I was advised by Poison Control to go to the hospital immediately. From check-in through my care, I was met with kindness, courtesy and professionalism. Dr Baird was the physician who evaluated me. He was very attentive, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the potential interaction between the supplement and my prescription medication. His thorough explanations and reassurance gave me peace of mind while I was monitored for 3 hours as recommended by Poison Control. Dr Baird checked on me several times throughout my stay and made sure I had the opportunity to ask any questions. When I told him I was cold, he took the time to bring me a warm blanket. I wished I could remember everyone's names. There was a paramedic who drew my blood that was kind and professional. Later, another staff member brought me a second blanket because I still felt cold. A curly haired, kind, polite, young man came in a couple times to ask how I was doing and was the one who checked me out. These thoughtful gestures meant so much and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay. Thank you, Dr Baird, and the entire care team, for your kindness, compassion and professionalism. I am truly grateful for the care and reassurance you provided during my visit.

You would have to possess negative empathy to work at this location, as they actively seemed to enjoy watching my elderly mother suffer. This will be a medical nightmare that I will never forget. I was there for a urine drug test, and at that point I was on the verge of wetting myself because I had drank a bottle of water prior to arriving. 40ish minutes into my wait I inquired on how long it would be and said I really had to go, and I was told "you have to hold it because our only bathrooms are in the back." Wow, they don't even have public restrooms, which is absurd to me. The woman who helped me with my drug test was friendly enough. I've never had to wait this long for a drug test at any other lab facilities, even as a walk in. Avoid this location if you can.
