The staff told her that she could not enter and did not give her the details as to how my brother was at the time. She knew nothing. She had to plead with the white lady to open the door when my brother wanted her inside. I am very disappointed with how they treated my brother a black man. The doctor advised that he not walk on his foot but the nurse then told him to walk towards him to get a test done. How is he supposed to walk when THE DOCTOR ADVISED HIM NOT TO WALK IN HIS FOOT. The nurse was right there when the doctor advised that he not walk on his foot. A competent nurse would have when's and gotten a WHEELCHAIR!!! My sister in law had to tell the nurse that he is not getting up, that he needs to be in a wheelchair. This is only a fraction of the discrimination that happened at this clinic. They are racist and the head of staff needs to talk a good look at the people they hire. Everyone is human no matter the color of their skin. Shame on the people who work at this clinic.

Because I was treated the day after my symptoms began the PA's treatment approach was "not to do anything crazy like a normal course of 7 or 10 day antibiotics." I received a 5-day script of Azithromycin (not Z-Pak) with a 1-dose-per-day. After a week my symptoms only got worse. I had to miss 3 days of work. Being 65 the congestion concerned me most. So I called them back to request they call in an expectorant to break up the congestion. They said I would need to pay them AGAIN in order for them to call a script for congestion in. Though this establishment is not corporately owned (their words not mine) it sounds like Dr Perry as the owner has a bottom line corporate business model. More and more small town establishments are all about the money. This was my first and last time at this facility. Don't waste your money once or twice if they try and finagle your hard-earned dollars. And, don't bother researching them via their website. It's been non-existent (down) for some time. But that makes sense. I hope this helps the working man trying to feed his family in rural GA.
