Went back a second time, saw Susan again, and can confirm an A++ experience. It's not easy to draw blood from me (hard to find veins, slow rate), and these two blood draws were the quickest and easiest ever. Shoutout too for Amanda who helped the second time! read more

Susan was very kind and sweet with me the 10 minutes we were together. I will say you should schedule appointment over a walk in . This location is always booked. There is about 10 minutes between each appointment so keep that in mind. Overall great experience:)! read more

I wanted to leave a review because I read the other ones and was scared to have a negative experience. Instead, I left very appreciative of Susan. I was a walk-in, lined up before 8am but almost left when she gruffly warned that walk-ins could take hours to get seen. I took a chance and am so glad I did. I was out in 45 minutes. If you have a digital order, you must email it to psci7r@questdiagnostics.com for her to proceed with you. She helped me do this while there, but it took awhile so I recommend doing it in advance. I told her I had recently had my blood taken, but it was clotted and unusable. She asked me a few questions, diagnosed the problem, and took certain precautions to avoid this issue again. She was professional, kind, patient, and terrific with my tiny veins. Yes, she is understandably stressed being a one-woman operation, from admin to phlebotomy, in a very busy, tiny office, but I wanted to give her a deserved shout-out for her great service today. Also, I learned that if you have a "stat" order, as I did, you can put that info in the check-in machine and you will skip to the front of the line. Quest has the worst service. My doctor prescribed a lab test for me. He said I could do it at any Quest location. I checked Quest website and it mentioned not all locations have all the test. However, there is not a list of all the tests for each location. I called the phone number multiple times and never got a real person answer my call. The recorded message told me to visit the website, which doesn't provide any useful information. I did a walk in and after 1 hour, I haven't got a chance to talk to any person. Avoid Quest! I walked in and waited for almost an hour. This place is too slow. The old lady said she had to go to lunch at 12 PM and still had 10 minutes left. So I had to go somewhere else to get it done. It was such a waste of time. She can't do lab work in 10 minutes for a patient; she needs 30 minutes per patient! The system is also flawed because the check-in machine keeps accepting walk-in patients even when they can't handle them. read more

Why this location has two stars?!! The old lady deserves ZERO star. First time I took my 2 yr old daughter walk in at 4:40, we used the pad to check in and wait, and the lady came out of her office at 5:10 said "we are closed". Second time which is today. I took my daughter there again, 20 mins earlier than the appointment time. how stupid I am to walk into this place twice. The lady tried to put mask on my kid but I told her my kid always refused to wear mask. She made my daughter cried hard immediately and she took her temperature which was 99. The kid got sweating when she's anxious and crying. The lady said she can't draw her blood today. Then she saw my daughter got runny nose. I told her she got cold but not Covid last week now she's ok. She said" I don't want to be infected" I'm thinking Bitch just move your ass and do your work!!!! I told her " The harder and longer You make her cry, the more possibilities you are to be infected." Then she started to complain my daughter is so tiny and keep saying they can't draw blood from her. Then I realized she's not experienced with toddlers. She has no confidence but she felt shame to speak out. I said she did blood tests many times before. She says yes she has veins blablabla. Crap... everybody has veins Then she asked me to show the prescription. I have it in the doctor's email. She said they need me to print it out. Okay.. I walked to fedex carrying my kid and printed the paper out. When I returned to her office it's about 4:45. I said to her" I'm back" and she asked " you are back for what???" with a bad attitude. It's so disgusting to talk to her but I have to. She and her assistant who name is Tammy started to input the information on the paper into their system. I was like... you asked me to print it out then you still hand typed the information into your system??? You can't read the prescription on my phone?! Then they can't figure out one thing on the paper, I try to make the test done so I asked if there is any information missing? She immediately said yes!!!! With a smile on her ugly face. The lady was like... I can tell from her face, she's relieved . finally she caught something wrong so she didn't have to draw blood from a 2 yr old kid. I said i can call the doctor's office to get confirm about your question. The she and her stupid assistant Tammy said together "we are closed". I looked at their clock and it's 4:55. I said it's 4:55, you should close at 5:00. and they said " we are closed" And the old lady said " I know it's difficult, I have 3 children " yes it's super difficult especially when meet a trash just like you. Btw I searched on quest official website, and it clearly says" A lab order can be printed or digital" Quest manager or HR, you need to follow the previous reviews and fire them, hire someone who can draw blood from little ones and know how to read the time from clock. read more

It's a terrible service in Quest diagnose!!! I never back with this hate Quest .I was over there last week and one Indean lady did my tests. I don't know what's wrong with them but my doctor today morning called me and told me she order more than 10 kind of test but Quest did just 4 of them !!!! I'm Believable!!! My doctor order agane! Every visit to Quest is an exercise in frustration. I would give them less than one star if that was an option.

If you can avoid this location. Please do not go there. The white technician lady hurt me and made errors in the billing and error in labeling. Worst experience ever. I went to this location to do blood drawl for myself and my wife yesterday. I booked the appointment 2 days ago on their web site and got 2 consecutive slots. Got a text from them with a link to check in when I arrive the Safeway. I arrived 5 minutes early and the online checkin asked that I wait wherever till I am asked to go in. The clinic is next to the Pharmacy inside Safeway. I got the OK to go in about 5 minutes after my appointment time. There was only one lady there running the clinic and she was very friendly. She inserted the needle perfectly without causing any bruising. Double checked with me all the labels on the test tubes to make sure my info are correct. And she took my wife in as soon as I was done. Would highly recommend this location. Being in Safeway is a plus as I can shop while waiting. BTW, this was for a Vitamin D test that I ordered for myself from Direct Labs. The March sale price is almost 1/6th of my last test done at LabCorp ordered by my doctor. read more
