 65 the congestion concerned me most. So I called them back to request they call in an expectorant to break up the congestion. They said I would need to pay them AGAIN in order for them to call a script for congestion in. Though this establishment is not corporately owned (their words not mine) it sounds like Dr Perry as the owner has a bottom line corporate business model. More and more small town establishments are all about the money. This was my first and last time at this facility. Don't waste your money once or twice if they try and finagle your hard-earned dollars. And, don't bother researching them via their website. It's been non-existent (down) for some time. But that makes sense. I hope this helps the working man trying to feed his family in rural GA. read more

If no stars was an option that's what they'd get. I've never seen a health provider try harder to not do their job. Waited in the lobby for over an hour and when I asked about wait time they encouraged me to get a refund and come back tomorrow. Finally I decided not to wait and asked for a refund to which the person at the front in fact did not know how to refund my money. This provider has gone down hill fast and I'll never return. I gave a 3 because, first the nurse hardly spoke to me once she came in the room, and about took my tongue out with the thermometer. As I was sitting in the room waiting on the doctor which was super sweet by the way, looking around, there was dried blood on the needle discard bin, umm disgusting and mind you this was Sunday afternoon around 1 o'clock and that needle bin was nearly full! Shouldn't that be emptied at every closing of the day?! I love this place, but if they don't clean it up a bit I may not be going back maybe that's why the doctor came in and ranting and raving about things happening around there that should not something to think about before going in.... read more

This is the second time I have been to Lanier Urgent Care. The service was excellent both times. There was a short waiting time from sign-in to starting the exam (less than 10 minutes) . They did an excellent job. I had a cough for a month. Also went to Florida when they had the "red tide ". I didn't know how that could affect your lungs! Nicholi, the doctor, was from Florida and knew what it can do to you. He said my cough had gone on way to long, and and he was going to knock it out. They did a chest xray to check for pneumonia, and it was negative. He prescribed the right meds and i am significantly better in one day! Very impressed, and no waiting! read more

Wow! First time using Lanier Urgent Care and am super impressed. Walked right in on a Sat at 1:00 pm. The front desk attendant was super sweet and helped us get going by taking insurance cards...giving is paperwork to fill out (kudos for very minimal paperwork ). Were called back within 20 minutes. Saw the Dr within 10 min of getting back in the room. He was very kind & sympathetic. He ask lots of questions to try and determine cause of my mom's illness. He was very through and knowledgeable. The sweet nurse who gave my mom fluids was so very kind and tried to make my mom (and me!) as comfortable as possible by bringing us each blankets & my mom a pillow. The facility is super clean, light & nicely furnished. We'd most certainly go back and totally recommend! read more

I took my daughter here this afternoon and I have to say it was THE best experience I've ever had at an urgent care facility!! The staff was amazing and treated us like family. My daughter ended up being diagnosed with the flu and strep! However, she wasn't scared like she usually is when going to the doctor because of the fabulous people there. I would definitely go back. They were quick to see me, professional, pleasant, accurately diagnosed my condition right away and provided the right follow up medications & treatment. This place is awesome. The staff treated me like family. The facility is very clean and modern. I came in with servere pain (kidney stones) everyone from check in to check out was all about making me comfortable. The bedside manner of the nurse and Dr. Was amazing. We went today on a Sunday afternoon due to my husband being dehydrated due to chemo; he's stage 4 small bowel and this second round of chemo has been tough.... The staff was amazing,quick and extremely thoughtful and thorough! From the blood work test to among sure he was comfortable. Always made sure we understood every procedure running the IV fluids! I love this place but had to give a one star to warn others about the sadist doing the covid testing. I understand it is not a pleasant test, but the lady doing my test took pleasure in my pain. I believe her name is Savannah, she came in and stated she was there to "torture me" and "tickle my brain." Her exact words. She then proceeded to jab the q tip so hard and fast in both my nostrils and back of throat that I started bawling and almost threw up all over her. I'm not squeamish at all about medical procedures but she was over the line. Many other people have told me their tests weren't that bad and the other PAs are GREAT, so if you go here for covid testing do NOT let savannah get close to your face with a QTip. (Also, my test came back positive). read more

I don't get sick often, but after returning from a Western Caribbean cruise, I came down with the flu. After calling my PCP and being told not to come there, I decided to call Lanier Urgent Care after reading a few of the reviews. I was expecting to get the least amount of treatment possible for the most amount of money. I was so pleasantly surprised after going in. My throat was so sore I couldn't even swallow my own spit. They gave me a shot and by late afternoon I was able to eat again. They told me to come back to get 2 more in the next 2 days. I thought I would have to pay each time, but they said it was included in my original payment, which I thought was definitely not unreasonable. I am very pleased with the care and value I received here. Will recommend to everyone I know. read more

I have been here a handful of times and I was at the time pleased with the doctor patient care. Then yesterday I went in with multiple issues which seemed to be at the time handled with care from Dr. Perry. Also, I was honest with him about my Adderall prescription and the fact I went to a previous Doctor that had completely changed my prescription. Dr. Perry at the time willingly spoke with me about my concern and agreed to bring me back to the amount I had taken for years. As I went to get my prescription filled I was informed that the adderall was 5 days too soon to be filled. Kroger informed me that I could get the Doctors office to call and confirm it being filled early since it was electronically sent. I called back and forth with the office which I was informed to do. Then when I finally got an answer I was told I was dismissed from the office with no reason and could Only speak with the manager as to why, which I also could not get on the phone. Upon researching and speaking with others I have found this is not how this should have been handled. No reason why I was dismissed when I was completely honest from the beginning with the Doctor. I simply was trying to get my prescription prior to leaving to go out of town. If I was given a hand written prescription I would have not had an issue with filling this when I could. Being that I could not even explain this to anyone prior I feel I was mistreated without anyone knowing any sort of truth. I am not only upset about this but truly hurt that this was done to me being a controlled substance. The only reason I am making a complaint is because I want this office to know my situation since no one seems to want to take the time to discuss it over the phone also hoping no one in the future runs into this sort of issue. read more
