Instead of resolving the issue professionally, I was met with attitude and lack of urgency every step of the way. Patients deserve respect, professionalism, and competent care -- none of which I experienced here. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.

I got a cream which has been helping the rash I came in for but he told me I would need to use it twice a day for two weeks but the cream I received was not enough. I called back to ask if I could be sent more of the cream to follow his treatment plan of twice a day and then if it did not improve go see dermatology. The representatives on the phone told me the same provider was not at the location today and the current provider did not feel comfortable sending more cream in which I understand. I asked if a message could be sent directly to Paul Saby but instead the "nurse" who could relay message had a condescending attitude and told me they had connected me to her since I didn't want to accept the initial explanation from the first representative. I was not asking for a refill for the cream, I simply wanted to follow the treatment plan of using the cream twice a day for two weeks and I knew I would need more cream to finish out the two weeks especially since the cream is working.

Then you have to be transferred to the Suwanee office after you talk with that Rep. I do not like this. Well today I called and had an emergency and needed a referral right away for surgery. The lady I spoke to was named Daily. At least that is what she told me. She was very rude. Kept me on the phone at least 15 min and had an attitude. The phone was silent. I kept asking her was she there. No answer. Then when she did answer she was rude. I kept telling her I needed to speak with that office please transfer me. She kept typing ignoring what I was saying to her. When she decided to transfer me on her time it was 15 min of waiting. She was rude ,and uncaring. I asked for her name and I told her she was rude. She did not care. Did not even care how I felt on the other end. I guess she is there only for a paycheck and it is sad. She did not go out of her way to do anything. but once I was transferred a lady named Darrienn helped me and this lady was sent from God. So sweet so kind. Understood my frustration and went out of her way to help get my referral sent over. I told her I appreciate her and people like her. I can tell she really loves not only her job but cares about people the patients. I pray she will get a good raise one day because this lady was awesome. So the ending was a great experience for me. To my disappointment, the service was poor... The staff did not know how to process the labs correctly. I ended up having to redo some of the labs at extra cost.
