They made signing experience super easy and wait times were short, but you get up to the counter and tell them why you're there and they suddenly bring up 10 things that were never mentioned previously and you can't get your appointment done. I have come in for an employment drug test multiple times. The first time I came in they told me employment drug testing ends at 4:00 even though the office closes at 5:00. This was not mentioned anywhere on the forms, sign in, or website at all so there is no way I could have known. The ID numbers they require to have an appointment expire very quickly, and on the day that I came in it was my only available day before being out of town for weeks. The lady at the front desk told me I could come back in and reactivate my ID and not to worry, but of course I came in and they told me that this wasn't true and I would have to go through another route. The lack of information from any source has been frustrating, if you are coming into LabCorp expect to have to jump through hoops and not get anything done. read more

I was cautious about coming here because of the negative reviews. However, I have been to this location 3 tomes over the course of two months and all times I was taken by or earlier than my appointment time, and everyone has always been very pleasant! I think the key is to arrive 15 min early, there is a check in process so you have to go through that before they can take you back. Based on reviews, I was expecting a long wait and an unfriendly staff. It was the opposite. My appointment was at 10:45 (Tues) and I am back in my car at 11:04. The staff was friendly and courteous. The waiting room is small (6 chairs) but they have chairs available in the hallway. They texted me when they were ready for me. My personal experience was pleasant. read more

The RUDEST staff ever. I was told to go have a seat to fill out a form that only asked for my name and number. Whereby the person behind me was told to finish the form at the counter. Huh? Then when I stepped aside to fill out my name and number less than fifteen seconds I wanted to slip the clipboard back to the secretary and go have a seat. Only for her to yell at me "Hold on for your turn!" To accept a form you know wouldn't take long for me to complete so I can sit down? WOW! read more

Staff at Front Desk This lady is rude to me every time I come in. The staff actually performing the tests are very friendly and quick. But, I'm honestly thinking about going to a location further away. This morning, I checked in with the Mobile App. When I got to the desk, the lady said - this form from the Doctor doesn't even have your Sex or Birthday. I think I'm pretty feminine myself. Then she said I would have to sign in again on the Kiosk. I flatly refused. I explained that the staff at my Doctor's office are getting up in age now. She said they should get another job. Only two people working and girl trying to take blood didn't seem like she knew how to do it. Never had issue someone drawing blood. Ended up having 2nd staff member there poking me a third time to get blood. Bruised and confused!! read more

I was hesitant to come here after reading all the reviews online, but I didn't have a choice. I came in for a pre-employment drug screen. First of all, the facility is located INSIDE Eastside Medical Center. I was under the impression that it was a standalone building somewhere. It was easy to find them inside though. I came in on a Monday and there were a lot of people already in the smallest waiting room I've ever seen. There were no available seats. The guy at the window was nice, he told me to sign in at the computer. He said "we'll be with you in a few minutes", by that he meant, we'll be with you within an hour. I waited (standing up) for 45 minutes until they called me in. The nurse was very friendly, which I was surprised because of all the negative comments. She was very courteous and smiling. I was impressed. Not sure if it's because the staffing changed, or because it was a Monday and there were different employees there, but I had a positive experience (despite the long wait) overall. read more

I took a friend to Labcorp in Snellville today. The waiting room was horrible. It was very small, and stuffy. There was no way to stay 6 ft from other people. They had 5 chairs set up, but there is no way they were 6 ft apart. There were 5-6 people in this tight area. No one asked people to step out in the hall, I went out there just to get away. The Home Depot had more precautions than this facility. read more
