I have used several services of PMC. I have found each of them excellent. Today in particular I interacted with the MRI staff. They were very kind, very thorough, timely and professional. From the moment we walked into the emergency room until the moment we walked out (5 hrs) later, we couldn't have been more pleased with the care and efficiency. They were kind, friendly and genuinely cared about my well-being and comfort. They were so efficient, I had blood work, urine, chest x-ray, CT scan, EKG, all within a matter of a couple of hours. Dr Lounsbury was amazing! If she wasn't an ER Doctor, I would choose her to be my doctor. Kayla, my nurse couldn't be better! So sweet along with being professional but also, personable. The guys doing the CT Scan also couldn't have been more efficient and kind. I would go back to this hospital without hesitation, hopefully I won't need to! read more

My wife went in for an outpatient procedure today, and the staff, nurses and doctor were all excellent

Went recently to the Cleveland Clinic for help with a long standing nerve pain in back +arms - they requested I get a CT scan + Upper endoscopy. I called the Pelham Med Ctr on 2/18 to schedule an appointment + spoke with Taylor who requested I send the script via email. That was 10 days ago -nothing. No call back no nothing. I called again 2 days ago + no one answered the phone in the middle of a business day -so I left a VM - again nothing. Obviously a shoddily run medical facility- I will be going elsewhere to get the tests! read more

This review pertains to the Imaging Services at Five Forks SC. I was referred to this office for a head CT scan recently. I arrived a few minutes early and signed in. I was seen almost immediately and taken back to be registered for the procedure by John. I use the MyChart app and had checked in online for my appointment, so this was very quick. I was taken to the procedure room by Cindy and Charmaine who performed the procedure. Their cheery conversation quickly put me at ease. They gave me clear and simple instructions as to what I needed to do to position myself on the table and pillow. The procedure was completely painless and completed in 3 minutes. I was in the door and out the door in less than 15 minutes. Great Job! read more

I arrived to the facility with a history of congested heart failure. The reason for my visit was chest pains and palpitations keep in mind I have a history of chf well upon getting in a room I was never offered a blanket the heart monitor I was put on didn't work and was told don't worry about it be a nurse when I asked upon being discharges with no explanation my IV was ripped out and discharge papers thrown on the bed and was told to be safe. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy if you desire good service and caring people this is not the place to go for health scare help ever.. THEY ARE TRASH read more

For lunch, I fainted. Luckily for me I was brought to this facility and received excellent care. There was no nonsense at check in and I was able to comfortably wait in the clean, spacious lobby. The nurses were kind and hospitable. The doctor was very knowledgeable and thorough in her assessment. The facilities were clean and per usual for a hospital, it was freeeeezing! Of course, a nurse graciously made sure I had a blanket. Everyone was so pleasant and, under the circumstances, I had a pleasant experience. A huge thank you to this caring staff for helping me get back on me feet after I had fallen...literally! read more

I went there for a CT scan of my chest to see if I had a blood clot. I was in a wheelchair because I was in a full-leg cast. I had broken my ankle (tibia) in two places. They were so nice and very helpful! She made sure that I was very comfortable before starting. The facilities are very nice! I would go back there if needed for sure! read more

If you have the option, go somewhere else other than here or any of the other Spartanburg Regional Facilities. Their billing practices are deceitful and duplicitous. They told me my visit would be $300, and then billed me for over an additional $1000. It's theft is what it is. If you go to a restaurant and they tell you a steak will be $30, they can't come back after you've eaten and tell you that you actually owe them $120. But for some reason these low-life, scumbags think they can. read more

Another option is pulling over to the side of the ride and dying. After my experience there, I'd definitely risk death to avoid this medical center. And it isn't just me - check out Google Reviews for a good laugh. People ARE LITERALLY DYING WAITING IN THE LOBBY. Places like this should be just down for the best interest of the community. I had to report 2 doctors to the SC Medical Board for DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in an emergency situation and pushing us out of the ER. We had to go to GHS Urgent Care where the matter was taken care of professionally and with care. Avoid at all costs and if you receive similar care there (like myself and countless others on Google Reviews) contact your insurance company for a grievance - they will consider revoking this center's right to accept your insurance. read more

I went because I was having a problem with my toe. My doctor sent me to the imaging center. I had an X-ray done by Wesley. He was very sweet and made sure I was comfortable. I was in and out in a matter of twenty minutes! read more

I came in with severe hip pain and you can physically hear it piping had the X-rays done and told it was nothing to do with the bone and that it was muscle problem my second time here with the same doctor and each time he has given a unrelated diagnosis don't be fooled by there quick wait time they advertise it's quick service for a reason read more

We had to take my son there tonight due to his wrist breaking during a football game in Gaffney. We thought they would take care of him but obviously NOT! He & my husband have been in there for almost 3 hours with no offer of an ice pack, ibuprofen for the swelling nothing!! To me that's a little ridiculous and not taking care of the patient! read more

We just had the worst experience at this hospital! My elderly mom was at rehab and fell transferring from her bed to a wheelchair and bumped her head. She had a small laceration that stopped bleeding after about ten minutes. The nurse wanted to have her check out though so we went here thinking in would be a quick visit. She got to the ER around 12:15 am. After much waiting and test after test, they said she would be able to go back to rehab. They just wanted to re-run one more blood test. We told them we wanted to use transport to bring her back. This is around 5:30am. They told us it would "take a while" so we assumed they had called transport at that time. They got the results back from the final test around 5:50am. Apparently that is when they called for transport. They told us it would be an hour. Finally more that 2 1/2 hours later transport showed up. At that point we were told that transport always takes at least 2 hours. My poor mom had to lay there uncomfortable for no reason. We could have driven her, but the doctor recommended using transport. read more

I was waiting for a loved one to get out of surgery and they never filled the water dispenser.

My experience at Pelham Medical Center was awful. I will never go back here nor will I recommend this place to others. I went with a badly swollen foot that I couldn't walk on. I was emitted rather quickly but was there for four hours. The nurse did not have any bedside manner. She seemed cold hearted and rammed my sore foot into the bed when wheeling me in the room AND ran into it with her body when giving me the papers so I could leave. This was not a pleasant experience. They ran tests on me and took X-rays only to not find out what was causing such a horrible pain. I was sent home in the same manner that I was in when I left. Except I had a massive bill to my name. I felt like a number and gateway to get money without any true help and guidance here. I will never be going back here. They weren't even busy so there were no excuses. read more
