The staff told her that she could not enter and did not give her the details as to how my brother was at the time. She knew nothing. She had to plead with the white lady to open the door when my brother wanted her inside. I am very disappointed with how they treated my brother a black man. The doctor advised that he not walk on his foot but the nurse then told him to walk towards him to get a test done. How is he supposed to walk when THE DOCTOR ADVISED HIM NOT TO WALK IN HIS FOOT. The nurse was right there when the doctor advised that he not walk on his foot. A competent nurse would have when's and gotten a WHEELCHAIR!!! My sister in law had to tell the nurse that he is not getting up, that he needs to be in a wheelchair. This is only a fraction of the discrimination that happened at this clinic. They are racist and the head of staff needs to talk a good look at the people they hire. Everyone is human no matter the color of their skin. Shame on the people who work at this clinic.

Insisted on blood work. labs show multiple low "range" scores but because my thyroid has not yet totally shut down, the Endo "dr" offered no assistance or guidance and quickly blew me off. This "dr" treated me like I was an addict despite only taking BP meds. I don't smoke or drink. So the attitude was extremely offensive. I have trouble asking for help - and this "medical facility" does not help you. They keep you sick and say let's just keep watching things so they can keep making lots of money. Money is all they are about.
