At the one hour mark I was taken to a room and my stats were taken about 10 minutes later. Then more waiting. I finally went out into the hall and asked how much longer and I was to 30 more minutes at which time I went to the front and got my copay back. I never saw a doctor or provider anywhere during my visit. When I asked where the doctor was I was told they only had providers present. I told the girl I had been talking to that this was absolutely unacceptable. She looked at me , said have a nice day and walked off. I will never go there again! It had been recommended to me by a friend so I was expecting professional service. If there was a zero star rating that would be my choice.

Their excuse was that they "discussed something outside of the normal wellness visit". No warning, no up-front discussion about it not being covered, just a bill. Also was billed for labs ordered in the normal course of the visit. Never had this happen before with other providers.

The FNPs just rush through the appointment and failed to even do labs to make sure I was doing ok. They are the worse facility- I had to wait 12 weeks to get an appt with one of their MDs and it was cancelled due to bad weather, which I understand. I asked to be rescheduled and they offered me a date that I couldnt not work with - so they decided to not be flexible on the time. I will reporting them to my insurance and the BBB - find any other provider. DO NOT GO HERE! This is not patient care they are only there for gain.
