I just wanted to share multiple great experiences. Over the years I have visited quest for lab work and each time I may have waited in the lobby for maybe 30min. Other times that I have an apt. I'm seen within minutes. You can't complain about staff laughing. They may actually enjoy their job. I am always met with respect and great attitudes. I also have always been stuck in the arm with precision. They take care of me and there is always small talk. It's hard to believe the bad reviews. You need to visit yourself, then leave a review. I will continue to visit Quest for my care. read more

Got here early for my appointment, waited 25 min to be told they close for lunch...thankfully they DID get me in before they left, which I was extremely grateful for! Nice staff, very gentle and good at what they do. read more

An old couple, there when I arrived at 10:15 am, said they'd been there since 8:30 am. They were called back at 11:30 am. I could hear the staff laughing and talking through the walls, obviously not working. This place is horrible. I doubt the validity of the tests I'll get. I looked at yelp reviews and all quest sites are rated as garbage. Whatever I do I'll work hard to NEVER use Quest again. I'd imagine this is what a third world country is like. read more

After seeing these poor reviews, I had to write a good one! I'm surprised by the poor reviews. I've been to this location 3x over the last 1-1/2 yrs and each visit has been great! The same person drew my blood each time, and she was kind, professional, and got my vein the first time (rare for my veins!). I show up 15 min early as they suggest and am called back at the time of my appt. if you're reading reviews and not sure about going there, I encourage you to try for yourself! Staff was courteous. I was a walk-in. I didn't have to wait very long. They kept us updated.

Appointments are very hard to get and almost impossible to get the same day. They only take one or two people every 15-30 minutes. If you are a walk-in you will wait HOURS to get your test done if you can wait that long. LabCor is much faster. Once I get this round of blood work, I will refuse to come here again. The staff is fairly rude to walk-in patients. It is like we are an inconvenience to them. I will say that when I have gotten my blood drawn by the tech doing the blood draw they have been nice. It is just getting to that point. read more

DO NOT GO THERE! Negative Stars 1. No one works behind the counter, you have to punch in your information on a kiosk then wait FOREVER for someone to acknowledge you. 2. You cannot call this office. Even if you call the number listed you will never speak to a person. 3. I told them twice (a half hour after I arrived) -to someone who called out a different patient that all I needed was a empty container to give a sample -the first time the lady ignored me, the second time I saw her FINALLY open the door she said she had to get everyone else first BUT ALL I NEEDED WAS A SAMPLE CUP FOR GODS SAKE. THEN I LEFT AFTER VERBALLY SHOOTING HER A BIRD! Never go here! I will have this option as a business removed from my insurance company so that no one I work with has to deal with this nonsense. read more

This is the worst lab I've ever been to. I've been here multiple times now and every time they run WAY behind. I'm talking like, an hour or more behind on appointments. There is only 1-2 people who work here at a time and always a room full of annoyed people waiting in the lobby. Seems to me they need to either hire more people or limit appointments/walk ins so that people are not here for hours! read more

This has to be the worst run lab I have ever seen. They are always short staffed. I waited for over an hour and there was no one in the office ahead of me. I got tired of waiting and left. Labcorp is much better. read more

Great location with plenty of parking. I made my appointment online and received an email reminder in advance of my appointment, with a reminder to wear a mask. I was also reminded to cancel if I was experiencing any C19 systems. Also I was advised I needed to fast 9-12 hours prior to testing and to drink plenty of water. I was greeted at the door as I approached and was able to complete a self check in. A monitor in the waiting room shares services information while you wait. Marisol was my technician was kind, quick and efficient. I appreciated her professionalism. read more

Cleanliness, reception area needs someone to guide you. This is as far from a medical facility as I have ever seen. Dirty counters, boxes and trash everywhere. Most samples are dropped into a sink. There is no way cross contamination does not happen at this facility. It looks like they just moved in even though they have been there for 8 years. read more
