The nurse took my blood fast with no discomfort and I was out of there fast! I thought, I was pretty sure of how these procedures worked, but the employees from Quest should absolutely know how it works. If people don't want to do their job...they should quit. I'm over the employee burnout. I've worked in medical profession, retail, wait staff. I've never treated people like that.

They do not have an EPIC machine, only a fax, so good look getting your results to the lab on time. Their staff is unhygienic, with long nails, ill kept clothes, loose hair, no name tags, and completely unprofessional. You would have to possess negative empathy to work at this location, as they actively seemed to enjoy watching my elderly mother suffer. This will be a medical nightmare that I will never forget. And then another Christy took me back to draw my blood. I have passed out several times while giving blood before and she took extra care in getting me set up in a recliner and took the time to really study my veins to make sure she got the best one. And then she talked to me the entire time (I had a pretty good amount that needed to be drawn) and it went great!! I had my blood drawn at Quest a couple of months ago, and it was a complete different experience there! I even left with blood on my clothes after there. Will never go back to Quest. The staff were incredibly unfriendly when I finally got back there after an hour and a half waiting, the lady was extremely short with me and rude and treated me like a drug addict, which was really weird. I assume it's because I'm getting a drug test, but I feel like it's also pretty normal for people to get a drug test before a job. I've never had to have my urine collected for a drug test. I've always done the oral ones so I was just really disappointed that the experience was so hostile on top of that. The waiting time obviously was horrible. I waited about just under an hour before I finally went up to the check-in area after watching people who had come in after me go back before me and ask them if everything was OK and they said they've been calling my name multiple times and hadn't gotten a response. They hadn't been calling my name multiple times by the way because I've been sitting in that lobby. I would've heard it obviously so they collected my ID. I waited another 30 minutes for them to finally call me back there and it was just overall not good experience.

I get the report back and am told there was nothing wrong all results normal. If my son had not seen his brother's seizure I would've taken the results as true and valid. That is a scary thing that this dr signed off on reading the results...what else is being missed? After questioning the results they looked again and said "OH WE SEE IT" This isn't the only issue we had but this one was big enough to make us leave.
