She is incredibly compassionate, professional and displays at every single visit (I've been going there for six years, it is the ONLY lab I take my entire family to because of her). The office is absolutely sterile, well lit, secure, great parking and access, honestly world class speed. Even with the world as it is at this moment, I feel secure and confident with her presence, she is incredibly attentive, accurate and I have never once experienced bruising, bleeding or other complications - I am historically a difficult draw. She is warp speed accurate, fast, painless, efficient and an excellent experience without fail. Her personal memory of each patient is astounding as she greets people by name with the charm only Southern women can do. The front desk staff is extremely rude, to the point of visibly ignoring you. They will discuss you and your business with other patients. They do not have an EPIC machine, only a fax, so good look getting your results to the lab on time. Their staff is unhygienic, with long nails, ill kept clothes, loose hair, no name tags, and completely unprofessional. You would have to possess negative empathy to work at this location, as they actively seemed to enjoy watching my elderly mother suffer. This will be a medical nightmare that I will never forget.
