I had to schedule routine labs through my PCP and had trouble finding available appointments elsewhere. I was able to get a Saturday morning apportionment here just a few days after I scheduled it. I arrived and checked it easily at a kiosk by scanning a QR code I received when I scheduled the appointment. Two minutes later I was called back and the nurse went over my paperwork. The nurse was extremely friendly and bubbly and just made me so at ease about being stabbed in a few minutes. She took me to the next room, chatting the whole time. In less than 5 minutes the whole appointment was complete. Quick, efficient, and easy! I really appreciated it!

The first time I came in I was there at 9AM and it was quite busy but the lady working the front desk was very nice and helpful. I was called back after a bit of a wait but the place was packed with mostly older people waiting for tests of all sorts since they do lab work, scans, and all sorts of things. Once back and in the CT room I was on the table and getting scanned and a few minutes later I was ready to go. This morning I had their very first appointment at 7 am and got there a little early at 6:35. I was the very first person at the whole building! LOL So I waited and they all arrived and I waited and headed in at 6:59. I got to the door before they did and they opened it right up and I got signed in. I sat for about 5 minutes while they were getting me checked in and then they came out and gave me papers and I had to go from downstairs to upstairs where they had their women's care and associates as that is where the do all their ultrasound imaging/tests. The lady in there came out in about 5 minutes and called me back and got the test started right away. She was very nice as is everyone that works there and once all the images had been taken I was ready to go! I really like how easy it is to access their location and how friendly and caring the staff is. They do a great job! With the CT I was told my doctors office should have the results in 2 days and 2 days later sure enough I got a call from my doctor's office with the results! I highly recommend using their service for all your testing needs!

Quest Diagnostics accepts walk-in customers, but I highly recommend that customers use Quest Diagnostics's website to make an appointment. I made an appointment for 7:30 AM, which is when this location first opens, and a line of customers was already standing outside on the sidewalk. Because I had an appointment, I was the first customer to be seen, and the other customers had to wait. Please note also that this business currently requires customers to wear a face mask during the pandemic. One other customer did not have a face mask, and I had to give him an extra one that I had in my car. My total time spent at this business was 10 minutes, and that included standing in line to wait to check in. The phlebotomist was very friendly, efficient, and professional. She scanned my order form, and she checked my name, date of birth, and address. She immediately found my antecubital vein in my arm with her needle, filled and labeled my test tube, and bandaged my arm.
