There's a sign that clearly states if you need help ask the nearest worker, hmm, the receptionist couldn't have had a most rudest answer. Came here for a blood lab. It wasn't busy at all. Walked in, did the digital sign-in (really cool, but if it was busy, kind of sucks doesn't it?). They saw me immediately. The nurse who was drawing my blood was hilarious. I don't remember her name. Some short Filipino lady. She got me distracted that I didn't even see her drawing my blood or anything. Quest as a service to your patients and employees the company should staff properly. Every time I go there is no clerk to greet patients and to take appoitments/ walkin ins .Also i noticied that they over book appoitments at the same time i saw it in the sign in sheet . Waiting here is crazy I feel bad for all the hungry people waiting in the lobby specially elderly and pregnant . I feel like all the nurses here have attitude ,bc it's extremely stressful here there running like chickens with there heads cut off . They have no communication ,and they always catch attitudes and you can't blame them. read more

Quest diagnostics. Where is the management here. How can you as a company streamline your methods. The flow here is horrible. The staff is slow and don't seem to communicate with each other or the patients. The front desk needs a permanent staff member to handle all incoming patients and field questions regarding appointments etc. This is a sad sad state for a "healthcare" service. I've never felt so in limbo getting these kinds of services. Also, making an appointment is a joke. I waited an hour before being called back. I'm hungry from fasting and feeling out of my mind. Luckily my sugar levels don't drop. But would your incompetent staff even know how to handle the situation if I did fall out?!? They are pretty fast and I would give them 5 stars if not for the rude Filipino guy. He is pretty up and down with service. Sometimes he is nice, but when it gets busy, he turns into a complete mess! This place is for sick people, pregnant, and elderly. I don't think he should be allowed near sensitive people with his attitude. On another note. I went in for a glucose tolerance test and told him that when I signed in. This fool just told me to sit down and wait. This is my second child so I knew he was supposed to give me a drink to consume in 5 minutes, then draw my blood in 1 hour. Again, im pregnant and for this test, we cant eat or drink for a few hours so one can imagine how grouchy i was to begin with. Haha! I even handed him my insurance card and he just told me to sit down. I then said, well can I at least have my drink? He told me to go ask another staff member when he was standing right next to the fridge with the drinks I needed! He didn't move or do anything until I started snapping! Uuuugh!!! Thank goodness I don't have to go there all the time :) That was just my experience, but wait time is not bad compared to other quest offices, the only downfall is the staff who sometimes need to be pushed and shoved to get it right and get things done. I accompanied my mom here for some bloodwork. We didn't even know that there was a Quest in the area, so yay for convenience. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, especially the gentleman, who helped us when we signed in. My mom was in a wheelchair at the time, and he was nice enough to open the door for us. After we signed in, the same guy quickly went through the paperwork and completed the bloodwork, as well. Mom felt that she had a great experience, since she didn't feel a thing when the technician drew from her. Since then, we've always come here for lab work. If there was a wheel chair ramp, I probably would've given it 5 stars. Overall, superb service. read more

Came here at a little after 7AM with only one person ahead of us. They seem to not have their papers in order and the Filipino employee behind the desk talks to her coworker in Tagalog about how stupid people are. Now it's our turn, the man clearly sees me translating for my grandma and he continuously speaks in thick accent English. Surely people hired you for being bilingual, use it. He told my grandma "sign here and print," she doesn't understand right away and he just raises his voice at her and said "SIGN AND PRINT." Sad to say that this place needs help, the guy at the front desk is just rude and unprofessional. They opened up after lunch at 12:30pm lady opened the door, and this guy was late coming back from his lunch, and when he sat in the front he was still chewing his food!! Then he informed us that procedure is done from 2 to 4pm for the day, I said what about tomorrow, and he rudely says 2-4pm, WTF? was I supposed to know your daily schedule? what a f'n A-hole!!! read more

We went here for our daughter's blood test. It's our first time in this place - and that Filipino guy was just plain rude!!!

Convient location and was easy to find since it is in a strip mall. There was no one at the front desk but they have a self service check in which was easy and convenient as well. I only interacted with one staff member but she was friendly and the blood draw was quick and painless. She didn't waste any time which i appreciated and i was in and out very quickly. Make a appointment though! I made my appt last night and still got in the following day at 930am. There were multiple non appts waiting to be seen. I would definitely go back to this location again. They deserve more stars. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I'm not sure who hired these people or how they are still running a medical center. Being in the medical field these are the absolute worst employees I have ever come in contact with. The older Hispanic lady at the front desk with colored eyes has the biggest attitude, is incredibly rude, and are extremely unfit for her job as a medical assistant to comfort people during this time. There needs to be some serious evaluations and rehires of this place. read more

This place is awful. I came many times for my prenatal testings and have had bad experiences each time. I come here because my insurance covers it but I cannot stand the staff. They are just rude. The last straw was when I had to take my son for his first year draw to test for anemia and lead poisoning. Something that should be routine. The lady stuck him in both arms and kept pulling the needle in and out and repositioning it and couldn't get a drop. Blaming it on him being dehydrated and having tiny veins. Yes lady. He has tiny veins, he's a baby! Also, he was not dehydrated, he had plenty of water and milk during breakfast. Don't blame your incompetence on anything but yourself. If you were not confident in what you were doing or who you were working on, speak up! You don't have to do it and it's better not to than to piss off a parent, trust me. I was beyond upset. I just walked out of there, not even taking my order. They can trash it as I will never be returning. I would rather pay out of pocket than to have to come back here and deal with this place. I've had so many signs telling me not to come back yet I always do because it's in a convenient location and I can put up with them for myself. Not when it comes to my son! No more. read more

I never give bad reviews if I have a bad experience somewhere, but I was treated so poorly by the receptionist here today and have nowhere to vent... And kind of felt badly about my experience for the rest of the day! I had several questions about lab orders and billing. I just felt like I was treated like a burden and so rudely. They were understaffed and overwhelmed, not their fault, but I have never been treated This badly by someone in a customer service type job. I had multiple orders from different doctors and the receptionist did not want to answer my questions or talk to me about this process. I just realized today they drew blood for the wrong labs, making this a waste of time, money and my blood! So poor communication, poor customer service and just horrible treatment as a human being :( read more

I always make an appt when I go, it's easier that way, which is a plus. However customer service is not the best. The two techs there can be pretty rude. They usually don't greet you upon arrival and if you ask them to repeat themselves they get annoyed. If they were nicer, then this place would be 4 stars. read more

This place sucks, we got there on time for our appt at 1pm and we could hear music and ladies talking and laughing in the back, but no one was at the front checking people in. After 20 something minutes I stood up and open and close the door to see if maybe they did not hear the door bells they have hanging at the door but nothing. I finally gave up and started to yell: "Hello" until a woman came out. She seemed irritated that I had opened the employee door to get someone's attention and close it as she gave a me a look. I told her I had an appt like almost half hr ago and she did not even apologize or nothing just took us in. I mean, I am sorry that I got there on time and ruined the amusing conversation you were having, but you get paid to do your job, and at least an apology and a smile might have made things a little better amount of time we waited; however, the nasty attitude, no apology and rude behavior is just not acceptable. I had to go in for a gestational diabetes test my OB ordered. I was helped by Pete. He was amazing! From the mo moment I walked in the door he was welcoming and making my husband and I laugh. I was very nervous knowing I was going to have to get my blood drawn. I've had a very horrible experience in the past having my blood drawn. We had to sit for about an hour in the lab after I drank something they gave me. When it came time for the needle I was put completely at ease knowing Pete was going to be the one drawing my blood. My husband told him I was nervous and again he was joking and making sure I was calm. It was a completely pain free and enjoyable experience working with him. He really honestly made my day. It's nice to go somewhere that your expectation is pain and to have someone like Pete there to make it the complete opposite of your scary expectations. Staff is rude. Been here for 2 minutes and the 2 people working here have already been snappy with the first 3 people that they have helped. No hello, no please sign in and take a seat, nada! Drove 15 minutes from the Kuhn office. Cause they closed at noon and I arrived 5 minutes before, so the worker there sent me here. Horrible customer service! Pregnant lady walks in and guy hands her a bottle of the glucose drink. Poor girl had no idea what to do with it he snaps at her "drink it" she starts sipping he gives her no further instructions then says hurry up you only have 5 minutes. Another lady walks up to the counter unaware of what she's having done and the gal snaps at her saying she doesn't know she needed, that she needs to ask the doc. read more

My experience in this Quest lab has almost always been very positive. The gentleman who is almost always at the desk and also draws blood is unfailingly positive and cheerful. His blood draw is painless. I had one bad experience with a younger woman. She was rude and must have had something going on in her personal life that affected her attitude that day. I will always go to this lab if only for the Filipino tech. He is the best! read more

Hello I never do Reviews but this place I love it. I come here every year because my job requires me to do a blood drawn every year. I come in and only last like 5 mins. The girls are Fast and Efficient! Barbara I think was her name is simply so nice! She took care of me quick. Of course I had an appointment so there was no waiting for me. I'm reading some of the reviews ahead of me and I see a pattern. As a business owner myself, I take this stuff seriously. The leadership clearly does not care what people think of their service. That being said, I read the reviews before I headed over...because, how bad could it be. WOW! All the 1 stars, absolutely correct! The ladies behind the desk were so rude. LOUDLY RUDE! I chose not to address the rudeness, I just smiled and said thank you, then l left. I will not come back to them. I'll go someplace for my blood work. If you are considering them, go ahead, but make sure that your attitude is in check before you walk through the door. Workers here are so rude. For a good hour, there was a male worker and he was rude. My husband attempted to ask him a question and he answered him while walking away to a back room with a patient and attempted to finish answering when he got out of the room. Like he stopped and continued the conversation on his own time. After waiting for about 30 mins, another worker finally comes in through the back door. All the patients are thinking "FINALLY" cause we all noticed only one worker the whole time. When the lady settled in, I notice they had stop taking patients to the back for awhile as if the guy disappeared or was on his lunch break or something. The other worker who walked in finally starts checking people in who are ALREADY CHECKED IN which takes another 30 min. So we are thinking that there's 2 workers now so it'll go by faster but for some odd reason, only 1 person likes to work at a time at this clinic. You just see the guy occasionally walking through the hallways "wandering" but otherwise he was no where to be found helping up front once the other worker came in. After 30 min of checking everyone in once again and checking in new walk ins, we were wondering why no one had been called to the back yet, the lady then starts calling people to the back when she could've done what the man was doing earlier and taking us as he called names. Its just so unorganized and horribly ran. 3 different patients walked in and out right away because everyone that walked in, she told them "its gonna be over and hr wait" (with literally 5 people sitting in the waiting room). I DO NOT recommend this location but if you read reviews overall, you notice this company just has a bad reputation in general. read more

Idk why this place has some bad reviews. Personally I had a GREAT experience. I came on a Wednesday morning and there was maybe 2 people in front of me. I was a walk in of course. I waited 10 mins and Mary Ann did my labs. I HATE NEEDLES and am usually a difficult stick. Mary Ann was very efficient. She got me on the first stick AND it didn't even hurt. I didn't even have a bruise! So if you want a good experience...ask for Mary Ann to do your labs! Very sweet and professional! read more
