I chose to come here based off the quality of care I've received in the past for regular sick visits. Each time I went, they were busy. really busy. However, I did what the front desk told me --- listening to their direction was important!! I was seen in a timely manner each time. Once I was called back, I was in and out in about 10 minutes. I was so grateful they were willing to see me 1. in the same day and 2. without being symptomatic. They explained that it could take up to 5 days for my results, but each time I got them in 2 days! This was important to me so I could continue working! I trust Caleb and the rest of the providers and staff here when I need general urgent care services outside of covid. I have been so thankful that they are here during these crazy, stressful times!

The receptionist said they would call me if there was a balance after filing insurance. Several weeks later I was charged $257 without any notification. Secondly, the nurse practitioner is completely incompetent. She prescribed my daughter ear drops that after insurance costs approximately $300 and would not be available for 2 days. I had to return to the office to ask for another medication as the NP would not answer the pharmacist call. She then called in another random prescription that was not in stock. The pharmacist had to call the clinic once again in an attempt to inform her of the most commonly and in stock medication used for swimmers ear to which she finally prescribed. Incompetence at the highest level!!!

You have the normal forms but since I'm in the NG.NEG Hospital system, paperwork was quick. ER staff is kind, soft touch as are the doctors. Clean- since its all new, but all staff at both locations are caring, get you in and out, and don't look like they don't want to be there. Urgent care cannot diagnose things beyond flu, covid, and other basic illnesses. They told me they couldn't do anything for me and to just go to the ER. They charge $30 upfront. After the appt, they sent another bill for $156. My low rating is to due to being charged $200 for a useless appt. Like most of US healthcare, they are a business.

I would highly recommend checking in online versus going there to check in. The receptionist was friendly. I was called to the back about 10 minutes after my scheduled time. The RN who took my vitals was really sweet and nice. I waited over an hour for the Nurse Practitioner to come into the room. Having major back pains, every minute counted. The NP listened to my concerns and was able to provide some relief. Overall, I had a good experience - despite the waiting. But it's common to wait hours at Urgent Care.
