These reviews scared me a little but I couldn't have been happier with my care at this Quest location. Sierra took care of me. She was welcoming, warm and knowledgable. Explained everything every step of the way. Prior to getting called back, there was an older gentleman that did pay for his services prior to coming to quest. He was very cordial and said he didn't live far away and that he could just go home and take care of it. Sierra and another woman helped him to figure it out on his phone. They were so patient with him. I would be honored if they treated my dad like that. Couldn't recommend them enough!! read more

Racist Experience - 1-star review I had a very unpleasant experience at this location when I went for a drug test. I want to clarify that this review is specifically because of one employee. Another woman who assisted me was kind and professional, and I had no issues with her. Unfortunately, the employee who initially attended to us had a very bad attitude from the moment we arrived and provided extremely poor customer service. I do not speak English fluently, and I felt that this employee was disrespectful and mocked me because of the language barrier. She began speaking about me in English with the receptionist while I was standing right there, which I found extremely inappropriate and humiliating. Based on the way I was treated, I felt that her behavior was racist and discriminatory. We arrived about 30 minutes early for our appointment. We were waiting outside because the office was very cold, and the screen indicated that patients could wait outside. The employee said that she had been calling for us inside the waiting room and that we were outside. She then said that she was going to take her lunch break and that she was not going to attend us. There was absolutely no reason for the situation to be handled with such an attitude. A simple explanation or request for us to come inside would have been enough. It is unfortunate that because of one employee's racist and disrespectful behavior, the entire business is affected in my experience. The other employee who helped me was actually very nice, but the way I was treated by the first employee left a very negative impression. Very poor customer service and an extremely uncomfortable experience. I would not recommend this location based on how I was treated. read more

Got here early for my appointment, waited 25 min to be told they close for lunch...thankfully they DID get me in before they left, which I was extremely grateful for! Nice staff, very gentle and good at what they do. read more

I just wanted to share multiple great experiences. Over the years I have visited quest for lab work and each time I may have waited in the lobby for maybe 30min. Other times that I have an apt. I'm seen within minutes. You can't complain about staff laughing. They may actually enjoy their job. I am always met with respect and great attitudes. I also have always been stuck in the arm with precision. They take care of me and there is always small talk. It's hard to believe the bad reviews. You need to visit yourself, then leave a review. I will continue to visit Quest for my care. read more

I went to get my blood drawn and the super nice ladies took care of me. The one drawing my blood made it quick and easy, I barely felt the needle go in. I was in that office for max 5 minutes (with an appointment scheduled ofc). :) read more

An old couple, there when I arrived at 10:15 am, said they'd been there since 8:30 am. They were called back at 11:30 am. I could hear the staff laughing and talking through the walls, obviously not working. This place is horrible. I doubt the validity of the tests I'll get. I looked at yelp reviews and all quest sites are rated as garbage. Whatever I do I'll work hard to NEVER use Quest again. I'd imagine this is what a third world country is like. read more

Quest Diagnostics - This is what you find, dirty third world wait area. No one to assist with check in. - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Greenville, South Carolina

Appointments are very hard to get and almost impossible to get the same day. They only take one or two people every 15-30 minutes. If you are a walk-in you will wait HOURS to get your test done if you can wait that long. LabCor is much faster. Once I get this round of blood work, I will refuse to come here again. The staff is fairly rude to walk-in patients. It is like we are an inconvenience to them. I will say that when I have gotten my blood drawn by the tech doing the blood draw they have been nice. It is just getting to that point. read more

After seeing these poor reviews, I had to write a good one! I'm surprised by the poor reviews. I've been to this location 3x over the last 1-1/2 yrs and each visit has been great! The same person drew my blood each time, and she was kind, professional, and got my vein the first time (rare for my veins!). I show up 15 min early as they suggest and am called back at the time of my appt. if you're reading reviews and not sure about going there, I encourage you to try for yourself! They do a great job! read more

Staff was courteous. I was a walk-in. I didn't have to wait very long. They kept us updated.

DO NOT GO THERE! Negative Stars 1. No one works behind the counter, you have to punch in your information on a kiosk then wait FOREVER for someone to acknowledge you. 2. You cannot call this office. Even if you call the number listed you will never speak to a person. 3. I told them twice (a half hour after I arrived) -to someone who called out a different patient that all I needed was a empty container to give a sample -the first time the lady ignored me, the second time I saw her FINALLY open the door she said she had to get everyone else first BUT ALL I NEEDED WAS A SAMPLE CUP FOR GODS SAKE. THEN I LEFT AFTER VERBALLY SHOOTING HER A BIRD! Never go here! I will have this option as a business removed from my insurance company so that no one I work with has to deal with this nonsense. read more

This is the worst lab I've ever been to. I've been here multiple times now and every time they run WAY behind. I'm talking like, an hour or more behind on appointments. There is only 1-2 people who work here at a time and always a room full of annoyed people waiting in the lobby. Seems to me they need to either hire more people or limit appointments/walk ins so that people are not here for hours! read more

This has to be the worst run lab I have ever seen. They are always short staffed. I waited for over an hour and there was no one in the office ahead of me. I got tired of waiting and left. Labcorp is much better. read more

Great location with plenty of parking. I made my appointment online and received an email reminder in advance of my appointment, with a reminder to wear a mask. I was also reminded to cancel if I was experiencing any C19 systems. Also I was advised I needed to fast 9-12 hours prior to testing and to drink plenty of water. I was greeted at the door as I approached and was able to complete a self check in. A monitor in the waiting room shares services information while you wait. Marisol was my technician was kind, quick and efficient. I appreciated her professionalism. read more

Cleanliness, reception area needs someone to guide you. This is as far from a medical facility as I have ever seen. Dirty counters, boxes and trash everywhere. Most samples are dropped into a sink. There is no way cross contamination does not happen at this facility. It looks like they just moved in even though they have been there for 8 years. read more

Showed up for my appointment time & it took them over 1 hour to see me. The employees seem overworked based on their sorry attitudes and the entire office is very understaffed... would never recommend this place. read more
