I trust my life in their hands! I see Jamie, Dr Morrow's PA. She is fantastic! Listens to all of my concerns, educates and advocates for me. I have had a bizarre set of symptoms for years and together we have been working to get a diagnosis. I felt like I was losing my mind, but Jamie (and the rest of the staff) have been amazing at ruling out stuff, getting me to specialists and not treating me like a hypochondriac. I thought I was going to end up a lost cause after losing my previous Dr when I moved out of state, but what I found at Morrow Fam Med has far exceeded my hopes and expectations! They have walk-in hours first thing in the morning, it never takes more than a week or two to see one of the Physician Assistant or Nurse Practioners for a regular appointment (Dr Morrow takes a little longer but not much) and for a "sick" appointment they can usually work you in same day or next day. Front staff and nursing staff are great. You won't find a bettter family medical practice in the Cumming/Forsyth County area

My husband and I both are new patients to the North Atlanta Primary Care/Southeast Medical Group…read more We had complete physical exams today with Dr. Tharani Sundararajan. We found Dr. Sundararajan to be thorough, highly knowledgeable and very caring. She took the time to talk and listen to us. She asked all the right questions and ordered the appropriate blood work and follow-up care. She was genuinely caring and explained everything clearly and made us feel well-cared for. The clinic was also well run despite a lot of patients. We were seen within about half an hour and every staff member was very nice, friendly and professional, from the check in to the medical assistant and phlebotomist. We are really happy to be part of this practice.

I had one of the worst experiences with this family practice. I woke up with a fever, body aches,…read moreand feeling absolutely miserable, so I called to ask about walk-ins. They told me they take walk-ins from 7:30-8:30 AM. I rushed to get ready, dragged myself out of bed despite feeling awful, and drove there. I arrived at 8:03 AM--only to be told that the walk-ins were "full" and they weren't accepting any more. Instead, they offered me an appointment in the afternoon. What is the point of advertising walk-in hours if you're going to cut them off after just a handful of patients? Walk-in should mean you can walk in and be seen during that posted time frame--especially if you arrive 30 minutes before the cutoff. Otherwise, don't call it walk-in. If you're poorly staffed or can't handle it, then shorten the walk-in hours or don't offer them at all. It is rude and unacceptable to make sick people drive there only to turn them away at the door. People go to walk-in because they need to be seen quickly and can't wait. Driving there sick, with a fever, only to be refused was frustrating, disorganized, and frankly the final straw. This isn't the first bad experience I've had here, but it keeps getting worse. The office is unorganized and inconsistent. If you're actually sick and hoping to be seen quickly, don't waste your time with this practice.
