Had a great experience today! Checked in online, was able to wait in my car until they were ready for me. Christy at the front desk was friendly and efficient in checking me in. And then another Christy took me back to draw my blood. I have passed out several times while giving blood before and she took extra care in getting me set up in a recliner and took the time to really study my veins to make sure she got the best one. And then she talked to me the entire time (I had a pretty good amount that needed to be drawn) and it went great!! I had my blood drawn at Quest a couple of months ago, and it was a complete different experience there! I even left with blood on my clothes after there. Will never go back to Quest. i'm using the little thing where I talk into my phone so if any punctuation is bad that's why, but I was really disappointed when this place lived up to its rating. The staff were incredibly unfriendly when I finally got back there after an hour and a half waiting, the lady was extremely short with me and rude and treated me like a drug addict, which was really weird. I assume it's because I'm getting a drug test, but I feel like it's also pretty normal for people to get a drug test before a job. I've never had to have my urine collected for a drug test. I've always done the oral ones so I was just really disappointed that the experience was so hostile on top of that. The waiting time obviously was horrible. I waited about just under an hour before I finally went up to the check-in area after watching people who had come in after me go back before me and ask them if everything was OK and they said they've been calling my name multiple times and hadn't gotten a response. They hadn't been calling my name multiple times by the way because I've been sitting in that lobby. I would've heard it obviously so they collected my ID. I waited another 30 minutes for them to finally call me back there and it was just overall not good experience. read more

Having an appointment doesn't seem to matter here. I was finally taken back 50 minutes after my appointment time. I was there for a urine drug test, and at that point I was on the verge of wetting myself because I had drank a bottle of water prior to arriving. 40ish minutes into my wait I inquired on how long it would be and said I really had to go, and I was told "you have to hold it because our only bathrooms are in the back." Wow, they don't even have public restrooms, which is absurd to me. The woman who helped me with my drug test was friendly enough. I've never had to wait this long for a drug test at any other lab facilities, even as a walk in. Avoid this location if you can. read more

Standing room only. Wait hours for a pre-employment drug screen. I have never experienced such a lack of basic customer service or even the decency to have enough seats for the patients. Maryann who took my blood was smiling and welcoming and so efficient, barely felt the prick, enjoyed her conversation. My appointment was at 11:30. I checked in online and waited in my car, and at 11:30 I was texted that they were ready for me. I went in and then had to sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes. What was the point in texting that they were ready for me if they weren't? I also don't get what the point of putting a preferred name on my papers is if nobody is going to call me by it. Not a single person used the name I put as my preferred name. I'm a transgender patient, so when they call out a girl name in front of a bunch of people and I (very obviously not a girl) walk up Im being outed to the entire room. You'd think they would have at least some consideration for their transgender patients safety. That being said, the person who took my blood was very quick and good at her job. read more

Also, when I went to use the restroom, one had the sink taped off, making it unusable, and the other one had a giant crack in the toilet seat! You know, this place is the best lab to get your bloodwork done. The kiosk check-in is a breeze. The staff manning the front desk area are friendly and helpful. It's easy to be a walkin. I had bloodwork done through my dr's office - I haven't been to the office here, but I can tell you the billing is atrocious. First, most places give you a due date, usually about 20-30 days from the date the statement is generated. For Labcrap, they put in big bold letters DUE IMMEDIATELY!!!!! I'm like, calm down, you'll get your payment. At a December dr's office visit, I had bloodwork done and that included some that I didn't need. My doctor agreed to contact Labcorp (in late January) and talk to their Labcorp rep - dr said they would take care of the labs that I didn't need and had not been told they would be doing. I'd be getting a smaller bill for the remainder. In February I got another bill from Labcorp. I thought that the bill probably crossed in the mail, but called customer service anyway to be on the safe side and verify that my dr was making a partial payment. The rep told me I owed the full bill and that they had no notice that I was not responsible for the entire thing. I called my dr's office back. They got back in touch with Labcorp. Today I got a notice stating my bill is soon going to be sent to collections. I can afford the damn bill, I just don't want to pay for something I don't need and didn't agree to.I mean, make notes on the account! I don't know if there's a way to avoid using this company, but if you can avoid them, do. read more

I highly recommend you ask at the desk how long your wait will be. They text you when it's your turn to come back and I've been waiting an hour and was just told I will be another 30 mins (and I had an appointment). Wish someone would have said something bc I could have gone to get lunch or shopped or something besides sitting in a parking lot and crazy busy waiting room. I came in to get my lab work done that my doctor ordered. The lady at the front desk who checked me in told me I had a very large balance due and that if I didn't give them $100 that they wouldn't see me today. I insisted that I did not have a balance and proceeded to say sorry there's nothing I can do. I ended up calling a one 800 number of theirs and found out that the lady at this location was in the wrong account, giving me the wrong information. $100 towards some random person's account because this lady didn't make sure that she had the right patient.. They said I should get a refund. It's not about the money. What if I didn't even get the right labs sent to my doctor. What if there's something seriously wrong with me and I don't know because the lady at the front desk had the wrong patient pulled up? I've never in my life had this happen more or less in a medical facility. so unacceptable she should lose her job. read more
