Located @ 1630 Scenic Hwy Snellville, GA 30078 This location is super busy with patients coming in and out like a revolving door. It appears that after you check in at the Kiosk, your wait time in the lobby is very short. The overall quality was great. I would advise you to make an appointment online. Walk-Ins are very limited especially on Saturdays. I'd definitely recommend this location for your labs. It's conveniently located on Hwy 124. The phlebotomist was very nice. read more

They need to work on their customer service, tomorrow for that 3rd day in a row I will return to provide a sample because the technician did not clearly state the instructions. This clearly poor communication on their part and very inconsiderate to the patients. It wasted so much time out of my week I won't get back and sorry doesn't make it better at all. Just pure incompetence. How hard is is to to read a script and state the directions. read more

Absolutely worst front desk rep I have ever worked with! The seem like they are from Atlanta with that Atlanta attitude

As a former, long time employee of Quest Diagnostics, I was appalled at the customer service of ladies that worked here. I witnessed them being extremely rude to an elderly patient in the waiting room who just asked a simple question regarding her name not showing up on the tv monitor... My husband went in to get his biometrics for his employer done and the lady who performed his services was all over the place. His weight was 205 lbs and she entered 285 lbs into the computer. My husband's waist measured 38 inches and she entered 42 inches. Thankfully my husband caught it before she submitted it! I would suggest anyone having certain services performed like Wellness Exams, double check the information your phlebotomist is putting into the computer. Big errors like that can end up causing you to not be able to get your insurance credits through your employer... When I was employed at Quest Diagnostics, the standards for employees was high and it's disappointing to not see that anymore. I was truly shocked. read more

Patiently waited for 15 minutes to be greeted by a front desk representative but that never happened. An employee walked in, rushing to escape to the back, however, she was greeted by a patient who asked a general question. Unsurprisingly, she had an attitude problem. Shortly thereafter, a lab tech called me to have my blood drawn. Everyone seemed disorganized, lazy, and unprofessional. I don't recommend this location. read more

The wait time is minimal for a clinics/drs office, our appointment was at 11:45, we arrived at 11:35 and was seen by 11:50. There is also a screen with the patients name that shows the estimated wait time too. However staff is clearly overwhelmed. There is no one at the front since there is a touchscreen check in terminal for patients. There is no hand sanitizer in the bottle on the counter OR the one installed on the wall. Really concerning especially since you are not going to be here unless you need lab testing of some type i.e. sick or potentially sick. The nurses are LOUD with patients. I understand you may be muffled by the mask but their voice control was unnecessary. They even slam the doors loudly after taking a patient in. Due to covid, only the patient is allowed in. read more

The first time there there was no one at the front desk to help with anything. Pretty much had to just figure it out to check in. My second visit was just a specimen drop off. Again, no one at the front for assistance. After waiting 20minutes for assistance a tech FINALLY came out and saying I needed to sign in and wait to be called back for a specimen drop off. Mind you multiple people have already checked in while I was waiting for help. Terrible location. My family and I will not return. Being a provider myself I will not refer patients to this location either. read more

I got there and was seen fairly quickly then I was in and out in no time at all. It was great.

Worst medical experience so far. the kiosk was not working properly and did not honor my appointment. i was fiddling with it for 10 mins maybe trying to secure my appointment. finally a worker lets a customer out and i politely asked for assistance and was told instantly i need a mask. i ask for a mask since EVERY medical facility i have been too offers masks at the front door or desk and was told to go to kroger. after that remark i kept asking for kiosk help and she kept telling me to put a mask on, ok i understand i need a mask ma'am but i also need help because i had a 0945 appointment. she asked me ignorantly what time it is now. i said 0950, which she replied guess you're past your appointment. i had been trying to get into my appointment through the kiosk for 5-10 mins without anybody wanting to assist me. is it how i look, is it because i'm under 40 and look a certain way that you didn't want to help me because my tone was very polite. I needed help and nobody helped me. instead i got turned away. read more
