To which I…read moreget very sick the past few times, which scares me, and I was always prescribed medicines for congestion, cough etc. I saw Richard Leland to which did not even check my throat, my nose, or my breathing but said he would write me a script for a new drug. This drug is $1389!!!! Like what in the hell! I can't afford that nor know anyone that could!!When I realized that when I got to cvs to pick up my prescription I called Immediate care and asked for something else to which the doctor said no. Why do I pay insurance or pay to see a doctor who won't help you get the care you need?!Absolutely ridiculous! So I have been horrible sick all weekend and getting even worse until I can try to get in with someone on Monday. Thank you for wasting my money, my time and having absolutely no regard for my health or well being!!!!!DO NOT SEE DR. LELAND!!!!

I am always nervous at the doctors' office but Lai Chiam put me at ease immediately. She was professional but kind, very easy to talk to and she made sure she answered all my questions, (sometimes medical professionals rush you through your appointment, but this was not the case with my office visit). I would recommend Lai Chiam to anyone who wants a knowledgeable, compassionate FNP to handle your medical concerns.

Cannot recommend this practice. Claudia Johnson (provider)…read moreseemed knowledgeable for the most part, when i went for a simple annual wellness check, but referred me for further tests, which proved both unnecessary and expensive. I am a healthy male by objective standards. Blood pressure and weight in the healthy range. On NO heart, weight or blood pressure medications. My real issue was being required to provide all my insurance information in advance before the appointment... sending digital images of my cards, and then receiving a $1,273 out of pocket charge bill, including more than $500 for an initial office visit charge. A ~ $75 X-ray charge seemed reasonable though for a toe that I had stubbed and seemed to be slow and healing. I declined the referral for physical therapy on the toe. SMH. I called the office to discuss the exorbitant bill. And explained that I thought medicare would cover almost everything in it. They acted like they didn't know.I said I would be following up with medicare myself and expected they would be doing the same. Called back a month later and found out they'd dropped the ball again. And nothing had been done to confirm the amounts that medicare allowed. They acted like they didn't know I had insurance, and Medicare coverage. Of course.I got the run around saying it was the claims department fault, not billing department's fault. I reminded "Casey" that this reflects negatively on the doctor. I asked who should be held accountable, and she didn't like the question or the way she was being talked to so she hung up on me.

My doctor, Dr Messer knows me and my medical history. Before each appointment he's reviewed my records and twice he's caught errors from specialists and reasons for referrals not obvious to me. His approach to healing emphasizes starting with low-level intervention where time and risk allows. He's successfully treated several issues with this approach. My prescription refills are drama-free and he works equally well with ExpressScripts and my local pharmacy. I can always get an appointment when needed. Same day for acute care and within a day or two for routine problems. At my most recent physical he suggested a CAT calcium scoring and I had it done the next day, less than 20 hours later...and had my results a few hours after that with Dr Messer's notes. Amazing! I'm confident my quality of life as well as its length are both enhanced by Partner MD and Dr Messer. Cheers, Matt E

I've been a patient here for close to 10 years. Long enough to see a noticeable decline, and…read moreunfortunately it's reached a point where I can no longer recommend this practice. One by one my friends and family have switched doctors as they have also seen the decline in quality. Since the office moved locations, several physicians retired, and management changed, the quality of care has steadily deteriorated. What used to feel patient-centered now feels transactional and indifferent. The continuity and attentiveness that once set this practice apart are simply gone. Most recently, I arrived 7 minutes late for an appointment while paying $200 per month for my membership. All I needed was assistance scheduling an appointment with a specialist, a task that would have taken less than five minutes. They clearly had the time, yet no effort was made to help or work me in. The receptionist spoke to me rudely. There was no flexibility, no attempt at problem-solving, and no sense that patient needs mattered. For a practice that markets itself on access and personalized care, this was extremely disappointing. The issue wasn't policy--it was attitude. The overall impression now is that patients are an inconvenience rather than a priority. It's frustrating to say, but this is no longer the practice it once was. The decline has been gradual but unmistakable, and at this point, the level of care no longer justifies the cost.

If you don't care about your patients or don't know what you are doing, you need to find another line of work. I am going to report her to Prisma home office and also going to check in other places for medical malfeasance. She needs to get more training or another career.
