Explained everything every step of the way. Prior to getting called back, there was an older gentleman that did pay for his services prior to coming to quest. He was very cordial and said he didn't live far away and that he could just go home and take care of it. Sierra and another woman helped him to figure it out on his phone. They were so patient with him. I would be honored if they treated my dad like that. Couldn't recommend them enough!!

I want to clarify that this review is specifically because of one employee. Another woman who assisted me was kind and professional, and I had no issues with her. Unfortunately, the employee who initially attended to us had a very bad attitude from the moment we arrived and provided extremely poor customer service. I do not speak English fluently, and I felt that this employee was disrespectful and mocked me because of the language barrier. She began speaking about me in English with the receptionist while I was standing right there, which I found extremely inappropriate and humiliating. Based on the way I was treated, I felt that her behavior was racist and discriminatory. We arrived about 30 minutes early for our appointment. We were waiting outside because the office was very cold, and the screen indicated that patients could wait outside. The employee said that she had been calling for us inside the waiting room and that we were outside. She then said that she was going to take her lunch break and that she was not going to attend us. There was absolutely no reason for the situation to be handled with such an attitude. A simple explanation or request for us to come inside would have been enough. It is unfortunate that because of one employee's racist and disrespectful behavior, the entire business is affected in my experience. The other employee who helped me was actually very nice, but the way I was treated by the first employee left a very negative impression. Very poor customer service and an extremely uncomfortable experience. I would not recommend this location based on how I was treated.

My husband was ill and the MD360 we typically use was running hours behind due to computer problems. I saw that this was nearby and to his surprise the waiting room was clean, friendly office staff, and no waiting time. Unfortunately, when we met up about an hour later, he realized he had left his wallet inside one of the exam rooms. He had a very large sum of cash in his wallet, which is rare, but nevertheless it was still there. We arrived 5 minutes after they closed and everyone was already gone. We called every number we could think of to ensure that an office member locked it up, in case someone else was put into that room the next day. We left notes on all the doors and left several voicemails. We arrived 45 minutes before they opened the next day to make sure we were the first ones in there. To our relief the Office Manager has found it the night before and locked it up. She even asked for ID, which was in the wallet, so we had to give additional information that would've only been in that wallet. Every last penny was there and we cannot stress how thankful we are for their diligence in checking all of the rooms, and taking the time to lock it up, especially when it would've been very tempting to take it. We need more honest people like this, and we recommend it to everyone!

Office manager and staff have not one shred of empathy for people who have been through losses…read more They are condescending, and have refused me healthcare multiple times today, and are beyond unprofessional when it comes to medical notes. They didn't explain to me at all why my request was continuously denied, these are women btw, you would think they would have a bit more of an understanding when it comes to pregnancy losses, and pregnant women with autoimmune diseases. Anyways, they lost three patients today. This is honestly the very first issue I have had over here so it's really disappointing. I have no issues with the doctors I have seen, ( Dr Pollard and Dr Jones-Moon, who actually did tell me two different things in the situation) but their female nurses and office manager both have awful bedside manner considering their professions. I and my mother spoke to these women today, and they are super caddy and unprofessional. All I needed today was reassurance and an explanation, and for some reason these two things are not within their capabilities as healthcare professionals.
